Really stacking now! Beautiful sea of colas going on between these 3. Buds are really starting to structre. This variety has a little bit of a longer flowering time. Usually 11 weeks in my experiences. So the buds are definitely on point for the 4 weeks of bloom. Starting the 5th week off so far with elevated trichome production. Definitely gunna be alot frostier come the end of this 5th week. I reduced the nitrogen dose again. I also stopped giving them vigorous. Its a pure bloom mix now as these ladies are booming with flowers. Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.

Week 6 I'll start first with the Purple Lemonades. PL2 unfortunately is a lost cause; she's just wasting time and resources. Time to go, RIP PL2 🙏 PL1 is super stunted but seems to be fattening up nicely. The nodes are so tightly packed together she may turn into one big nug however, that makes tasks like defoliation difficult to perform. I so badly what to see this girl through she looks amazing but that's nothing compared to her smell which is INCREDIBLE!! At distance there's chocolaty notes but up close, she smells like Skittles with more of a tang, i've never smelled anything like it. To say i'm really looking forward to smoking it is an understatment. The Pineapple's are continuing to develope very well. They both have slowed growing in height and are now busy packing on those buds. They're both nuggin up nicely. Water intake has now gone upto 3 Ltrs for the pineapples which seems to last them a few days. There has been a few unseasonal days of 30° + this week so i've had to offer a little respite from the high UV. Going into week 6 I just need to keep on controlling those pests. Miguel seems to have moved on so i'll need to keep an extra eye out. I'm also hoping for a flowering stretch in the lemonade to give those buds a bit of breathing space.

Hello everyone, fellow growers! my girls continue the vegetative phase without problems with the sog technique. We are testing a new line of fertilizers and so far they are doing pretty well. excellent nuggets are expected!

Transplanted to 7 gal pots....gave the girls a trim. Changed soil to SOHUM with pumice. Still have note burns on the tips of some leaves. Thinking of forgoing nutrients and just go with plain ph balanced tap water. Any thoughts fellow growers? Any advice would be appreciated!

Great grow. Amazing terps and yield, smooth smoke. Watch for deficiencies and over nuting.

Pests The amount of sciridae increased a lot (as expected, because the population is about to collapse), but I also noticed that they were being accompanied by exactly 1 premature spider mite (drop in RH). Because my environment seemed to fall out of an equilibrium, I thought about using fine quartz sand (0.1 - 0.4 mm) and nematodes to hinder the adult Sciaridae from laying eggs and also actively hunt for their larvae, while being able to get back on watering regularly... In the end I actually ordered those - but decided not to use them because the process of drying out the substrate was already in its final stage. Plants Also, the variegated plant got cellular damage... most likely because my temp. and RH varied too much (VPD and temp. spikes were too extreme and rapid). [Variegated plants in general are less resilient and need a more stable environment]. Setup Until now, I didn't use any fan so that I could keep the moisture and temperature up, but from now on, I will start to activate an exhaust fan at about 0,5 -1 air exchanges per minute. This should homogenize the environment but also decrease the temp. by 1-2 K, and the RH yet again by another 10%. It also allows the plants to transpirate more efficiently, and with that, normalize the VPD. Living Soil In general, when the pests are in control, I will yet again focus on the 'right' environment rather than battling those pests. With this approach, I can keep the moisture content in the tent the way I want to without worrying about anything else.

DAY 56 Flowering: Well here we are growmies. It is that time.... we have bud porn , beautiful leaves naturally fading and adding to the Autumn looking harvest. The 2 Girl scout cookies have kept a really happy pace this week with the #2 still pushing fresh pistils out and swelling. She is getting nice and tacky too. Both of the girls smell like a candy shop raid now too. My filters are useless in regards to these ladies but I am not complaining . Lol After I finished the video , I decided it was time for the #2 Girl , who is now sat in the dark trying to figure out where the sun and her sister has gone. She will get 48 hours , then be trimmed for drying and curing. The other girl will be joining her some time this week too for sure but as her pistils are so fresh in a lot of places , she will get to dance a little longer . The Amnesia girls are slowly building trichs and bud weight now on their last stretch before ripening those trichs. Only the #3 has any real signs of fade so far too which could be down to wrong feeding when I assumed she was a Girl scout cookie. The buds on her look very much like the Amnesia too. Thet remind me of cacti close up !. The rectangular girl #2 has kept all her jewels tucked away inside her frame but i have made sure there is plenty of airflow within her bush to keep the nasties away. All in all they look very potent and I can already see the lost fine and forgotten tasks within those crystal ball trichs. Lol The guest critical cheese is slowly ambling along and looks bare in comparison to the other strains. She still has about 3 weeks , alongside the Amnesia haze , to fill out those long colas. Fingers crossed. Until next time growmies. Be safe and well.

