Water was really low it was just above the hump in the Res cutting it close to not having enough water in the system to keep it going. They drank a lot making it close going the full 14 days. I am still going with the previous grows and adding 36 Gallons but even looking at the root I think the SILICA is working and the roots are further along at this point than in previous grows. This next two weeks will watch how much they drink and how low my Res starts getting, and will make a decision on changing the water weekly from here on out or still keep on the plan of every other week until Week 4 of Flower. I will be taking two clones from each to breed over the next few weeks depending on when I am going to flip them. 4/3/2023 Week 7- Day 3 of Veg (Day 61 overall) A little FIMing, A little Topping, and a Little bit of defoliation. Might have to take my clones during the week this week, I am trying to wait until Saturday to hit week 8 but again they are getting all over the place and I need to trim some of the sides and lower areas. 4/4/2023 Week 7- Day 4 of Veg (Day 62 overall) I decided to take my clones and clean up the lower half of the plants. I took 2 clones from each plant to go into the cloning machine. 4/5/2023 Week 7- Day 5 of Veg (Day 63 overall) Water Temp is sitting at 73. Right in my ideal range for my setup. Ideal range 70-74 My Temp Tent is my ideal zone75.6 Ideal for this grow 70-78 The lights are still waiting the switch to flower to get maxed out... The Humidity is coming in right at 60% I love it.. I took so much off yesterday I figure it was a good day to let them rest. 4/6/2023 Week 7- Day 6 of Veg (Day 64 overall) I needed to Defoliate some and I topped a little. The plants might force me to flip them soon. Next Wed is the 10 week mark half way through the 20 weeks. The net is Bingo... Which means that If/when the plants hit the net I will have to flip them. The Net is set to the max height that I can let them get based on the Breeders Stretch report 75%. 4/7/2023 Week 7- Day 7 of Veg (Day 65 overall) #3 is 22 inches Tall, #2 is 19 Inches Tall. Net is set at 24 inches. Net is also set as my Bingo point, if they hit the net then I have to flip no matter what to account for the Breeders recommended 75% Stretch allowance. I think I am going to have to flip right at the 10 week mark of the Competition which is Wed 12 Apr. I topped a little, I de-foliated a lot to start getting it ready for the anticipated Flip.

