Hello Growmies, We're now at week 11 with our Epic Buzz, and the flowering stage is hitting its stride. The buds are making their presence known, stretching around the colas in a spectacular display, and I'm starting to see the early stages of trichome production. This glittering onset is a clear indicator that our plant is entering a peak phase of resin production. In response to this, I've increased the resin-specific nutrients to support and enhance this natural process. Epic Buzz is proving to be quite the thirsty one, almost depleting her 2-liter daily water ration, which has led to a few challenging moments. The small reservoir size has resulted in occasional nutrient lockouts due to the rapid water consumption. However, I've adapted quickly, now refilling the reservoir every two to three days to keep ahead of these issues. These adjustments in our watering schedule are critical, as they prevent the water level from falling too low, which could stress the plant and impede her progress. It's a delicate dance of vigilance and response, ensuring that Epic Buzz receives the consistent care she needs to flourish. As we move deeper into the flowering phase, the anticipation grows each day. Watching the buds develop and the trichomes proliferate is a daily joy, a reminder of why we cultivate these wonderful plants. With each challenge overcome and every new development, the bond between grower and plant strengthens. I'm looking forward to what the next weeks will bring us. The final stages of flowering are always the most exciting, as we watch the fruits of our labor come to full maturity. It was very easy, just added water every 2 or 3 days. I like the format of this site, because everything you need to know about the plant you can find here. I must say that the plant was very tiny. It's my first time growing so I have to change some things I did. For example I think it really helps to add nutrients and have a very powerful light. Its also important to have organic pesticides because the plant attracts a lot of bugs and other insects.

Day 58 Stigma are coming out all over the place and you can see everything filling out really nice. Royal Kush is still a bit behind, but that is likely why she is the tallest of them all. With the pollen I collected from the Sour Diesel, I want to pollinate the Kush. Day 59 I decided not to start the pollination as I was going to spray with a slightly stronger concentration of Bioneem Oil. The aphids will not let up so I'm trying to increase the strength. Day 63 There are still aphids and I'm starting to think this Bioneem Oil is actually snake oil. I've held off on watering as the medium holds water so well. I'm going to have to rework my watering amounts.

Últimas semanas para las pequeñas ,a alguna ya la hemos empezado a hacer el lavado de raíces. En el armario empieza a predominar los pelitos naranjas y la resina en los cogollos . En nada prepararemos la tijera para terminar con esta tanda de black domina . El olor está siendo el más notorio de los cultivos que he tenido. Seguimos informando 💚. - en el día 75 desde la germinación sacamos 6 plantas a oscuridad total durante 48h .....serán las 6 primeras en caer ✂️💚.

Day 42 - Kinda crazy how fast it's gotten to be day 42 (the meaning of life - *) in the grow. Haven't watered yet. Plan on doing that with the above nutrient schedule tomorrow or the day after. And I think that might be the last time I give any nutrients to the plant. Pistils are beginning to curl, and I've seen (just a few) amber tirchomes on one bud. I want to harvest on the earlier side because I don't want this harvest to have a big couch-lock effect. Prefer a more cerebral high, although some bodily relaxation is nice too. So I think I will be harvesting at the latest by April 10th (Day 56). Of course I will continue to watch how the plant develops and if no further trichomes are turning yellow/brown in a week, I'll wait longer. The trichomes on the sugar leaves have a wonderful lemon citrus smell by the way. Not what I was expecting, but that's fine 😛 Day 45 - Made a video of the trichomes. They definitely look cloudy enough to me. No more nutes for sure, harvest in 10 days max I think.

This week went well. Started to see some good growth. Everything looking healthy, aside from one plant. I went into a state of concern again. Checked for pests, considered nutrient imbalances. Tried doing a bit of a heavier feeding on her. In the end, I think it came down to, too much wind on her. I removed the affected leaves. And closely monitored it. I also had one droopy plant. Which I think she was working on her root system. Because when she picked back up, she went into a growth explosion. And ever since has been my strongest healthiest plant by far. I am about to ready to try topping.

Day 1 beginning of wk 3 flower fed the girls up this morning 4.5 ltr phostrogen to all but bubblegum #1 she gets fed 10ltrs of bud burst they are starting to smell so good 3 strains iv never grown before or even smoked lol exciting stuff 5-6 more weeks to go

I subjected her to my version of "light" HST this week (i.e. I snap the stem ~20cm from the top so it's broken but attached, then I massage/twist the broken stem between my fingers until it's crushed and soft, but I don't tip them 90° instead I leave them standing tall). I normally tip them 90° bit this is something I started to do recently and it's more convenient with bushy tight plants (imo).

Taken these pics and video today as im gonna start defoliation and lollipopping, such a shame visually as they look really healthy but its yime to start getting ready for those big nugs......hopefully

Oh man, she’s begun the stretch… And I scared! Thankfully I just got a new 1 foot taller tent, gonna need to get that up soon as this AVT is trying to take over the world! She’s badass though, accidentally gave her a couple ounces of the flowering tea I made for the forum stomper, she’ll be ok though, got a little nitrogen toxicity I need to address first… but thanks 👽!
