Bud development has begun to form on all plants now including the focus plant so I did some medium defoliation to start out the week. (Despite my attempts to slow the focus plant down with the she stretched through it anyway!) 12/15 Reservoir Swap on the 2 non-focus plants. They received only Bloom+Calmag+hydroguard for week 6, because they hate nitrogen and get nutrient burn easily. Of course all of the PHs have been adjusted to 5.8 like done daily. 12/16 Reservoir Swap on the Focus plant. Shes received only Bloom+Calmag+hydroguard for week 6, again because they hate nitrogen. All plants received an updated LST and a PH adjustment to 5.6, because its been climbing day to day. 12/17 I rotated the plants some to give a better stretch then adjusted the PH of all the reservoirs between 5.8 and 6. A small update to the LST and I maximized the height of the light so its not going up anymore. Topped off the reservoirs. 12/18 All reservoirs had their PH adjusted to 5.8 and I did an LST update like everyday. I am getting close to running out of PH test drops so I ordered more yesterday I might have to reservoir swap daily to maintain PH without being able to test it. yikes 12/19 The plants are looking healthy and the smallest plant has decided to start stretching more so that's good. The non-focus plants are clearly showing their purple phenotypes, but the focus plant is being stubborn.. or not purple. 12/20 Topped off and PHed Reservoirs to 5.8. I used my last drops of the PH testing fluid so I will be doing a reservoir swap tomorrow, really earlier, because I know the PH of my tap+nutrients. Then the PH testing fluid arrives the following day so we will be fine. Don't forget to reup your essentials! Week 6 was a fantastic week of growth for the Focus plant especially. The other plants have really began to show their purple while our timelapse buddy is just a happy ol'e green plant. Perhaps this will change later in the flowering cycle. WE GOT A POLARIZED LENS just in time for us to increase the light to 750w, So now we can do the timelapse with a higher wattage of light and not get weird lines in the video! Overall this week was an 8/10 in terms of growth.😎

Plain water feed started. Will feed for a week. Induce 48hrs of darkness then harvest. Buds look look to be around the perfect time for harvest. A little early vs the reccomended harvest date but overall happy with size and trichomes so see no reason not too.

What's up Growmies🤟🏽. Week # 8 is in the books🙌🏾 Hello week #9💪🏾 I went a little overboard on pictures this week, they are so happy and healthy that I got carried away. I know we are supposed to post pictures with the lights off, however it's something about the contrast it gives with the lights on that makes it look sexy to me😁. I have had to tie the stalks of both White LSD plants due to heavy sagging. I'm noticing with this strain the stalks seem to topple over even though the buds are far from fully developed. A trellis net probably would be ideal however I hate them. They are easy to put on but very difficult to take off come harvest. I use garden wire and string them as if they are puppets being controlled by the puppet master🤪. I continue my feeding schedule with the recommended "bloom" concoction using general hydroponics Flora series trio. I give them 1 liter every 3 days. I have them on a 2 to 2 cycle (feed them twice with nutes and then twice with plan water) I keep the p.h. around 6.1 to 6.6. Temps and humidity are in the perfect range I'm enjoying it while it last because spring and summer in VA makes it difficult to keep the humidity in check. All in all everything is going well for me and my ladies. I hope the same for all of you. Week 4: Heartbreak and Hope 🍍💔 The sight that greeted me today was devastating. Snails. Everywhere. They'd turned my once vibrant pineapple into a skeleton of its former self. I could barely bring myself to take a single photo, the sight was just too painful. Fueled by anger and determination, I launched Operation Snail Removal. Every half hour, armed with a flashlight and a bucket, I combed the raised bed and surrounding area. By the time darkness fell, I'd collected a horrifying 19 snails from her bed alone. Ugh. The next night, thankfully, was snail-free. I can only hope that the damage is done and my pineapple warrior can rally from this. I believe in her strength, her resilience. She's got to pull through.

FINALLY TRANSPLANTED into 10 gallon pots: Flowering SUPER SOIL COMPOSITION (per 20 gal): Medium: -25% coco loco (sustainably sourced from shrilanka i think) -25% peat moss (sustainably source in north america) -50% recycled depleted soil Amendments: -3 cups Citrus Tone Espoma 5-3-6 -1 cup 4-8-4 Mother Earth Bloom -1 cup 2-3-6 Earth Dust Boost -5 cups worm castings -80g w- 20 wollastanite (si + ca) -80g epsom salts -40g dolomite lime Here is what i am thinking: -Plants look good in the new pots, i figure it will be ready to scrog in about a week. -Never heard of anyone using this citrus tone fert but the utah state study said that optimal fertilizer is 20-10-20 blue mixture. Well as an organic grower I want to replicate that ratio. Its not 100% but the point is its high in nitrogen and potassium with adequate phosphorous because I am researching small scale rn and one day I will need to be very mindful of my P usage to be sustainable and regenerative. -I performed a preventative insect repellent because I saw thrip damage and I want to be safe. Honestly I think I am just going to do a neem oil treatment twice before going into flower every time now. I did 1tsp cold pressed jacks neem oil + 1 tsp w-20 wollastanite per 16 oz spray bottle and I drenched both girls all over. I plan on doing one more the day I decide to flip to flower. -Ca is far more important than phosphorous and the nutrient companies have been milking the myths about nutrient ratios for 50 years.' -I really put focus on the rock dust and inert minerals because I have never paid any attention to them but I will be stressing and pushing these plants with light so i need them optimal. -I started my own compost bin with holes in the back yard and I am planning on buying african night crawlers to start a worm bin that way I have two kinds of compost to break down my bubble hash waste and food from the kitchen. Will be great for teas. -I will water them in with a compost tea I am brewing/aerating currently. Giving it 24 hours.
