I really enjoyed this strain and I’m very glad I was able to see it through until the end. I wanted to harvest 9 days ago or so, but got advice from a lot of fellow growers who told me to remain patient and ignore all wishful thinking. The average time from seed to harvest for this plant is 70-80 days, I managed to harvest on day 87. The smell is loud and she looks beautiful. Fingers crossed I’ll be able to get these genetics again in the future. Completely satisfied with using this strain as an introduction into growing.

Flush ended two days before the darkness period. Decided on a 48 darkness periods though some prefer 24 or 72. The darkness did help trichomes reappear at the tops of the canopy. Going for a longer dry of 10 days, best temperatures are 60-70F to preserve the terps with 50-60RH. This has been an amazing experience, definitely putting in more passion into the next run.

Slowly cruising and getting closer to the end, they all reacted very well to the feeding and look rejuvenated. Had some aphids on the GDP but I caught them early and sprayed them with some homemade soapy water with essential oils mixture,so it shouldn't be a problem moving forward plus I spotted some natural allies (ladybugs) The Runtz has the biggest buds and looks like it will finish first The G13 has the best and strongest smell

Gas tax x obama runtz I still have 2 of these plants going. One kf them is strong and rooting well the other is the smallest plant in the tent. It's leaves have nit grown in size much the past week. I'm thinking it's roots are tied up weird or it's just a weak plant. If I did not have a thing for even numbers I'd prob toss the 2nd plant but who wants 9 plants when you have 10 This past week all the plants did great dealing with getting repotted and topped in the same week. I definitely took a Rick doing that seeing i only left each plant with 4 leaves. This past week was also a struggle to keep the vpd in a decent range. The Temps outside have been below 32 for a few days with Temps dipping down to almost 0 at night. With the space heater running it's pulling the humidity down. I think I have figured out the solution to that problem so I won't run into that next time it gets cold again. All the plants have really started to grow their new branches sense being topped. A few of the plants are a little smaller than I'd like but I'm gonna keep em alive for now.

This Diary contains one of Katsu Bluebird's Most Exciting breeding Projects; Grape Ape Cake ! Lineage; Hotcakes (Katsu Bubba X Burnt Toast from Raw Genetics) X Grape Ape Welcome to Week Seven, our last Veg Entry These Girls loved the topping last week.. & didn't really miss a beat as far as growth is concerned, a minor delay but still cracked an inch worth of height gained this week. As most seam to have a very tight growth pattern I honestly think they're going to be monsterous tower's in the coming weeks. with that in mind I gave everyone a good leg shave to increase those chances. Also The Frist trellis is up ! after talking with Katsu about how much he thinks this particular strain may stretch.. i've decided to hang 2 lines of support across these girls. this first being right as we move into FLOWER ! teh second line will go up one the stretch stops..(week3-4 maybe we will see) With that being said, after a slight flush @6.6ph Water, & 24 Hours of darkness happening as I type this entry.. They will receive their first Flower Feeding in the Morning! & the next entry will be our first week of flower ! It is always a blast working from a pack of Reg Seed, let alone an Exciting project like these Katsu beans ! and as we move into flower next week I've taken cuts that I'm hopeful will ensure I have the BEST of the Best Flowers from this run to keep for another run at least.. and maybe even outdoor 2021. Thanks for Reading This far 🙌 If you have a question or a comment leave it down below otherwise, I Hope You Check in Next Week, Stay Safe out there & Happy Gardening Cariboo

This past week has been a blast! After getting these ladies nutrition straightened out, they are thriving!💚🌱💚 I gave defoliated wayyy more than what I see other growers traditionally doing. After the "3rd and final haircut" I defoliated two more times 😅 Thank you the GD community for the support and resources along the way 🙏 My only concern now is the tent actually becoming too crowded.😆. Other then that I am thinking it should be smooth sailing these next 6 weeks or so. 🏴‍☠️😎🏴‍☠️ Happy Growing! 💚💪🌱😎🌱💪💚

everything in the second week of flower went well. she really stretched and the buds quickly started getting fat. also every watering i would notice a very strong odor of weed. december 22nd 2021: gaver her last half of gallon used in last feeding. also nothing was tested. ph tested at 6.6 last feeding and it usually comes out a little higher after a few days. january 1st 2022 i noticed the first trichomes.

Day 43 let's start week 7! the plants grow and continue to stretch. unfortunately two weeks ago my ph meter broke. last week I started giving 1ml / l of green sensation and the plants seem to have lightened a lot. these days i should have the ph meter back so i can check. all in all they seem to grow well apart from this "yellowing". Day 44 the pH pen arrived and I discovered the cause of the yellowing. the ph was about 5 😭😭😭 now I let it dry well and brought the ph back to 6.7 and given 0.5 l and I wait for it to dry again keep following me to see my progress. it is my first growth and I make many mistakes, leave a like and give me an opinion or advice to improve. good luck and happy day!🌱💚

Hi Gromie's all going good, continue H.S.T training, nice flat canopy. Also started some new clones, experimenting took 2 & 3 branch cuttings instead of single stem, so first topping will give 4 & 6 branches. Veg tent set up. Daisy chained recirculating hydro (4) at back & up to 6 DWC pots in front. Lined pots with insulated mylar, has reduced temps around 5°c. Making D.I.Y. DWC system for .

