Clock changed to 12h and scrog installed yesterday. Light adjusted to 45 LUX One plant needs more nutes than the rest but as I have a main rez I need the same formula for all so either I underfeed one or overfeed the rest.

Fast Buds Run Light at 75% and will stay like this for the coming week. Scrog net will also be installed this week. 09/04/24 - 2L RO Water with Cal Mag Xtra per plant. 11/04/24 - 3L RO Water only per plant. 14/04/24 - 3L RO Water with Nutes per plant. Notes : 08/04/24 - Scrog net was installed, will continue to adjust branches this coming week. 11/04/24 - Was seeing leaves a little bit on the dark side so fed only plain water 6.5ph, next feeding will be with nutes again. Re-arranged scrog net a bit more to open up the canopy a little bit more. Overall plants looking happy and all of them have now gone into the pre-flowering stage. 14/04/24 - Plants are doing really well in the pre-flowering stage and are really streching now. One last strech befor they go into full flower.

Nice week. Tropicana got healthy stuff in the last days. On day 29 I gave her a 1:10 homemade plant manure fertilization with comfrey and nettle which takes about two weeks to see a reaction. Three days later she got her next head fertilization to protect her with field horsetree extract and a cosmic sunstorm fertilization 😉. Smelling a bit but works good with fruit trees or veggies which are sensitive for mold and killer insects. Got to bring some 🐞cause I watched some lice while sucking Tropicana juice. 🤭😅 Northern lights night was nice to watch. Sun is shining and the Temperature during the days is up to 25 degrees. Day 34: Tropicana slept outside for the first time. The temperature at night is over 10 degrees now, soon even more.

Lessons learned from week 1 of my first grow so far: the best watering solution I found so far is a mix of distilled water from the store and filtered tap water. with a final ph of 6 and ppm of 20-40. a little ph buffer goes a bloody long way. Use with caution. performing tasks like mixing solution and potting a germinated seed are best performed without a phone (camera) in one hand. the seed germinated within 24 hours using paper towels. I planted after 36 hours. After 24 hours of potting, the stem was already shooting up, and I turned on the lights, set to an 18 hour schedule. I wasn't quite ready for this, so it took me some time to research and get the desired humidity and temperature. At this point I added more nutrient in even quantities of FloraGro, FloraMicro, and FloraBloom, according to instructions. Perhaps a little early though, although after just one 18 hour light cycle this plant is shooting up like a rocket and showing leaves. I bought a fan for the inside of the tent and propped it up on a box, and a humidifier to bring the humidity from 40-50% to around 70%. Since it's a winter grow, I have to periodically increase the temperature to keep it at 25 °C. The intake fan, humidifier, and inside fan are significantly lowering the temperature. I'm also experimenting with finding the right humidifier settings since the humidity seems to increase a lot when the lights go out, and the machine is still new.

Cali crasher is doing great. I had to hst her today. She was getting too close to the light and starting to show burn signs. Plus the heat is not good for the flowers profile. So I layed a bunch of the tops down. She is due for a new air stone as well. Everything is looking good under the Hortibloom Solux 350. Week 3 of flower, can see already some nice bud production. Terpenes are building up and making the room stink, has a dark berry chocolatety gassy og smell to it, just how I remember choc mint. The bud structure isn't exactly what I was hoping for but cant complain! Was a free seed sent to me after months of searching for the strain at a time before the v2 was a thing. Buds will be going through the trim bag at harvest so will probs give them more a uniform look to them.

Before the final flush.. the smell is very strong and sweet , lovely

Update: Took less than 3 days for all 3 seeds to pop. They’re all looking good, standing tall. Couple shells stuck to cotyledon leaves. I’m just going to leave them there. In the past my OCD has wanted them off and I’ve F’d up the leaf. I’m going to leave them covered with the cups until tomorrow, hopefully true leaves will be starting then. Le piante reagiscono bene, tenere sotto controllo con analisi visiva le foglie e il terreno, controllare ed essere precisi con il PH dell’acqua a 6.5 (solo dopo abbiamo scoperto l’importanza) inizialmente fino alla 4 settimana di vegetativa non l’abbiamo controllato e infatti più avanti noterete delle piccole carenze, tutto molto risolvibile comunque. Mantenere un’irrigazione costante, solitamente ogni 3/4 giorni circa 2/300 ml. Ovviamente sta a voi capire quanta ne serve, sempre meglio aspettare un giorno in più (foglie cadenti) piuttosto che irrigare troppo spesso (causerebbe problemi maggiori l’irrigazione eccessiva).
