Week 12: Tangie Finish Line in sight Today, I checked Tangie’s trichomes and noticed that 20% have already turned amber. This signals that it’s time for a flush. I’m using pH-balanced water (pH 6) with an EC of just 0.092 ms/cm due to my extremely soft water. My goal is to stress Tangie a bit in these final days to boost trichome production. I plan to remove some fan leaves two days before harvest and let the soil dry out slightly. She has about 4-5 more days to go. The aroma has become incredibly strong, with a vibrant, fruity scent dominating the air. It’s amazing how much more potent this smell is compared to the pre-harvested buds, which are now in the curing process and beginning to release that delightful orange and citrus fragrance. I’m eager to compare the flavor, potency, and high between the early and late harvests. The finish line is definitely in sight and I'm happy that I could let her ripen entirely to she what she is capable of 😍 Update 17.08 (Day 82) Today I decided to finally harvest the rest of this lovely Tangie. The trichomes showed a good mix of amber and cloudy trichomes, and I don't want to risk letting her overripen. I opted to cut only the fan leaves again to ensure a slow and consistent drying process. Operation Flower of the Jungle is a Go! Second week of flower and these ladies are stretching and blooming! A part from the stretch and flowers coming out, there hasn't been much change. Which said like that seems like it's nothing but there has been a huge flower production in the past week. Were gonna have some nice jungle nuggets. Upped the nutrients 1ml/L

On day 1 the rez is at 6.2. The highest cola is 8.5" from the light. On day 2 the rez is at 6.2. The highest cola is 7.75" from the light. On day 3 the rez is at 6.1. The highest cola is 7.5" from the light. On day 4 the rez is at 6.3. The highest cola is 7.125" from the light. On day 5 the plants are smelling and doing well. On day 6 I changed out the rez and PH to 6.1. The highest cola is 7" from grow light stretch is deff slowing down and should be over shortly. My avg PPFD at canopy is around 800. On day 7 the rez ph is 6.0. The highest cola is still 7" away from light 😅 close but not too close in my small space.

Great week for Mephy...other than winter being on the doorstep. 😒 Keeping her to 4 main cobs, slow and steady till she's ready for some LST. I've been adding DO (dissolved oxygen) into the water in an attempt to keep the roots happy in this tight space. So far she's loving it. If you have an aquarium pump and some airstones you can add DO to your irrigation. Worth a try if you haven't. Anyway, hope everyone had a great tiny pot week! 2 plants showing different results. One has been flowering for 1 week and the other one looks stagnating. The one flowering is 38cms tall and new growth on top looks yellow and leaves on the bottom are stained. The other one has bigger stains at the bottom. Don't know the deficiency. Watering with 1ml Byron Bay Gold stage 2 per litre of RODI water. Am I missing calmag? Water ph?

Week 6 went pretty well, +30 during the day, +23 at night, a few yellowed leaves, next time I water her I will give her Espom salt so that she absorbs more magnesium, despite the high heat everything else looks good :) good luck to everyone.

Ya en vegetativo al frotar las ramas, se desprendía olor a Papaya 😍 💐 Floración: Cogollos muy densos a pesar del bloqueo de nutrientes que superó sin problemas en 10 días! El olor a Papaya y fondo de limón es impresionante! Genética: Estupendo trabajo de breeding de FastBuds! 👨‍⚖️Conclusión: Una cepa deliciosa a plantar una vez en la vida! Muy interesante el perfil de Papaya y Limón!

--- Day 43 --- 15/06/2021 Starting to water 3L today, she's looking really good. Shes finally starting to stretch out a bit, up till now her canopy was quite crammed and close. Some of her branches are starting to grow up and the whole thing is stretching out a bit, which is nice. She's now 51cm/20" tall. I've watered her again with 3l of 23C, 1000PPM, 6.0PH water with the above nutrients --- Day 44 --- 16/06/2021 I'm really happy with the way her canopy shape is looking, it's all pretty even and level, considering the accident I had, I think she's doing just fine. I've watered her again with 3l of 23C, 1000PPM, 6.0PH water with the above nutrients --- Day 45 --- 17/06/2021 She's now just over 23" tall and she's filled the tent. The light is as high as it can go, and she's touching the walls of the tent. She can't get any bigger, else we have issues. I'm going to have to get a bigger tent... I've watered her again with 3l of 23C, 1000PPM, 6.0PH water with the above nutrients --- Day 46 --- 18/06/2021 Shes now over 24" tall and she's filling the tent quickly. Also, I noticed today the first signs of her going into preflower, you can see really small white pistils showing 😀 I've watered her again with 3l of 23C, 1000PPM, 6.0PH water with the above nutrients --- Day 47 --- 19/06/2021 Shes growing really well, there are so many bud sites growing on her now, it won't be long before I'm watering 4L. I've watered her again with 3l of 23C, 1000PPM, 6.0PH water with the above nutrients --- Day 48 --- 20/06/2021 Shes starting to get way too big for the tent, I'm going to need a larger one. The humidity is also worrying, it's constantly at 98% even with the dehumidifier and ac on. I've watered her again with 3l of 23C, 1000PPM, 6.0PH water with the above nutrients --- Day 49 --- 21/06/2021 So, I got a new tent. I went from a 60x60x160cm one to a 90x90x200cm one. Ive also upgraded to the AC Inifity T4 extractor Fan system to help with the ventilation and humidity issues, it's really cool. I'm going to start watering 4L tomorrow. She's looking really good. I've watered her again with 3l of 23C, 1000PPM, 6.0PH water with the above nutrients

It is day 30 and we are finally seeing some growth starting after a few days of being locked out due to what I believe is from nutrient burn. Won’t go as heavy next top dress. I have ordered a soil ph pen which will be arriving tomorrow so that I can’t test my soil ph and the run off. Until then I have ph'd the water to 6.0 to hopefully stimulate more growth before flower. These plants are very short but stacked! I can’t wait to see how big they are at pre flower. After it’s 3rd week stretch. Reach for the skies bitches! Watering less aswell. I believe iam overwatering because I go days without seeing these girls. Exhale c02 bag doing well. Resembles mould at the moment. I want to take a moment to thank everyone who’s visited my diary. There was no where to put them no matter how slow I tried haha. Also have each girl in something that resembles the cross face chicken wing from the WWE. Little fan on fan action. It’s like the leaves were meant to stuck together. The knotches in the leaves interlock I mean. I stretch the upper fan leaf to the one directly below it. Opening up both shoots. Hope they made sense lmao.

The plants stopped growing in height and are now in FULL FLOWERING mode. Every day more and more flower clusters appear and start to build colas at the sidebranches now. The trichome production is also in full swing, the plants get stickier every day and smell DELICIOUS. The Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants have a sweet sandelwood-smell like the AK-47 but also with peach undertones from the Barbara Bud in it. I LOVE THE AROMA!