Week 02 Introduction This week has been a bit of a struggle. Had my first experience dealing with slime and brown algae. But I think adding enzymes and increasing the beneficial bacteria helped to fix the issue. Also experienced nutrient burn for the first time. My nutrient solution strength got as high as 671 PPMs. So backed it down to about 430 PPMs during the end-of-week reservoir change. Also cut Hydroguard (expired?), CaliMagic, and Superthrive from this grow. Now she's still stunted, but is starting to recover. Hopefully... [START OF WEEK 02] Day 01 - Monday - 08/10/20 - Total Days: 008 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Still looks a bit yellow. But getting larger! --- Solution strength was at 248 PPMs. --- Just topped off with a bit of distilled water --- PH went up to 6.1 so PH'd down to 5.8 --- Ran the top feed for a bit to wet the hydroton. - [2130]: She's looking even more yellow now. --- Even the new leaves are really yellow. --- Decided to add more base nutes. --- Added 4ml of Sensi A --- Added 4ml of Sensi B --- Now at about --- Solution Strength went up to 304 PPM. --- PH was at 6, --- Also raised the water level a bit more. --- I really hope it's a nutrient deficiency and not an over-watering issue. --- Please live! Day 02 - Tuesday - 08/11/20 - Total Days: 009 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Looking less droopy. But still yellow. --- Decided to do a reservoir change. --- 4.5gal of distilled water --- 8ml of Sensi Grow A --- 8ml of Sensi Grow B --- 8ml of Voodoo Juice --- 4ml of B-52 --- 4ml of CaliMagic --- 4ml of Hydroguard --- 4 drops of Superthrive --- PH'd down to 5.8 --- Solution strength: 302 PPM --- Since I didn't want to risk over-watering the rockwool, I did not to do a top feed, may do one tonight after the sleep cycle (lights are still set to go off at 10am and back on at 4pm). --- As I was doing a reservoir change, I noticed that the tubes and bucket were a bit slimy. Didn't really stink or anything. Is this normal? Maybe due to the Hydroguard and Voodoo Juice? --- I hope she gets better soon! - [2215]: Getting larger! But still yellow. --- Also can see a root growing through the net pot! Tiny little thing but it's there! Will have to start dropping water once more appear. --- After looking over a few DWC diaries using AN nutes, seems like my solution strength is still too low. Most around this stage average around 500 PPMs with about 4ml per gallon. --- Top fed for a minute to wet the top of the hydroton. --- Solution strength went down to 263 PPM. --- Added 8ml more of Sensi A --- Added 8ml more of Sensi B --- Now base nutes are at 16ml for 4.5 gal of water. --- PPMs went up to 411. --- Still lower than 500 PPMs, but that's okay. --- PH was at 6. Not sure if I should adjust PH using AN nutes. So going to not ajdust unless PH goes above 6.1. Day 03 - Wednesday - 08/12/20 - Total Days: 010 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Looks like more root growth! --- She still looks yellow. But leaves are perky. --- PH was at 6.2 so lowered down to 5.8. --- Solution strength was at 394 PPMs --- Since roots are still growing, I decide to lower the water level a bit. Now water level is a bit below the net pot. - [2200]: Root is getting longer! --- Slime is returning. Not sure why. --- Solution strength: 357 PPMs --- PH: 6.1 --- Decided to add an enzyme along with more beneficial bacteria to hopefully cure the slime. --- Added 16ml of Sensizym --- Added 5ml of Hydroguard --- Added 8ml of Voodoo Juice --- New solution strength: 430 PPMs --- New PH: 6.1 --- Top fed for a minute. --- This slimy residue is really freaking me out! I hope the added enzymes will help eliminate the slime. --- Going to do a full reservoir sterilization/nutrient change over the weekend. Please survive until then girl! Day 04 - Thursday - 08/13/20 - Total Days: 011 ----------------------------------- - [0930]: I think the enzymes worked! There is little to no slime now! --- Although I think the root was also dissolved in the process. It's now just a little stub sticking just below the net pot. The enzyme is also suppose to dissolved dead roots too but guess that root was too weak? Not sure what happened there. But I think the slime is cured! --- Solution strength went down to 395 PPMs. Decided to add more base nutrients. --- Added 8ml of Sensi A --- Added 8ml of Sensi B --- Added 4ml of B-52 --- Solution strength went up to 598 PPMs. --- PH was at 6.1 --- As long as the PH is between 5.5 and 6.3, I'm not going to use PH Up or Down. But still will monitor PH levels. - [1715]: Checked up on her after her nap and shes looking alive but stunted. But no slime! --- Decided