Doubled her height this week! Now she's 13cm tall. She was repotted a day short of 3 weeks into a 20 litre airpot with fresh compost that has been flushed. I had concerns about her being rootbound.... In reality she was far from it, could have gone easily another week. On she goes!

En esta primera semana mantuve las luces muy alejadas lo que provocó un estiramiento prematuro lo que a mi gusto no me gusta mucho a sí que para la siguiente prepararé un transplante. In the very first week I kept the light so far so the it create a early grow on the structure but for me its not so good so I prepare a transplant for The next week.

So this plant is phenomenal with her recovery abilities. At this point, she recovered from her previous topping only 7 days ago, and grown the final 2 inches I was waiting for. As of 4/26, she is now on 12/12. Additional nutrients will be added to her for her flower period. Time-lapse again had an error, this time, I swear, it was not me. Looks like the camera and server stopped communicating until both were restarted. So as a reference, this plant is now 10 weeks from seed. She has been topped 3 times for a total of 8 crowns. I expect harvest to be approximately 10 weeks from now. But we all know how far expectations can take us.

5/3 - topped between 5th and 6th node, removed first node, pinned branches out flat, removed 2 big fan leaves blocking the lower branches, watered and fed, gave a bit over one quart. She's showing pistils already! 5/5 - repositioned the training wires and removed the top 2 large fan leaves. One of the lower branches reached the side of the container, so I topped it there.

soo little update : the 2 plants on the right side are probably not Jelly Pie #7 but rather Original Clon from Blimburn... there was a mistake when I got the cuttings. On the other hand the 2 plants on the left, I'm totally sure that they are so strong smelling and so pretty

Just flushing the girls this week, waiting for most trichomes to go cloudy instead of clear. Ive now switched the lights off for 36/48 hours and will harvest in the next couple of days :))

here we see how the girls are advancing, the buds are becoming clearer and clearer which makes us feel that it will be a decent harvest at least, we cross our fingers.

Binging of week 5 and the buds have started to form

Our Black Runtz by Zamnesia has reached 16 buds. I'm growing them a little more to make sure they don't go into flowering with small brunches but we're almost there, a few days and they'll go into flowering. She's a plant with a low internodal distance, they're not the most suitable for topping due to the slow response of the mini brunches but you just need to let them grow a little and not go into flowering straight away to get an excellent result anyway. As a general rule but very general plants with a low internodal distance are less suitable for the application of the techniques unlike plants with a wide internodal distance which are very easy to handle, they grow more slowly and can reach excellent dimensions even if worked with techniques that keep them low. The Topping worked very very well the plant at the moment of topping went slightly into overfertilization due to the evident slowdown in growth, so I slowed down the fertilizer for growth but without making her go into crisis we are starting to give fertilizer again. When topping is a delicate moment it is probably better to do what I explain below with this plant I managed to keep myself more balanced the others for a week were in quite evident over. The ideal when topping repeatedly is probably to start with a soil fertilized with gradual release or in fact start preparing the soil for a period that is at least enough for the vegetative phase at most by adding a bit of alga grow which alone I must admit gives me some problems at least in this case if the plant grows straight much less indeed nothing. Ok this was my first grow and I made mistakes. -forgot to buffer coco - nutrient burn -started the manlining to early - probably worried to much about every stage these plants. -ended up with fungus gnats And probably appt more I can’t rmeber in the moment. But i learned so much from all of my mistakes and spent so much time researching and seeing in real time how these plants react and grow. I did do some experimentation just a normal top with one blue dream. I topped twice one another blue dream and did a 3 times topped on all the blue dreams and I see why you should at least top three times the eight main colas and spread out the plant I see some of the buds on the one I only topped once not matured at all because there was minimal light other buds were growing so fat it suffocated it basically. I could have probably defoliated and manliness better but ayy. Beginners wil make Mistakes and I’m happy with what came out of these girls. Not excited for trim hail but I am at the same time 😅😅

This plant remained the smallest compared to the others. I wanted to grow it outdoors, but in the first month and a half there was really too little sun, so I decided to put it in the room with the others. It recovered well, it didn't grow much but despite everything I am satisfied with how it started. I will definitely try this variety again, starting directly in the room.

Plants will be moved into tent next week and new ones gonna be set under the light without tent to maximize yield

06/15: The ladies have started pre-flowering. They’re also growing in size. Annie has a height of 13”, soil to top leaves. She has a diameter of about 22”, which means I probably can’t fit more than three five gallons in my grow tent. I lowered the light to 12” in hopes of keeping her from getting too tall. Gave water in the afternoon. It was a day and a half since last watering. The five-gallon girls took in over 2000mL. I spotted to one worm in Alexis’s runoff and two in Annie’s. None in Aaliyah’s. I did notice that the bugs have no brown/black heads and also have a clitellum, which are characteristics not found in fungus gnat larvae. The plants look great as of now, but I’m going to keep a close eye on them for any changes. 06/18: Gave the ladies another watering. I didn’t see any pests, so I think we’re in the clear. I’ve been sticking to about a day and half between watering with about 1000μS. The salt in the runoff is a little higher than I would like it, but it’s nothing too crazy. Annie has a leaf or two with burnt tips, so I’m going to keep an eye on her. Both Annie and Aaliyah are about 15” high, but Annie has more of a curve on her main stem and is bushier. Her main stem is the same height as the other ones. The LST allowed Aaliyah to get light on her sides, but her main stem quickly grew back up and surpassed the others. Since the plants are going into flowering I want to avoid training them any further and just let them be. I also switched on the red light, but kept them blue. I read somewhere that this will allow the plants to get enough red light to help with the flowering, but still keep them a bit short because of the blue. I have enough space in the tent to allow the plants to double in height, but not much more after that.

Flower week 3

Day 32 flower update they smell amazing and are starting to fatten up...we're lookin at 60-70 say harvest time recommend by the breeders for all these strains

The bulking phase is in full effect now, and as expected, the high heat and slightly stunted growth in the first two weeks are showing their consequences. All three plants are relatively bright and limey in color, with a few fan leaves even turning white. This is a clear sign of nitrogen depletion, but I also suspect it’s an absorption and transportation issue, since I’m fairly sure the root systems aren’t ideally developed. We’ll be able to check that in a couple of weeks when it’s time to harvest. That said, bud development is coming along nicely. The LST is showing its benefits, with buds developing relatively evenly across the canopy.
