I switched auto Lavender to ph water about 3 days ago. She has started fading already. She grew great under the Mars hydro FC4800 light, with the Agrogardens nutrition. She grew too big to be honest for my space. She stuffered light burn across the canopy due to size. This is one of those times a net would of served me well. Lots of flowery smelling colas that feel dense. She is starting to fox tail from being too close to the FC4800 before I switched the light to a Medic grow mini sun 2 for summer. She has amazing roots from the Agrogardens nutrition. Another week for this SOG of Auto's from our friends fastbuds, at the moment they are doing great, i do notice that some genetics required less food than others (they all got the same amount but some showed signs of N toxicity last weeks) At the moment we noticed the stretch and we needed to put the lamp higher, we are growing with a TS1000 at the moment and things are looking good 😊

This week was officially the start of the grow season. 6 fem seeds were popped using the paper towel and ziplock method. Stepdad said to hang them on the wall and the tap roots would grow straight down, and they did. Planted after 72 hours germ, 100% popped. Blackhack had a 1" root. Seeds were planted into soiless mix in solo cups with drainage holes. Lights arrived this week from CHYYYYYNA. Two 240w lm301h quantum boards will light up these 6 girls. Plant is looking excellent. Better than my last window grow at this point. Always learning with autos. Just removed the bottom branches yesterday and the bottom leaves today to reduce stress on the plant then Taking both off on the same day. It’s currently growing its 5th node right now. I haven’t given it any nutrients yet as it’s just over 3 weeks. I will add some epsom salt and oyster shells next watering for cal-mag and sulfur. About 6-9 days later I’ll add organic bottled nutrients. The strongest nutrient I’ll use is 1 tbsp of hydrolyzed fish mixed with liquid kelp concentrate. So keeping it subtle this grow as the 5 gallon pot of organic soil should provide most of what I need. Keeping soil top moist with a mister. Once it hits pre flower and shoots out the pistol hairs I’ll stop misting. It is an auto but it’s slightly Sativa so it’s probably not going to hit pre flower for at least a week or 2

The first white pistils can clearly be seen now. I guess that's why she's getting more yellow leaves at the base but this also means that she is in the preflowering phase :) Due to this and the fact that the weather is great, she needs more water now. Aside from that she is starting to smell a bit more in the morning.

Friday nov 4: So 5 days after the week 12 update (today), i flushed her with 30 liter pure rainwater and afterwards poured 10 liter with only ripen @650ppm ph6.2 trough the medium this is like a waterchange. Now i let her go for about a week or 10 days and water with the ripen everyday, the first runoff is a bit lower (around400ppm) but this will increase everyday I will put more pictures sunday when we really reached the 13 week mark. The pictures with the red text are from today (week 12 day5) So she will be cut down at exactly week 14. I have let her go a bit longer then normal to see if i can bump the potency She also vegged in colder temperatures so she might have slowed down there. For now she looks at the right stage for the ripen the buds are rockhard on top and very swollen a bit foxtail from the “overdrive” last weeks. Anyway this was the grow guys, see u at the harvest

So i had to take all my plants inside because i found bud rot on 2 of them & the weather wasn’t going to get any better, had to transform my bedroom into a grow room😂 & i have 2 more plants which i am going to finish next to a window.. The smaller plant to the right is a Northern light by zamnesiaseeds that has a seperate diary if you are interested! I really hope the bud rot doesn’t spread anymore & if anyone has any tips or tricks for that they are always welcome!

