They're in 18-liter pots, and you'll be able to follow their progress here as well. To kick off this week, I decided to don my horticultural surgeon's hat and perform a series of strategic maneuvers on our green queen. The week began with a daring move – a couple of toppings to encourage a more bushy and compact growth structure. It's like giving Jealousy a little green haircut, shaping her into a voluptuous, floral masterpiece. But that's not all, my friends! A defoliation extravaganza ensued, where I carefully removed some of the larger fan leaves. Now, I can almost hear you asking, "Why on earth would you do that?" Well, it's all about optimizing light penetration and airflow, ensuring that each bud site receives its fair share of sunshine and fresh air. It's like orchestrating a botanical ballet, where every dancer gets their moment in the spotlight. Now, brace yourselves for the grand finale – taking some cuts. I know, I know, typically, we'd ease into these practices, but time is of the essence, and I wanted to put Jealousy's genetics to the ultimate test. The cuts were taken with the precision of a master sculptor, each one destined to become a clone, a green offspring preserving the essence of our marvelous Jealousy. And let's not forget the star of this green show – Jealousy herself. She's embracing these changes with open leaves, responding to the toppings and defoliation like a botanical maestro. Happy Holidays! Week 4 flower and not much to report. Didn’t do anything special, just water from drip, about 1 gallon over 24hrs. Drip turns on 4x during lights on. Light seems to be hitting everywhere fairly even. 2x TSW 2000’s are at about 75%, 20-22” from canopy. I might turn them up to 100% and see how they react for the final push, and then turn them down again nearing the end. I will also top dress again soon for the last time. Fungus Gnats are around but I wouldn’t say it’s an infestation, just got to put in a few more traps and I think the “Grub Grenade” is taking care of the soil. There is a 2” layer of straw mulch to help keep them off the surface comfortably. Gorilla Glue #4 genetics from Blimburn are strong, average size branching, frosty, sweet smell right NOW, nice internode spacing for light penetration yet stacking near the top, required less defoliation. flowering process has been slow due to mistakes during vegetation, anyway im trying to help the plant recover. Its flowering week number two, i am very excited.

This is the frostiest one of the 3 from the autoflower classics mix pack! I'm excited to see how flavorful this one is. I've heard it's not the most potent but that it's got amazing flavor. Check back next week for more thanks for following along this grow!

3/13/2024 - Day 15 Flower: Ran into some issues after the last watering. The newest leaves have some severe curling going on, and I've had a few leaves with some minor brown spotting. I'm not 100% sure what caused it, but narrowed it down to either TeaCo Super Tea, Recharge, or the foliar spray I did with Dr. Zymes Eliminator. I did the foliar at lights out, but maybe there was still some residue when the light came back on. Either way, I'm taking it easy on this watering. Gave them 4 gallons of 6.5 ph water mixed with Jay Plantspeaker Quillaja, Coconut Powder, and a half dose of Rootwise Bio-Catalyst and Yah-Whey. The curling does not seem ro be getting worse, so hopefully they will grow out of this. Also, they have started to slow on rhe stretching, which is good, because they are getting close to the light. 3/14/2023 - Day 16 Flower: So I've been looking at some of the more deformed leaves and I'm pretty sure the leaf curl and brown is from the Dr. Zymes. The leaves with issues appear to have a slight glossy residue to them. I'm guessing when the Dr. Zymes dried on the leaves, it had a reaction when the light came back on. Now that I'm into week 3 of flower, I plan to cut out any foliar sprays, so hopefully I'm right an the issue won't get worse. I had some seeds that I sprouted and forgot to use yesterday, so I made a 2 gallon Sprouted Seed Tea (SST) and added some Jay Plantspeaker Quillaja, Rootwise Bio-Phos, and a half dose of Fermented Comfrey Extract and Fermented Peach Extract. 3/16/2023 - Day 18 Flower: plants are looking good. Flowers are starting to develop and I'm already seeing the beginning of some tricomes. Stretch appears to be just about done, so hopefully it will be smooth sailing from here. The curling from last week has not gotten any worse. 3/17/2023 - Day 19 Flower: watered about 6 gallons of worm tea I brewed for about 24 hours. Added some Jay Plantspeaker Quillaja, BuildASoil BuildABloom, and Rootwise Bio-Catalyst. Also, did some minor defoliation of some of the larger fan leaves blocking lower bud sights. Still need to do more, but I plan to spread it out over a few days. 3/18/2023 - Day 20 Flower: Cleaned them all up real good. Took off all the large fan leaves, except for the top two, and cut off basically anything on the lower half of the plant. May have gone a little higher than I would have liked, now that I'm seeing it done, but too late now. Normally, i only like to take off about 1/3, but i guess we will see what happens when the bottom half is stripped. Always learning around here, haha. Hopefully I should have very little popcorn buds.

Hello everyone. Another week passed, gave her water and some enzimes on day 33, I noticed some leaf intervenal discoloration, not too concerning in my opinion. Maybe the enzimes were too much or some nutrient lock out due to a somewhat excessive fertilization. Any opinion on this issue? I think will go on with plain water to the end I think, hoping the problem will sort out itself. What do you think? Other then that I think buds oare forming fast and fine, she's putting out a little resin and smell now. Ciao 😊

The time is coming. It's very healthy, I ended up exaggerating a little bit with the fert, but don't panic, it's organic, it caused just a little burnt on the edge of the leaves. The weather is stabilizing, it stopped raining here and the humidity is normal now. The pistils are starting to fester and are resining too much. She is very fat, the smell is strong every day and I am totally in love with her.

Pretty happy with the results so far. Tried lollipopping a few of them. Also removed one from tent and placed outside possible fungi rusted leafs maybe cal mag?

This strain by crop king seeds has impressed me with its toughness. Being my first grow ever I made some mistakes along the way but the girls seemed to get through it all and grow well. In the end I am fortunate for them to provide me with more than enough bud to get me through the year if it all dries and cures properly. The past week after harvest has been cold and humid. I tried everything I could given my resources to dry it in my shed but weather of 1-10 Celsius. Rain high humidity and even hail storm one night has been hard on the drying process. Now jarred a little early to try to help with continuous burping of lids. I will submit a better review of how they turned out once dried and cured. Also will submit a dried weight I had an ounce of this exact strain given to me this past year for health reasons and that is what inspired me to track down these seeds and grow my own because I enjoyed it so much. Anyways hope for me it all turns out well

Into week 8, growing well, buds continue to stack up on this very singular up and down outdoor plant. Smells good, excited to see how the next few weeks go. Scratched 1/4 cup of Coast of Maine Fish Bone Meal into the soil and watered late in the week.
