So another week and some more thickening and ripening. The smell is like blueberry on one and the others are sweet as well. Slightly different smell to each. Watering when dry still at pH 6-6.6 and monitoring overall plant trichomes. At this point it's autopilot to the end. No more feeding with slow release and will slowly flush the remaining food out next few weeks. I like my trichomes to have some amber, not too much but mostly cloudy with some amber. Seems like most will be dense, except one plant I've called corona virus. It has smaller buds but are really resinous and smelly. Cheers and happy growing!

So here we are Growmies, we arrived at the long-awaited flowering period. Basically this week wasn’t as busy as the previous ones. I stopped tucking branches at the end of the week so she can just focus on the stretch from now. At the beginning of the week we changed the solution as the DWC was almost empty, this means she drunk almost 10 litres last week.💦👨‍🌾🏻 It seems the leaf discolouration is totally gone so thanks to everyone for the tips. 👊🏻 That's why I love this community, I can always count on you growmies if I need help.🙏🌞 I could already see some pre flowering signs 7 days after the switch so that’s super fast imo. one thing i liked was it started to get a little purple but that didnt really come through in the end. also i like the fast flowering. what i didnt like was that it truly was a bitch to grow, and if this were a bingo night i'd have crossed out nearly all the possible deficiencies and pest issues you can get. After being really happy with the purple punch genetics this one has been l bit of a disappointment really. i'd love to see more information strainspecifically to come with the package of seeds. like for instance if its a heavy feeder, if it likes the lights close or far away, and how long the flowereing period usually takes. Probably not growing this again anytime sooon though.

So, the big day finally came!💚 I harvested the plant and got her cut and hung up to dry. But before that, she spent a solid 72 hours in complete darkness to finish off. (A little boost before the chop)🌿 Everything went as planned and is looking pretty good so far. Nothing out of the ordinary, just smooth sailing through the final stage. Now it’s all about patience while it dries properly. Can’t wait to check out the final results in a couple of weeks! 🌱

Buds are fattening up pretty well and I've had to use more rubber garden wire and clips to keep the branches from bending over. Smell is increasing on the Northern Light but still a mild skunk on the Black Devil. Also gave the very last feeding on the plants this week so they will get nothing but water until the chop. I'm very happy with the microbe populations so I stopped feeding the sugars (molasses/agave) as the plants themselves don't get much out of them; that stuff is just for feeding the soil beasties. I had added some predatory mites several weeks ago to deal with some springtails, and the mites annihilated the population. I did find a developing larva though so there are still some around. Posted lots of microscope videos today.

11/23 - Update 1 day early. Will make measurements and update accordingly tomorrow, as usual. I did a top off at 75% strength nutes. She is drinking 1.5 gallons per week (approximately). Trying to hold her ~850ppm @ 5.9pH. Her canopy is nice and open and bud-sites are stacking nicely. I'm hoping for some additional stretch over the next 7-10 days to give me an increased yield. Looking forward to seeing what pheno I ended up with. 11/24 - Updated stats. 850ppm, 9" above screen (so 15" total). Measured pH of 5.3, added 1ml GH pH UP to adjust; will check again later. Light adjusted for optimal canopy between both plants. I might end up re-orienting the lights in the other direction. The distance from the flowers varies between 12"-16" because some of them are stretching up more than others. I still think it only has a slight aroma, but she still has a ways to go. If she goes the full 13 weeks (~90 days), then harvest would be on 29 Dec (Happy Birthday!). Later on 11/24 - Uploaded videos of buds and roots. 11/28 - Went ahead and supercropped/HST the tallest stalk. Overall the grow with this girl could of been better but only because I screwed up early on with the LST and snapped two main branches completely off so I’m sure that slowed her down a bit but absolutely amazed how it almost didn’t even bother her. Looking forward to growing this one again soon.

She’s all dialed in now transferred her too a 5 gallon fabric pot mixed 2 tsp per Gallon of dirt with 4-4-4 Gia green nutrients watering her when she’s dry about once or twice a day at a ph between 6.3-6.6

Diese Woche sind an den 3 höchst gelegenen Buds die ersten Pistillen orange geworden und ein fruchtiges/zitrusartiges Aroma entfaltet sich bereits. Die untersten Blätter fangen unerwartet früh an sich teilweise gelb zu verfärben, was ich nicht als Nährstoffmangel deute, sondern als Zeichen für die Einleitung des Endes der Blüte. Nach Plan sollte es jetzt noch 2 bis 4 Wochen dauern bis zur Ernte.

I am excited to try out this new gorilla cookies from fastbuds. I originally started this setup to compete in the solo cup challenge, but I needed something that will be minimal maintainence and doesn't require hand watering. So this is what I ended up with. I will not be entering since I know it will bring controversy, but I am going to follow the rules and treat this grow as if I am competing. I didn't want to use regular solo cups because last time I had a lot of algae growing in the root zone when I harvested. I opted to use a black light proof cup. These cups were 27 oz originally so I filled them with 16 oz of water, marked the level, then cut them down to 16 oz. I set the drain pipes about an inch from the bottom so they have a little reserve if I have pump or power issues. I know people will see the drains as a way for roots to grow out of the cup but in reality I have to keep the entire pipe free of roots or it will clog and overflow. So I am actually losing a little volume due to this. I filled the bottom inch or so of the cups with river gravel to stop the perlite from washing into the reservoir. I am running a 5 gallon reservoir with a small air pump and the plants will be getting irritated 24 hours a day from an aquarium power head pump. I set the system up to be totally self contained and easily portable. It was all built from things I had laying around other than 97¢ for the cups. I will be keeping the feed simple as always feeding maxigro and maxibloom with a couple flower boosters.

Vegi Woche ist rum und ich muss sagen alles ist entspannt zurück lehnen und genießen.... Die Ladys trinken mittlerweile 1liter Wasser in 3 Tagen, das Wasser ist nicht Ph angepasst ist aber immer mindestens 24 Std abgestanden damit das chlor aus dünsten kann. Habe den Wert aber trotzdem mal überprüft liegt genau bei 7,5 und hat eine gieß Temperatur von 22 Grad. Am Montag 30.01.23 habe ich mich dazu entschieden die ersten 3 Damen zu toppen, vorne links, hinten links und hinten rechts sind getoppt, vorne rechts kommt dann nächste Woche dran da sie ja 7 Tage jünger ist als die anderen 3 und somit auch noch nicht die Bio Masse hat um beschnitten zu werden das wars für diese Woche auch schon.... wie gesagt zurücklehnen,entspannen und den Grow genießen, mehr mach ich eigendlich nicht. Ach ja und natürlich täglich den Lampen Abstand kontrollieren und ggf. Nach justieren Euch allen einen wunderschönen Grow, mit Schnee behaftet, und der Potenz einen Ochsen auf die Couch zu klatschen 😁😂😁

One more week passed, this girl have a very good structure and, i decide to make some clones because i was cutting the low brunches and it will go to trash, so i think is best i take some clones and stay with a plant principal and one or two with me and the others i will give to a friend who is having problems with ur first grow..
