Changed the setup completely. Moved them into their new home, a 2x2 tent. For weeks 1-4 they will remain under a 150 Watt Mars Hydro LED. Created an automatic dripper system. Goes off twice, once an hr after lights on and another 5 hrs later, each watering lasts 1 minute.

Just couldn't resist to give a go 😁🤤 Week 0 Germination Jan 25-Feb 1 Germination in propagator. beans landed directly in substrate within 5 min after opening the package. Started believing that all methods like glass water, paper towel etc. are really useful if seeds are old, stored incorrectly or coming from shady seedbank. If seeds are from trusted source with strong genetics wouldn't be bother trying anything else than planting your beans directly to substrate. So far 100% success This time both baby girls started showing their heads within 2 days after planting seeds. Jan 25 Seeds planted. Propagator at 20 degrees and 90% humidity. Jan 27 Girls popped through the soil. Warm welcome to Kitana and Aphrodite 😍 Jan 28-30 Both babies growing at the same pace. Jan 31 Time to move from this baby size propagator to a better and more comfortable place. Feb 1 End of germination week. All went painlessly and successfully. Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Die fünfte Woche startet mit einer (Teil-)Entlaubung, das Blätterdach ist wieder sehr dicht gewachsen. Die Blätter bekommen wieder ein satteres grün. Irgendwann innerhalb der nächsten Wochen sollten sie ihr Geschlecht zu erkennen geben, noch sind sie etwas schüchtern. Ich sehe die ersten Anzeichen, kann es aber noch nicht klar deuten - abwarten und Tee trinken. Ich habe dem Wassertank meines Autopot Systems einen Luftstein hinzugefügt. Wird das einen großen Effekt bringen? - keine Ahnung. Kann es schaden? - ich denke nicht. So langsam zeigen sich die ersten weiblichen Vorblüten, ich kann aber noch nicht bei allen 13 Pflanzen mit Sicherheit das Geschlecht bestimmen.

Super Woche, jeder Tag Sonne. Das sieht man auch. Die Blüten der bananas schwellen an, die ersten (3+5) werden als erste fertig. Sind schon schwer und vor harz triefend...sehr aromatisch. 2/3 der trichome schon milchig. Die sweet zz 2,3,4 sind in blütewoche 3, Nr.1 hat jetzt erst angefangen.die is super gewachsen und hat die meisten äste. Nr.5,die kleinste zz mit 27cm ist weiter als ihre Schwestern, in blütewoche3. Die critical ist voll im Wachstum. Hat das toppen und training gut angenommen und verzweigt planmäßig. Die special queen #1 wächst langsam, aber sie wächst. Hat wohl nur schwache Wurzeln bilden können. Ich hab sie getoppt, um sie etwas zu mehr Wachstum anzuregen. Mal sehen, sie hat noch 5 bis 7 Wochen Zeit zu wachsen . Läuft super, bis nächste Woche ✌️

So I finally have time to finish this review. The buds cured now for over a month and I consumed them a lot because I simply don't want to smoke something else. The details are in the strain review but to make it short: 10/10 high, 9/10 taste, 0/10 grow (she hermed).

This will be my last 'grow' pic for this plant as I plan to harvest within the next few days. I just fed her for the last time (I think) and will let her dry out for a couple days and then time to chop. I'm really happy with this one! Buds are a decent size, tight, sticky and smelly! Love it!

Sticky has survived another night outside in my greenhouse..it was very cold this morning,; 10 C 😠! She hasnt grown much this week, only 5 cm but that has to do with me topping her, last week🙏 Tonight im gonna use heathing mats in the GH.. so maybe it will stay little bit warmer (waiting for my extention cord 2b delivered today✊) But maybe i will just put them inside again tonight, on my windowsill .. i dont want them to get sick🙏 the temp. at night is just too cold..heating mats in Greenhouse outside is not gonna help much i think.. But now she is on my garden table waiting to catch some rays from the sun..and then im gonna give her a good fotoshoot! forcast of today is very sunny so 🙌 But i will put her in my greenhouse this afternoon, so she can hide from the strong winds.. I already see some sighns of pre-flower coming up.(so shes still happy!)