Plants on left are nearing harvest, flipping the Slurricane. Cleaning up under canopy and light defoliation/leaf tucking as needed for light penetration

The end of the fourth week. Only 2,5 to 3 weeks to go, since this is the FAST version of Gelato 33 by Advanced seeds. Last week temps were better, so that was a lot better to manage. The smell is a different story. We are trying to combat it as we speak with a double filter which my friend still had from a previous grow. The ladies are performing, however, because this is a monstercrop with many budsites, none of them will be very big. We anticipate a lot of cutting come harvest time. The stickieness and smell (cookies, dough, herbs, spices, gingerbread, vanilla) promise a lot to make up for that hopefully!! The middle plant that seemed to go fastest, now looks like to have the hardest time flowering. Her more advanced stage of flowering as a bigger clone, made it harder for her to return to veg, which she never really did. This seems to make her want to rush to the finish, as she is already browning the pistils. Also these buds seem more flakey, popcorny. As if the many flowers and grapelike bundled growth was too much for her. I put the light a little closer, to help her fatten up in the time she is given. I never expected the two 'runts' to outperform the mighty middle clone, but hey seem to fatten up and age much more nicely. So for now, prelimenary tip: make sure all your plants are completely revegged before flowering and consider that faster flowering species might have some ruderalis ancestry that might siderail all your lighting intentions and remains in flower what ever the growers lighting schedule. So with at least two more weeks for the two outer plants, and well see how many for the middle one, we are going to make them as comfortable as possible the final push of this flowering. Thank you for following and see you next week!!

This week has produced some decent growth, and I plan to begin some light LST on Blackberry Moonrocks here soon. The plant has taken very well to being topped, especially considering the short bushy structure of the plant. Here is what I did this week. 16.7.25: I watered with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.6 containing; 💜 2ml Ecothrive Trace 💜 1/4 TSP Ecothrive Biosys PH: 6.6 PPM: 340 19.7.25: I watered with 1.5L of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.5 containing: 💜 1ml Ecothrive Trace PH: 6.5 PPM: 350 Thanks for checking in this week, and hanging out 💚 ✌️ 🍃 😊 🌱 💜

Hey guys, slowly we coming to an end. ☃️ The two plants on the left looking like Slurricane Phenos and on the right side like Platinum (Less purple and late finisher). The Slurricane Pheno on the backside looks most frosty and will finish most early. It's a keeper for sure and also the clones looking very healthy. The other clones i will send straight into flowering when i have space in one of the other tents. Smooth run with this Genetics and the flowers looking very promising. 😍

Flowering Week 24: Autumn Whispers & Yellow Leaf Mysteries Update: 28.08.2025 | Day 171 What’s good, Growmies? Hope your own gardens are treating you right as summer starts to fade. Temps are dipping to around 20°C here, and the ladies are feeling the shift. Didn’t do much this week – sometimes less is more. Noticed a few things, though: Zero pests – and I mean clean – but up on Blueberry’s top budsites, some yellow leaves are showin'. Doesn’t look like nitrogen – more like iron maybe? Wondering if the Bokashi juice dropped the pH a bit too hard. Thought about breakin' out the mineral nutes (Terra Aquatica TriPart flashed through my mind), but nah… I’m stickin' to the organic path. What do you guys think? Durban Poison Buds are bulkin' up nice – fattenin' by the day. Purple pistils poppin’ on every cola. Looks killer. Deeper inside the canopy, some lower yellow leaves (classic nitrogen fade), but nothin' to stress over. She’s healthy where it counts. Blueberry Still stretchin' – slowly but surely. More pistils showin' now, and yeah, those calyxes are takin' on a sweet purple hue. Smell’s still light – neighbors are safe… for now. Next Steps - Keep an eye on that iron-like yellowing – act if it spreads - Stay vigilant for pests tryna hide in new buds - Keep pickin' off old leaves – mold prevention is key - Maybe one more light defoliation on Durban – open her up just a touch more That’s all for this week, folks. Catch y’all next time. – Smoking_Joe_Frazier
