Some of you may have wondered: Why do I use CO2 at average 950 ppfd μmol/m2/s (moral flow)? The answer is quite simple. Because of lack of space in some regions of my cultivation area, I simply cannot keep the ideal distance to my Sanlight high-performance lamp, due to some height growth of various strains. And so some of the main colas have ppfd values of 1250 μmol/m2/s and even more... So this is how I manage to achieve and compensate for such high radiation levels even with a CO 2 balance. And I have to say, my strategy to avoid various light stress symptoms works just fabulously. In combination with CO 2 implementation, my babies are simply unbeatably insensitive to light. Thats it! Beginning of 3rd week flowering: Again feeding my babies by 36 hours fermented potions of Bio Tabs Kompost Tea PK-Booster (15 g pro Liter) and added: 5ml Orgatrex/Liter 1 Spoon of Bactrex 1 Spoon of Mycotrex 1 Spoon of Mycco-Vital 1 Spoon of Dynomyco A little tip for those who are interested in small modifications that have a big difference or influence - on the result - effect - beauty - health - taste! Before adding microorganisms or beneficial bacteria or Mycorrizae and Trichodermas, please use oxygen-saturated water. On the one hand, unwanted chlorine gases evaporate and the small world of the microbiome becomes even faster and more rewarding in compost tea to sprout. Last but not least for this week, I would like to introduce my reasons, why I prefer growing biologically and sustainably. First of all, it’s something which suits very well in these times/days we are living now. Sustainability is a big need and task for our planet. 🌎 Nature means life. Our home, the air we breathe and everything that surrounds us. Not just today. Hopefully tomorrow as well. Maybe I'm starting to protect our environment on a small scale, but maybe I can also make a big difference at all. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change... I thought about what’s the difference, between Mineral Feeding and Super Soil Feeding. It’s very easy. Biologically Growing is a similar process than the natural soil activities out there in the lap of nature’s. So plants has to work and interact with the microorganisms and microbiomic communities in the soil. So the plants will never get lazy like the lazy ones of mineral feeding growers. If you grow biologically, you will feed the soil first and the microorganisms will support every parameter next to your plant conditions. And that will generate an unbelievable spectrum of Terpenes and Trichomes you will never forget. It’s the same comparison, when you daily visit McDonalds and you eat only fast food. Addendum for Day 53: At the moment we unfortunately have another winter onset here in Germany. This means that I am forced to take additional heating measures due to structural facts in order to be able to keep the temperatures constant. After all, just tonight the thermometer climbs again to -1 degree Celsius. In addition, my exhaust air system runs out of my bedroom terrace and I therefore grow winter and summer with the patio door open. Well, sometimes I experience real weather-related challenges. But all in all, no problem... "Where there's a will, there's a way." Addendum to pouring out the fermented PK tea: I always administer half a liter of lukewarm aerated water with 3.5 ml of cannazyme per liter to each plant. This means that the "root machine" is not supplied with supplies unprepared and the nutrient solution can thus also be better distributed in the soil. Since I also work with cloth shoes, I spray them evenly moistened everywhere with water that is also warm before pouring them out from the outside. This has the advantage that the moisture stays where it should: in the pot! ... I did the math today ;-) We are still in week 7 until this Friday. And week 8 starts on Friday! OMG... still so much time yeahh! Today my Fast Buds Sour Jealousy and Sweet Seeds Big Devil and Dark Devil Automatics arrived. I'm looking forward to it. This time Fast Buds next Time Sweet Seeds. Love them too. Very beautiful genetics. Today a review video of the beginning of week 3. At the time of the pictures, I had minor signs of nitrogen excess. (Light peaks first at the crown of the roof and then slightly continuing to the middle section.) I then painstakingly racked my brains as to why this could be. I found that very slight dry spots had formed and therefore the root found small accumulations of nitrogen that caused its problems. But then, when I carefully homogeneously checked the moisture content in the substrate, the problem evaporated again. However, they had not shown any loss of growth rate during this time. Nevertheless, they developed as expected. They Strawnanas had no problem with that. In the end, I always have a hard time killing them. But I guess that's the way things go. We live and die. DAY 35 FLOWERING: Hi all. I hope you have been busy and stress free since the last update. It has been a fairly straight forward week for the ladies this week with all their efforts now being focused on building bud sites and developing terpenes. The smell has really picked up with any contact leaving a smell behind that is so candy swèet. I have also deliberately not watered for the past 6 days to stress them a little with a drying out and panic. As horrible as that may sound , it is to hopefully push the ladies to produce more oil/trichromes to stay supple and put out their scent to drag the pollinators in quicker. This has had a very positive effect on the Amnesia haze with a definable build up . Not as noticable on the Girl scout cookies but will hopefully be of a similar effect there too. The #1 GSC needed the watering yesterday though along with the critical cheese. Both had begun to show signs of too much stress so I gave them a biosys tea/ecothrive charge and top dress with life-cycle. They looked a lot happier 24 hrs later ( today) The other ladies will be fed later with their usual feeds but i will also give them a little biosys tea too. The drought has matured the buds on the G.s.c quite quickly and hopefully they will send lots of new pistils to refresh the flowers and bulk them up again. A very stable week with no real issues. At the halfway point now with the bud porn the next stage. Life didn't get much better. Lol Be safe and well

Everything seems to be going slow still. Did one last heavy defoliation to get good airflow going. I added the Ts1000w from Mars Hydro. I’m still feeding the usual 3.0EC from Floraflex. Smell is more on a minty side I can’t really describe it. Other than that nothing else. See you all next week.

