Nice grow - not the best yield from plant 2 - but still okay, it shouldn't lose too much weight as they're very, very dense (and incredibly sticky!) Plant 2 was harvested after just 9 weeks. Weather was a big problem this year. Plant 1 was left running for a good 12 weeks in the end - and much happier with the results. I kind of wish I hadn't chopped the other one so early now. It definitely needed a bit longer. Plant 1 looks great... and given what it went through, it's a miracle it's even here at all. I thought it was a goner for sure. It takes the definition of 'resistant' and 'strong' to whole new levels. A massive wooden lid thing fell on it and flattened it like a pancake about a week before flowering - it was as thin as a sheet of paper and split in two different places, Managed to bend some wire around it all and force it back into shape... et voila' :)

Hello Growmies, Week 14 has blossomed before us, and the unfolding story of the grow is nothing short of inspiring. The buds have ceased their stretch and have entered a stunning phase of swelling, with each day bringing more fullness. A palette of purple is now washing through the colas, hinting at the rich tapestry of flavors that awaits. It's a visual feast, and I can't help but feel this might be one of the most beautiful plants I've had the privilege to cultivate. Continuing with a steady rhythm, she receives 4 liters of nutrient solution every four days, sustaining her needs seamlessly. This grow has been a testament to the fire-and-forget approach, with the plant's robust health and vigorous growth doing all the talking. With both light spectrums blazing at 100%, she's now basking in the full 270 watts of power. Impressively, she's thriving under this intense light, demonstrating her strength and vitality. I've also captured the PAR readings from various heights, showcasing her remarkable light absorption: - The tallest colas stand under an impressive 1,271 and 1,326 μmol/m²/s. - The mid-canopy level measures a healthy 822 μmol/m²/s. - Down at the Scrog level, we're still seeing a substantial 522 μmol/m²/s. These numbers reflect the careful tuning of our light setup, ensuring that every part of the plant is receiving the energy it needs. This grow has been a journey of minimal stress and maximum reward. The ease with which this plant has flourished is a true joy, and sharing each update with you has added to the experience. As we move closer to harvest, the excitement is undeniable. If the appearance and growth rate are anything to go by, we are in for quite a treat. Welcome back to Fat Yappa's ladies and gentlemen, its been another mad week in the garden. This week these girls have began to produce some serious quantities of bud sites, but the transition into flower has not been without its adversity to be conquered. Gone is the humidifier, and the battle with humidity has commenced. All of a sudden the three larger Banner ladies, together with their Wedding Cheesecake Fastbuds cousin in Coco Coir have levelled up from 2.5L per plant ever four days, to 2.5L every two days, which has increased the humidity substantially, and this week has mostly been a battle to get the RH down to 50% or below, which has meant the tent door has been open as much as situations have allowed for that, the grow tent heater has been turned off, and my central heating has been ramped back up to 21c in an endeavour to dry the air some what, and the room in which the grow tent is situated has seen the addition of an old but reasonable dehumidifier on loan from my parents. I have also had to put some further serious thought into air circulation, and the T6 has been ramped up to level 6 as a constant, the intake fan has been increased, and Ive lowered one of my 40w fans closer to canopy level. The other 40w fan is situated in the top back corner, opposite the carbon filter to try and prevent stale air from building up in there, and I did try and lower this one also, but the way I have it wired, the plug flex would only allow me to gain a couple of inches. Circulation has improved, but is still not ideal across the entire canopy and this has caused some anxiety in regard to humidity and mould etc. To counteract this, and now that bud sites are developing, gaining a clear vision of which fan leaves could be removed, there have been a few defoliation session this week. Nothing major, maybe a couple of handfuls off the the older Bruce Banners, yet compared to the Wedding Cheesecake in Coco, which stands at a whopping 28 inches, towering over everything else in the tent by almost a foot now, despite the LST, which is much less of a leafy specimen and has only lost a dying leaf or two. In terms of LST, I have continued to perform the technique two or three times a week on all the plants, yet have stopped on the four larger plants in the past few days as I fear their stems are becoming too rigid for it now, and to further add to this, there is literally no more space for them to go besides up. The Wedding Cheesecake in Coco is a concern, with it being so high above the rest of the canopy, but there is literally nowhere else to tie her down. I will continue on the smaller Wedding Cheesecake, growing in living soil, and the Bruce Banner runt for another week or so, which at the moment I would describe as being in pre flower, and seem to be about a week behind the other four, until I feel the same fears in regard to the technique damaging them. As hinted at above, space is becoming an issue, housing these six big autoflowers in a 4x4, and the five plants that were originally intended would have been more than adequate to fill the space, and things have become so tight in there that I have had to remove the intake fan and place it on the outside of the tent, but the increase in sound from this has left me dissatisfied with this as a permanent solution. The increase in intake and out take fans, and the edition of the noisy old dehumidifier has caused noise to become a slight issue, but I will be ordering a good, modern, efficient 20L dehumidifier tomorrow and hopefully this will aid significantly toward solving a number of this weeks issues. With most adequate timing, the click from the timer on the sf4000 signals lights out on another day in Fat Yappa's Garden, its time for me to zip these ladies up and tuck them in for the night, so I must bid you all farewell for another week, and wish that all is growing well for you too