to add some sugars to help maintain the enzymes and beneficial bacteria. --- Solution strength was at 587 PPMs. --- PH was at 6.2 --- Added 8ml of Bud Candy --- Solution strength went up to 671 PPMs. --- PH also went up to 6.3 --- Lowered water level a bit to hopefully promote more root growth. --- Top fed for a minute. --- She is getting bigger, but still looks yellow. Day 05 - Friday - 08/14/20 - Total Days: 012 ----------------------------------- - [0915]: Leaves look a little burnt on the tips. Still no slime. --- Going to back off on the PPMs to hopefully fix the nutrient toxicity. --- Solution strength was at 632 PPMs --- PH was at 6.3 --- Added/Removed water until PPMs were at 536. --- PH was still at 6.3 --- Raised water up a bit, then top fed for a minute. - [2200]: Looking better. Still yellow though. --- Solution strength: 514 PPMs --- PH: 6.5 --- Added PH down. --- New solution strength: 518 PPMs --- New PH: 5.2 --- PH was kind of high. So decided to PH down. Had to use quite a bit to bring it down. But eventually got it to drop down to 5.3. A little low, but so far, the PH has always gone up so wanted to start it really low. --- Ran the top feed for a minute to re-saturate the top of the hydroton. Day 06 - Saturday - 08/15/20 - Total Days: 013 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: She looks stunted. leaves are still yellow. --- Solution strength: 514 PPMs --- PH: 5.6 --- Top fed for a minute. --- Not sure what to do at this point. Going to do another reservoir change soon. Hoping she lives until then. - [2145]: Looking pretty much the same. --- A bit of slime has returned. Since I've been diluting the nutrient solution, the enzyme ratio has dropped. So I guess this is expected. --- Also noticed that slime build up was on the air-stones. Never really checked the stones so not sure how long that has been there. Looks brown too, which can't be good. --- Going to do an H202 sterilization of the system (minus the net pot) tomorrow so did not add anything. --- Lowered the water level to below the net pot. --- Then top fed for a minute. Day 07 - Sunday - 08/16/20 - Total Days: 014 ----------------------------------- - [0900]: STERILIZATION DAY! --- Decided to skip today's night cycle for a deep clean. --- I'm hoping that skipping a night cycle won't be too stressful. --- Temporarily moved her to a new bucket. --- Used about a half of gallon of straight distilled water to flush out the net pot. --- Drained the system and wiped up all the brown sludge. Also removed the air stones and cleaned up all the goo. --- Filled the system with 2 gallons of distilled water and at least 30ml of food grade hydrogen peroxide (35% strength). --- Yea its a lot, but since I'm not going to sterilize the system overnight, I went with a really high doseage. Basically I kept adding until I started to see little bubbles start to form. --- Then I ran the water pump. - [0915]: Boiled the air stones in tap water for about 10 min. Then reconnected them to the airlines. --- I let the air stones and hose soak in the sterilization solution for about 5 minutes so the peroxide can absorb into the stones. Then ran the air stone to help mix and agitate the solution. --- Occasionally, I'd repeat the process of turning the air pump off for a few minutes to let the stones soak. - [1000]: Covered the top two row of holes of the net pot with some aluminum tape. Hopefully this solves the light leaking in through the hydroton. - [1200]: Used an old toothbrush and scrubbed the pump clean. Then drained the system. --- Refilled with more distilled water and peroxide. Again added a lot. --- Ran system again to sterilize even more. - [1530]: Drained the system and refilled with distilled water to rinse. --- Ran the system for a few minutes, then drained and rinsed again. --- Did this a few more times over about an hour. - [1630]: Added 4 gallons of fresh distilled water. --- Added 15ml Sensi Grow A --- Added 15ml Sensi Grow B --- Added 12ml of B-52 --- Added 16ml of Voodoo Juice --- Added 16ml Sensizym --- Solution strength was at 430 PPMs --- PH was at 5.6 --- I was going to add Hydroguard, but I think the bottle is expired. Since 2017 or 2018!? I think Hydroguard is good for up to 2 years from the date on the bottle or 6 months after opening. So not going to use from now on. I wonder if this could have contributed to the slime build up. --- Also removed the CaliMagic and Superthrive too. Going to only use AN products to eliminate the chance of incompatible nutrients. --- Placed her back in the bucket and top fed for a minute. --- Here's hoping for the best. Going to let it ride until morning! Please feel better! [END OF WEEK 02]