Ok so this week I did a defoliation and a tigh down too the netting , I really was not planning on doing such a big defoliation but the leafs became thick and dense and there was almost no light penitration down too the lower branches of the plant , so she is opened right up now and the humidity and temperature has dropped loads and the air is moving alot better around the leaves and branches , I will not take anything more off her now , I have also added Cal mag too the nutrients for this week only , she is well into pre flower now but the stretch has not yet started so I figured it's no or never too defoliate and tigh them down , I am very happy with them so far and being new too all this it's all very exciting , Thanks for looking :)

🌌 Folder #2 — Cosmic Noodles Week 3 Update — Technique, Response, Momentum First of all — thank you to everyone following this diary. This space exists to document real-time learning, real decisions, and real plant responses — and this week gave us a lot of material. Cosmic Noodles continues to impress. ⸻ 🌱 Plant B — 2 Weeks Veg → Guided Expansion still an autoflower This plant is moving fast, confidently, and with intention. Her growth this week was so strong that I made the decision to begin structured low-stress training, not to restrict her, but to open her up. 🔧 Training Method (Accurately Explained) This was a progressive process, not a single action: 1️⃣ Leaf Tucking (Start of the Week) • Larger fan leaves gently tucked under • Objective: • expose inner growth • encourage branch development • allow light to reach lower nodes This alone already triggered visible response. ⸻ 2️⃣ Directional Bending (Mid-Week) As growth accelerated, I moved from leaf work to branch positioning. • Branches were gently pulled outward • Secured using soft, green-coated wire • Wire anchored directly into the soil and pot edge • No rigid clips, no plastic clamps The wire is: • flexible • forgiving • adjustable allowing the plant to move while still being guided. ⸻ 3️⃣ Anchoring & Holding Space (End of Week) As branches continued to push hard, I introduced U-shaped wire anchors, pinched into the soil. Important clarification: • These are wired anchors, not plastic clamps • They hold branches down toward the soil • Purpose: keep the canopy open and horizontal • Result: light penetration everywhere This is not about forcing shape — it’s about creating room for expression. ⸻ 🌿 Plant Response Her reaction has been nothing short of outstanding. • Branches: Already pushing into the 6th–7th branch • Stress response: None observed • Vigor: Extremely high • Growth speed: Fast, confident, continuous She didn’t slow down. She leaned into it. This plant is healthy, driven, and clearly enjoying the guidance. Next week is going to be something special. ⸻ 🌱 Plant A — 12/12 From Seed (Autoflower) Running alongside her is Plant A, grown 12/12 from seed, and she continues to behave beautifully. • Leaf stage: • Third pair fully developed • Fourth pair coming in • Structure: Compact, balanced, composed • Behavior: Calm, steady, almost photoperiod-like Once again, it raises the question: Are these autoflowers acting like photoperiods? Or are photoperiods acting like autos? No answers yet — just fascination and respect. ⸻ 💡 Light Intensity & PPFD Response This week, PPFD was increased, continuing the controlled progression already established in the room. Key observations: • Autoflowers are responding exceptionally well • Leaf posture remains strong • Color remains healthy • No stress indicators present This reinforces that progressive PPFD increases, when done patiently, can be extremely effective — even with autoflowers. ⸻ 🔮 What to Expect (and What Not To) Expect: • Rapid structural development on Plant B • Even canopy formation as wire training settles • Continued confident growth across both timelines Do NOT expect: • Forced conclusions • Rushed flowering assumptions • Heavy-handed intervention We observe. We assist. We let the plant lead. ⸻ 🙏 Closing This week was a reminder of why technique matters — and why precision in documentation matters just as much. Thank you to everyone following along. More to come — and next week, keep your eyes on Plant B. Be a giver, and the universe will give back in ways you could never imagine. 💚 Growers love to all 💚 📸 P.S. – The Eye Behind the Lens All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6700 paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. Hi So another clone run, the mother Runt impressed me with her vigure I had to get cutting, very fast fat growth, massive leaves. resilient and just overall top shelf genetics. I'm thinking to fill a tent and use 1 for breeding, the biggest one obviously, I have 4 male strains to choose from im sure the breeder a friend of mine won't mind I will ask but there won't be a problem there, it's a bit more personal when the seeds arnt from a million pound company and it's just polite and breeder ethics in my eyes.. Growing these girl's in my home brew super soil il have a nice addition to add to the mix going into final pots il keep that 1 and inform you then although Iam going to have to keep these in veg till January so il keep them as small as I can or do some mayor work (HST)on them. **Added **a video of 2 of the roots from the clones. Showing symbiotic relationship with mycorrhizal fungi inoculant added as soon as I cut the clones.. As for now grow on.. Good luck and much love 💚✌️
