I'm not sure if I'll try a controlled spray trying to avoid buds or if I should use a sponge and just hit every leaf. I'm wondering if the wind will hurt the thrips. Maybe I should've just stood with the wind at my back and throw a buNch of D.E. in the air and have it coat the plants. I'm scared of using d.e. because it absorbs so much water. It's like 80%! The year I had fusarium I put a bunch of d.e. on the soil and it retained water like a mofo. The plants I treated showed no I'll effects. I'm th8nkobg I'm going to remove patient zero and isolate it. And I'm considering using spinosad on the pink kush. What would you do? If you had to use something in the middle of flower or loss your crop which would you choose? I'll probably just use citric acid or the rubbing alcohol. I don't know. I'll keep it updated. The plant is now becoming more and more mature, I have started to discontinue the fertilizer and only water with CalMag fertilizer, and very little at that. The color of the leaves now clearly changes to purple. The smell is sweet but still slightly citrusy. The plant will now be harvested in about 10 days. Start of week 6 the end of week 5 she was just having her pistols come out. She is doing great growing fast I might have to buy bigger tent but will see what happens. Daytime temps are74/76 and nighttime temps 68/70 RH is now at 54%. New I have not even flushed or used sledgehammer because she looking so hungry at times. I did major defoliation on her had some many big fan leafs block lower bud sites to be also did a ton of tie down to try to get the last few stretches out the lower area.

So far so good. Seems to have taken well to the LST. I did notice the early signs of CO² deficiency and added an organic CO² producer on day 37. Hopefully that spurs the growth. Last frost is in a little over a week. After that I hope the power of the Yukon sun can really give it a boost in its final weeks.

6/14 Week 8 and things are going fairly well on the grow. Some issues with PH that I hope have been worked out by recaling all of them and using two to test PH. Bud building continues Basic nuets only till flush 6/15 Another day in the life... 6/16 Gave a shot of PK she is building so fast she just runs out of Phos and then CA cant do its work 6/17 Continuing PK one more day at least 2ml/gal and 1ml/gal Cal-Mag We have an explanation for the CA issues. This was bag coco not block, it came prewashed and buffered. Apparently the buffering was sub par and has degraded thus drawing CA from the plant and feed. Thus adding 1ml/gal Cal-Mag to compensate Once again DYOPW Do Your Own Prep Work 6/19 She is building buds faster than any plant we have grown to date. Going to split the cal-mag and pk feedings, morning PK evening cal-mag may just be a best practices thing and the time for both is very short Someone asked me a question on PK/cal-Mag and I didnt know they can conflict depending on the formulas involved. So safe is the word She is finishing up to flush stage anyway fewer new hairs so the ambering will increase wont be long now, within a few days.