En cuanto a las plantas pues estas últimas semanas cogimos un poco de trips y pues ahí ando combatiendo con planchas pegajosas de color azul, estiraron bien y ensancharon bastante también. Las flores se están llenas de tricomas y van madurando, aún con la plaga, por el momento todo correcto, aportamos mega pk y thor de Agrobeta, que será la última semana en aportarlos. This week I had to Lollipop again (I know is very late and I hope I didn’t stressed the plant to much). My canopy is so tick and so many overlapping leaves and buds in the center of the plant that don’t receive enough light or any at all , n combination with the RH swings that I got going on (45 and 63 RH), I’m very afraid of mold. I should have did a better job at Lollipoping from day 21. I’m inexperienced grower and I didn’t knew better. I decided is better to risk to shock the plant a little bit risking a reduction in yield then get mold or pests and lose it all. My 30 pin dehumidifier works great with the AC but sometimes when the AC( compressor) stops my RH jump at 62% -63%, witch I don’t like . I’m trying to keep the humidity around 50% but in such a small room between the AC and Dehumidifier I got big swings in temp ( 75-82) and RH ( 45%-63%) witch is not ideal but is nothing that I can do. I played with the AC and Dehumidifier setting a lot trying to keep humidity around 50% and temp around 80 degrees and that’s the best I can. My AC is set at 82 degrees and my Dehumidifier is set at 45% RH. Also during the lights off (day time) is very hard to keep the temperature In control when outside is 110-115 degrees with my portable AC (1400BTU) in the 4x 6 closet. Is crazy but I do my best to keep temp under control. This is another rocky mistake I made is trying growing weed DWC in the middle of summer where temps are 105-115 degrees constant in a closet without centralized AC port and at second level in the building. LOL Also I think I underfed her (630 PPM TDS, PH 5.8-5.9) ) and I got a Ca deficiency witch I think is the reason my flowers developed slower then I anticipated. Hopefully I’m wrong and everything will be good. P.S. I got a little bit of calcium deficiency caused by salt buildup (to much PK boost) despite my earlier belief that is underfed. I increased the PPM from week 4 (630-640TDS) to 680 TDS) on week 5 while I kept the PK booster at 3+ml l per gallon. Slightly my PPM’s was rising in my reservoir for few days until I decided that my plant can’t take that much nutrients (PK). 2-3 days after I increased the TDS I’ve noticed more spots on the lower leaves with tip burns on top ( first signs of PK toxicity). One day later found spots and yellowing of the leaves on top of the plant that indicates Ca deficiency caused by salt buildup ( PK toxicity) and reversed osmosis (hope I’m not wrong). Going into week 6 I lowered the PK boost at 1.5ml / gallon and total TDS to 640 PPM. Seems like leaves damage to stop and my PPM to stay stabile at 630-640. Trying to keep PH at 5.8 max 5.9. I will post pictures of my Ca deficiency/ PK toxicity. If you guys have any suggestions please leave me a comment.

So I decided to do bi weekly foliar sprays with the Liquid seaweed on top of the weekly Silica foliar sprays. I can say that I am seeing amazing results the plants are growing from every which way and getting nice and lush. Just pray for some rain!

**Week 8 - Third Week of Flower** Things are getting wild in the Donutz tent! After the insane stretch last week, the plants have turned the space into a full-on jungle. The start of Week 8 called for drastic measures, and the results are setting the stage for explosive bud production. **Key Updates**: - **Aggressive Defoliation**: On Day 1 of the third flower week, the plants underwent a *brutal* defoliation. Every bud site that had started to develop its own leaves was stripped of its fan leaves, allowing light to flood the canopy. Even the smallest sites now have excellent exposure, giving them the best chance to mature into chunky nugs in the coming weeks. Despite the intensity of the trim, the plants are resilient and primed to bounce back strong. - **Boosted Nutrients**: To support the plants after the stress of defoliation, I added another 5-6g of Greenhouse Feeding Bloom per plant. This ensures the soil stays nutrient-rich and gives the plants the resources they need to recover and thrive. - **Watering**: Still rocking reverse osmosis (RO) water, ensuring clean and efficient hydration without any surprises. **Observations**: - The canopy is significantly cleaner and more open, with light now reaching deeper into the lower sections. - The plants are handling the defoliation well, with no immediate signs of stress or shock. - Bud sites are already looking promising, with visible development and an even distribution across the canopy. **Looking Ahead**: The next few weeks will be all about letting the plants recover and watching the buds stack up. With improved light penetration and a fresh dose of nutrients, everything is lined up for some impressive development. The Donutz are thriving, and the Florida Gang vibes are at an all-time high — the tent is set to deliver big!