İ dont know why but 1 of 3 is growing amazing. 2 of 3 are weak and like bonzai plants which i realy donr like. All plants germinated the same day and say day put it soil. Looks like the quality of the seeds was not so good... my first try of theese Brand... not so god so far

I started germination of 2 Critical purple kush beans on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plugs were just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made holes. Than I sowed my beans into the holes. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the holes in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plugs into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see some sprouts. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plugs planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get these ladies situated into their home. Cant wait! Some Background information on my experience with CPK. I've ran this strain a good dozen times. It's a very short, robust, and branchy variety. Packs on fat dense colas with immaculate bud structre and trichome production. It's a fairly fast finisher and packs a real potent stoned. She gets very sexy purple highlights and hues. Some phenos more purple than others but I've always got color. She doesn't mind lst, and some good training work greatly increases yeilds. I've ran her inside and out and all times of the year. She seems to strive and flourish in any environment. Just give her that light and watch her grow! She packs a very signature kush pallet and she always has a spot in my rotation! Seedsman knocked it out the park with these genetics.

Almost ready, want to give 1 more week for some brown trichomes. Otherwise it's ready. Tones of super nice dence crystal buds. Last few times watering with raw cane molasses or just water.

Purple Lemonade , Gelato 1&2, LAK 2&3 are all just about done theyll be coming down over the weekend or early next week. T26, Pineapple Express, Mexican Airlines, LAK 1, 6 Shooter Blue Dreamatic and Cream Cookies are all on the flush but will need a few more before chop. This tent reeks up the whole block it's pretty intense skunk in the driveway right now. There will be one more update I'm guessing for most of these before the harvest update. This was the most successful autoflower crop I've had in a long time I think theres some really good quality buds on some of these. I'll put the video up now and as I go thru the pics theyll be uploaded so if your interested come back tmm for the pics.

D49 - Today is the first day in the seventh week of veg for #2 and the sixth for #1. It has been a week since I topped the first girl, so I went ahead and topped her for the third and final time. #2 is thriving, and I'm using LST to spread her out while keeping her flat. With the toppings now done, I can install the scrog net soon-ish. As for the thrips, I haven't noticed any additional damage, and hopefully, the mites are doing their thing. I realized, though, that I had one extra package of mites. Instead of waiting for slow release, I went full Rambo by cutting up the package and sprinkling the mites/sawdust all over the girls and soil. I also redirected the airflow to not blow directly on the plants. I'll leave the sawdust there until tomorrow and then brush it off. The slow-release bags are still on the plants, so there isn't much to lose with additional shock-and-awe tactics. DIE THRIPS!!! Finally, I started a compost tea heavy with neem meal, which should help create an inhospitable environment for the thrips. Worst case, I have neem oil, but I don't want to go down that route unless I have to. D53 - I did some additional LST to both girls and removed a few leaves and branches on the underside of #2. I also cut back the cover crop and gave each girl 2.5-liters of water @ pH 6.3. D55 - I gave both girls around 2.5-liters of compost tea @ pH 6.5. The first girl has bounced back strong after her final topping, and in a few days, it will be time to flip, but I need to do one last defoliation before that. Sorry about the porn-light pics. I was a bit late, and my lights had already gone into sunset mode.

Day 45 - Found the GC's main branch broken this morning. My error was tying it down too much. Never had plants so big so I'm still learning the best way to LST them in order to fit them in my closet. Takin the broke with philosophy: I never topped a plant, so I'm curious to see how she will develop from now and how much she will yield. Keep growing and learning every day 🙏🏼💪🏼🌱 Day 48 - Ladies are stretching much more every day, going to be two big girls 😋😋😋

Week 3!!! Tied down the main branch. Giving them more nutrients 6ml per l I also increased the light intensity by 10% so I think I’m at 50% now My nutrients 1 x Adam: Base nutrient to use from start to finish | NPK: 3 - 0 - 1 1 x Eve: Base nutrient to use from start to finish | NPK: 0 - 4 - 3 1 x Lush: Veg stage additive | NPK: 5 - 0 - 0.5 1 x Rapture: Early Bloom / Flowering stage additive | NPK: 0.7 - 3 - 3 1 x Heavenly Harvest: Additive to enhance Flowering before harvest | NPK: 0 - 7 - 6 I am using 2ml /l Adam and Eve and 1ml / l lush. I feed the girls everyday, watering the nutrient water until I get 15% runoff. Hopefully that’s okay. Jiffy girl has got really big and seems healthy, but coco is a runt I think… it’s half the size of jiffy.