Hey Growmies, some of you had asked to me if I prepare concentrates.......Yes I do! I don't like modern rosin extraction but instead very rarely I like to smoke some oil. The following is the recipe of cannabis oil made by ancient Mustapha's process. It needs: pharmaceutical grade ethyl alcohol (96.5% by vol.) or 95% for liquors Weed A jar with rounded bottom A lot of time This oil is 5 months aged, from 20 grams of weed I've obtained 3.5 grams of product. Trim previously dried weed (20 grams) and put into a 500 ml jar. Cover with 200 ml of alcohol and leave it partially covered with cap. Let alcohol to evaporate on itself and shake the mixture 2 times a day. The most of the solution will evaporate within 10-15 days. When the solution is evaporated by 2/3 it needs to be filtered between 90 and 120 microns. Now is the time to finish and decarboxylate the solution by heating the jar by bain-marie until the green cream sticks to glass. The jar needs to be refrigerated before you remove the cream with a spatula to transfer it into a smaller jar. Store it in a dark place and open twice in a week for few seconds. You'll obtain a petroleum green/dark amber cream (the green tone will turn into dark brown by time). If the job is well done the surface will crystallize and will shine like a mirror. This cream is insanely sticky. Smoke one drop a time. The collapse is around the corner. Tips: Best results, in terms of flavour/aroma, with single strain Let alcohol to evaporate very slowly, take away some macerated weed (after at least 48 hours infusion) and add new weed/hash pieces little by little. Act as if it were a piggy bank. The final product is a very strong shit, really narcotic.

Yeah I let her go a little long... I didn't defoliate... and she is tight and furry... my fault.. lost the cola and 4 nice buds.. but she is nice besides that.. my fuck up.. I knew in the back of my mind... this was going to happen.. I'm still happy with it.. and I'm ok with how my laziness caused this... I should have defoliated her.... I still got some serious nice buds that smell great... and I took her as far as she would go for me... but.. I got clones... flowering now.. so I might want to defoliate them... hahahahahaha it might help... 🤗

For dozdos expert seed. the feeling I got from the smoke is really smooth, I can't smell much terpenes due to disease during the last flowering stage but the effect is giving me a sleepy mood during the day time also with the night time. you might get couch-lock if underestimate her.

Terps are coming alive as she is taking on a delicious fruity smell. Still going very light on defoliation as I feel like the big fan leaves are still doing their job to boost photosynthesis and feed the buds. She is starting to turn purple already!!! I’m going to allow night temps to continue to drop below 10 degrees C at night, hoping for an amazing color show at harvest!

- Only watered one time this week, 4L of just plain pH'd water. I rotate water with nutrients, and plain water - Broke a branch, shirt fell on it. Just taped back up, branch still alive 👍 - Worried my buds aren't fattening up. Hoping she plumps up the next couple weeks. - Almost seems like not much growth from last week - Plant seems healthy and happy - Pistils starting to turn dark orangey

UPDATE GUYS!!!!! So the girls are doing great I got some new genetics also I'll be doing for my next grows and so forth, but yea just watering as necessary, I really really feel that this process is a learning curve for me lol, mainly because I've learned from the past that everything comes with progress trial and error, so I'm learning which I accept so its okay its okay haha but things are progressing and ill stay up to date with this for you guys thanks!!!!

Day 80, 2nd of December 2020: Hi there! Ladies are cool everything is alright. In one week buds strated doubeling and the developement is dope haha. The 2 Zamnesia ladies are pretty Gelato is so nice bushy and the smell is great as well. Kalini Asia will be a green pheno I think and she my be hermied a bit on me.... I am still waiting to see I see some strange develepement lets say. Sweet Seeds girls are dope unfortunately Red Mandarine and Tropicanns poison don't show any sign of colouting yet but it is okay even if they green phenos.... It may happen in the end of the flowering cycle let's see. Basically that's all I wanted to share. Oh yes... this one: All good the lamp is now on 11 hours and off 13 hours. Every week 15 minutes was taken off and after 4 weeks here we go. Strated 12/12 and now 13/11 wanted try to imitate the nature as the light days are getting shorter. Fertilization has changed no more epsom salt from this week and I will stop giving nitrogen as well from next week. Great job Sweet Seeds and Zamnesia! Nice genetics :) Lovely plants!

So after the hailstorm last week, one of my colas were broken. I taped it together and used wire ties to hold it together and it has survived. It continued to grow an inch and is flowering! I thought for sure I had lost this cola. I also used the "question" forum here on grow diaries regarding my broken cola and like the responses I received. We have had some very cool nights and warm days but my Skunk has continued to thrive. The one thing I think is very interesting to notice is how crooked the buds look on this plant. Is it because I grew two colas or because of the trauma from a broken cola?? I have no idea but time will tell. Please like and comment and come back!