Really nice plant. It remained small!!! A lot of stinky very well THC coated buds. It likes water, and strong strain I had tried before and the effects are awesome. Relaxing body parts arms and legs get heavy it is like more medical. I will be back with the effects after one week. It has to be dried and I need to start curing it. Lovely strain. Update: really nice smoke guys. Strong and yeah makes you high, relaxed, medical effect. Strong indica.

Day 51 - Stour Stomper 1 is looking very frosty, excited for her to start swelling. The runt is just a little behind but still looking great. 4AM1 really chunked up quickly, quite far ahead of 4AM2. Getting pretty stinky in there. Some lower leaf issues but nothing devastating.

So that made the decision to cull it very easy lol. The plant was completely healthy and a great plan. It was just the smallest one and the only reason I was even debating it is because it was getting too hard to keep the environment dialed in where I needed it, shit happens, she was going strong until I ripped her in half lol. They're all doing amazing. Set up the first trellis, D16 Holy shit 1 day in trellis this one girl just won't be held back, after I do some maintenance/pruning I'll snap some new pics. June 7 - We ordered some new lights last week, they are 240w kingbrite samsung lm310h with uv/ir, 3000k, and meanwell drivers. We setup the new room and moved the girls into there. After a bit of LST and a watering (with nutrients) at roughly 7ph, they were ready to go under the 2 new lights and the same SF-1000 we have been using in this grow. The new room is a 12 ft enclosed trailer. I moved everything from the small tent into this. I put clear poly on the walls, floor and ceiling. I put poly on the shelf I am going to be keeping in there as well. I bought 50ft of 6mm mylar and lined the floors, roof and sides with it. I plan to get some reflective tape to seal everything and to cover the wood. I did not get much of a chance to watch temp's today as they it was later in the evening after all was said and done. The inline fan blowing in air from outside. June 8 - 9 AM i checked the plants, they were at 25.2 and 50% RH. Late through the day I had checked and we had gotten up to around 32 degrees. So I moved the inline fan to the closer vent, hooked up to that, and had the air blowing out of the trailer with the inline fan sucking it from above the lights. I then added oscillating fan and had it blowing air on the left side of the room so it would somewhat circulate once I closed the doors. I then checked at about 9pm and we were at 22 degrees. Definitely noticed a decent amount of growth already. I have the lights on a 22/2 cycle as I was worried about the heat at night time. June 9 - Some great growth from the girls, still having problems controlling the temps in the afternoon. I decided to prop the door open a bit to have a constant breeze throughout the day while I am at work. Decided to do some more LST and also a bit of defoliation. I took about 25% of the leaf's that were blocking the new growth as it was getting a bit bunched up. I was then told the leaf's are almost solar panels for them. So from now on I will be trying to just do some tucking unless needed. The leaf's I removed were most of the damaged leaf's, I am not to sure if that makes much of a difference. I gave them a watering with only water as there is a potential I am getting a bit of a nutrient buildup along with the PH problem. Or potentially the reason for the ph problem is nutrient buildup. After watering with A PH of 7 I got some run off and tested it. The smaller plant gave me a PH of about 5.5 where the bigger one is around 5.0. June 10 - Plants are looking happy and showing tons of growth. Seems to be trying to stretch outwards. Not a ton of sign of PH issues showing so potentially getting it under control. Still a bit of damage to previous leaf's but it is what it is! The last few days I have been leaving the door open a bit in order to keep the temps down. I decided to test something and turn the lights off (automatically) at 11AM and back on at 5PM so light schedule has now changed to 18/6 and it seems I may have figured out the issue. We haven't had lots of sun the last couple days so it hasn't been to hard and I have yet to know if it truly fixed the heat issue for now. (I will be looking into a ac unit as well since it typically gets to around 30-35 around here. June 11 - Pulled some of the branches back down and added a few more LST spots. Seems we have a good amount of growth from the smaller plant out of the 2 topped spots. Unfortunately it looks like I fucked up on the bigger plant and only one of the nodes seems to have new growth. I will continue to monitor that but I think I cut the node to low and also to soon. Other then that, the girls are doing great. They seem to be absolutely loving these new lights. I gave them some nutrient water today as well. roughly 3L each. They seem to be A hell of A lot more thirsty under these new lights. June 12 - The girls are doing great , they are still just doing growing away. Lots of progress everyday. I am going to be getting a go-pro so I can set-up a time-lapse for the rest of this grow. I received my new inline fan, I got A ac infinity CLOUDLINE T4 with the temperature humidity controller. I am going to be having one fan pushing fresh air in and one fan pulling out the hot air. I will be doing that tomorrow since I have to work today. June 13 - I ordered another 50ft of mylar and that showed up today. I have decided to remove the shelf and add another 3+ feet to the grow space. So today I installed more poly, mylar, the ac infinity fan. I have it set-up to pump in air if it gets to warm. I am thinking of switching it to the output that way if it gets to hot or to humid I can have that air pulled out of the trailer. Right now my other inline fan is the outtake and I just have it set on full. Overall I think everything is set-up a bit better and more accessible. I will be putting my 2x2 tent in there at the left of the doors so I can have a veg room when these 2 are in flower. I plan to have 4 in veg and 4 in flower for the next grow. Still waiting on JOTI seeds, ordered 3 weeks ago and still have not been shipped. I will be getting those going the moment they arrive. The girls seem to be happy still, did a bit more LST to try to keep everything even, mainly I'm just pulling down on the spots I already have tie wire on.

Well into flowering now. She is definitely a more indica phenotype 😭 I must have lucked out first time round with such a Sativa phenotype 😍 I'd love to know more on this side. The likely phenotypes, and how and why they come about. Also what is the likelyhood/prevalence of each of the phenotypes....... So many questions 😂 But anyway, she's looking absolutely fab. Flowers developing well so on she goes a few more weeks! 👌

Cruise control for the OG Kush. Heading into the final weeks, so I'll be removing odd fan leaves here and there and giving her one last light top dressing. She's drinking water daily now and trichome production is finally ramping up.

The plant was easy to grow overall .. it grew fast and a little on the tall side which had me nervous but I was able to raise the lights up just enough to finish, so it all worked out in the end. buds came out hard and frosty no complaints . This was a freebie seed too! didn’t expect it to come out as fire as it did man was i wrong. Straight fire 🔥 Ran into root rot in the beginning of veg but the great white and hydroguard saved my ass.🙏
