Week 9 - First Week of Flowering 🌸 The dark period has ended, and these ladies came back into the light fully energized and ready for action! It’s just the first week of flower, and they’re all praying, stretching, and absolutely thriving—filling up every inch of the tent. This grow space is officially packed from wall to wall, with each plant competing for its share of light and showing off some of the biggest, healthiest leaves I’ve seen yet! 🌱 A few strategic plucks here and there have kept airflow smooth and light penetration balanced. Those big leaves? They’re a sign of happy, healthy growth. Large leaves help the plant capture maximum light energy, essential during this stage, especially as they start focusing on developing those flowers. When plants grow huge, vibrant leaves like these, it means they’re well-nourished and content in their environment—a true testament to the well-balanced conditions we’ve got going in the tent! Flowering Parameters 🌡️ Room Environment: • Temperature: 26.7°C • Humidity: 63.3% • CO2: 960 ppm • VPD: 1.29 kPa (prime zone for flowering health!) Lighting: • Light Intensity: 835 PPFD (ideal for boosting flower growth) • Solution: pH 5.96, TDS 460 ppm, temp 21.1°C • Medium: Moisture: 100%, TDS: 520 ppm, Temp: 21.6°C Carbon Filter Installation & Smell Management 🌬️🌱 With the transition to flower, the scent profile is already starting to kick in—crazy for the first week, right? 🌸 To keep everything fresh and under wraps, I’ve set up a carbon filter system. Here’s how it’s working: I’ve connected the filter to my Aerofan, which pulls air directly from the tent. This air is cleaned by the filter and released into the main room, where it then passes through another filter before exiting my space. This dual-filter setup means no scent escapes into the wild, keeping things stealthy and the grow room a peaceful, scent-contained environment. Perfect for anyone concerned about keeping their home free from that telltale aroma! 🕶️🌬️ Enhanced Lighting with Emerson Effect 🌞 This week, I’ve introduced an extra 15 minutes of red light at the beginning and end of each light cycle. Why? Well, this red boost taps into the Emerson effect, enhancing photosynthesis efficiency, especially during the flowering stage. By stimulating a little extra wake-up and wind-down light, we’re mimicking the natural sunrise and sunset experience for these plants, which can help reduce flowering time. Not only does it encourage smoother transitions into day and night, but in theory, it’ll help these ladies finish a bit faster, while giving them a little nudge to build more substantial, quality flowers. 🌇 Nutrient Adjustments 🌱 Now that we’re in flower, I’ve swapped out the Start Booster for P-Boost and TopBooster to specifically support flowering needs. Here’s why: • P-Boost brings in additional phosphorus, vital for energy transfer and cell division as the plant channels more resources into budding sites. • TopBooster supports the flowering phase by improving flower quality and density, helping to build those big, aromatic buds we’re after. I have installed door netting and recently left open all day and night now so they can condition over night in colder temps. All are doing well, one overdose slightly behind and looking ABIT swifted. Diese Woche am 8. ist #1 in ihrem Endtopf nach draußen gezogen und dort haben wir einen Tag später mit leichtem LST angefangen. Im gesamten geht es allen drei gut sie sind mir nur sehr sehr klein geraten, ich denke das ist vom vielen Umtopfen. Bei #2 sind mir heute das erste mal Anzeichen von Vorblüte aufgefallen, sie ist aber auch mit Abstand größer wie die anderen.

just about finished up this week. Choc mint 1 is about ready for chop. Chopped couple of main colas as i seen couple of signs of budrot. Dropped lights down to 400w each as temps are starting to rise above 30c. Choc mint 2 is looking unreal. Heaps of huge colas,think i will pull the most of this one. Will probably give till day 65.

The Cheese is the Cheese! Mm the smell. Shut my extraction fan off for some vids the other night and when we awoke in the morning., oh my lord. I can't even describe the odor in my home, but the wife sure wasn't happy. I forgot to turn the fan back on. I have done this before but never has it smelled the way it did the other morning. Oh well, all good now. The Cheese trees are happy, as am I. Couple more week and hope they ripen up quickly. These are some beauty plants. Looking forward to trying the cheese, then some crackers lol.

Day 21: A great week for these girls considering my nearly drowning them with a high res !!!. Aside my errors and the recovery , all been good. Wedding Cake has had an excellent stretch period giving her a really nice size to flower with. She didn't blink with the over filling as she was the top end and didn't suffer . Buds are forming up really nice on her all over and below the main canopy is just as full. She will get so.e lower small growth removed for air movement but as she is happy and vibrant I dont want to upset her now. lol The Ghost O.g did suffer a little with her main growing size but has put out some very tangible mains now. She has so.e very big fan leaves on her too. Gorilla Glue#4 had the worst of the drowning and her leaves are showing the signs of damage now. She is a good size and typically GG but I think recovery has slowed her down a little. Overall I am happy with their survival in such a hostile situation. good genetics . Be sane and safe Growmies.

- Day 49 Did a flush today with 20 liters of water (I did put smaller amount of nutrients in the water as you don't wanna strip all the nutrients out of coco when flushing. Got pH back up to 6.0. overshot the target a bit, but that's fine. Will check run off pH again with the feed tomorrow. Day 50 Last days flush worked! run off pH today was 5.8, perfect! Starting to build down the grow amount in the nutrient feed from now on. Day 54 Been giving her 3 liters everyday but might have to give her more, barely getting any run off now. The buds are bulking up really nicely right now though. Day 55 Gave her a 6 liter feed today, first 3 liters with a lower nutrient amount to flush out the pot a bit. had to tie up some side branches to the bigger oens because the buds are getting to heavy for the thinner stems to carry.

So the last cups I had them in had no drainage, and i think they were damping off or dying. So I did a pretty rough transplant to new soil and cups I probably stunted them but let’s see what happens. Day 10: So wow a lot can happen in a few days, they grew a bit one of the NL seems like it’s the same size, 2nd NL is not doing too bad. The lemon Larry is going through it right now, might’ve been heat stress I can’t think of anything else that can cause that

All 4 seeds popped, 2 were wicked, but straightened out within the first week. Had them in coco pucks and a dome, with saturated concrete perlite

Week 4 Flower 6-5 Day 52 from seed. Bit slow on this week updating. But she hasn't missed a step, even if I have! She smells great! I'm really digging the gas and stink from her. Already got my mouth watering 🤤. Top dressed flower girl 1/4 cup poo and sprinkled a little mykos in with it, watered with recharge Sunday, reg water on Tuesday. Took my ecowitt to 14% in 2 days. After a full water. 😁 Opened the tent for air. Last week vpd has been between 1.5-1.6. moved up from 1.3-1.5. She seems to be ok with it so far!
