On the start of week 4 flower the gals are doing well :) The Blueberry scent is getting stronger. I defoliated lower growth sites and cleaned up the top canopy to let more light and air in. I couldn't get everything I wanted to prune because I cant reach the back of the canopy, so some larf will be expected on my plant in the back of the box. On day 2 its all on cruize control now not much else to do but keep my reservoir on point and wait for the girls to bulk up and mature :). On day 6 I mixed up a new 5 gal reservoir with my bloom nutes. At the end of week 4 flower the girls smell great :). the smell is building every day along with the buds :) I'm really happy and surprised with the production at only week 4. It seems my clone may be optimized to my growing environment and or the increased light levels from being too close to the grow lights have accelerated the flowering process.

This is part of a gentle, prolonged flush phase I like to implement, giving the plants a chance to metabolize and fade naturally. The goal is to promote clean, vibrant flowers that finish with optimal expression, without rushing the process. No forced flush, just time and care. Lighting-wise, the spectrum has been tuned with precision — we’re currently running 40% on the whites, with reds and UVs at 100% to drive trichome development, resin production, and color expression in these final days. Day 29, Too many bugs! Mini grasshoppers and one of those leaf tunneling bugs, as well as a respiratory bug within myself! I’ve taken care of the bug inside myself, now time for the Diatomaceous Earth!!!! And to get that bug out of that leaf! Still feeding a little cal mag. I think it’s necessary. Day 31 - Day 1F Going to ramp it up from 1mg to 3mg per Gal of CalMag OAC. I will top dress something special, maybe the mother earth acid mix, or maybe I will do a seabird guano with insect frass and top it off with an Epsom Salt solution feed. I’m trying to practice using less of a branded store-bought approach. But to source everything is so much easier out of a store bought package, so for now, I might just do a small amount of seabird and insect frass, maybe just a super small sprinkle on the soil surface, not in water. Day 5 of flower: and WTF is up with this foul weather. Only 46 degrees Fahrenheit! (7.8 C) Cloudy with 15-20 mph winds. Gonna drop to 29 tonight… this is ridiculous. I don’t have access to the tent at this time, so it’s cold weather today. I could bring her inside where it’s warmer, and there is no light! Or those house lights put out only a few candelas worth, not exactly light for a plant. Do she would just stretch and go hungry inside. I’m leaving her outside. Bringing her in over night obviously! But not much growth is expected. Just gotta roll with the punches. I thought we were flowering this week, but barely small preflower development. So this is switched back to a Veg week.

Hey now, hope everyone is staying safe and having a great week. The Glueberry OG started to stretch here in the past couple days and picked up 5 inches in the last 5 days, so we will see how long she continues to stretch. I will continue to feed her veg nutrients and and keep the medic grow spectrum x light in V1 mode as to help promote tighter internodal spacing. Once the stretch has stopped or at least almost stopped I will transition her to flower nutrients and introduce her to the flower spectrum of the light. I have started introducing UV/IR lighting to the grow tent for one hour before lights off. I just focused mainly on keeping the feeding reservoir clean, and PH'd, as well as some low stress training for her to attempt to have a nice even canopy. I am definitely more interested in flower quality than quantity at this point. I believe this lady will stretch for at least another week if not slightly longer just based on her expected harvest time of 12-13 weeks but we will see. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. 10/7/18- LST and preparing for topping # 3 for 8 colas. Everything looking healthy so far 10/10/18- Topped #3- probably should have waited maybe an extra day. Water 1/2 gallon with urb and Aloe water.

Had to rearrange everything and start using the 5 x 5 tent for all the flowering. Put the 11 Timber Grow Vero cobbs set up in the tent. Had to customize the frame to fit it in. Customize is code work for cut up. Did not change the cobb spacing at all, just trimmed the overall frame so it is slightly smaller. They fit good. The tent is bright. Had to install a 6" exhaust fan to the tent to suck all the warm air out. This gets dumped outside without a charcoal filter, haha. I can smell it in the backyard, I wonder if anyone is going to say something. Who cares though, haha. Installed two small fans above the lights to cool the cobbs and a larger floor fan to keep the air moving around in the tent. The end result is good however the temperature is still slightly higher than I want. I will work on ways to lower it. Plants are doing good, smell is stronger now. The smell is great too. Buds are bulking up and really frosty. The silicate seems to be working fine, Ifeed this every watering. The plants seem to love nutrient, I keep adding it and watching this closely. The one plant is starting to get orange hairs, this is the one that was always under the cobbs. The other two are a week or two behind. Cheers.

Looking mint atm, some slight nutrient deficiency I think. Will use some sensi cal mag and see how they are. Defoilated again removing growth below main nodes to create good air flow and concentrate on big buds at the top. Can see some white hairs coming through , should be in flower now so time to lower humidity slightly and increase the light intensity. Can't wait to see them buds

(it was small but still it was nice developed)... These plants have grown a lot developing green matter, now I hope to be able to do the same for the flowers

Mid week last week I cut down the inferior PGC. I needed some and it looked done and wasn’t responding to water really. Anyway the buds looked good and get me kinda high. About 1oz smokable buds. This was in 2 gal so not very big. Curing will help. I pressed some into rosin at about day 6 of drying and turned out pretty well. The plant still alive is much better imo and buds should be fire , prob won’t press it

They are growing fast. I have bend them and broke some branches ... I am trying to fix them. I have cut 2 or 3 Big leaves on each. They are just giving signes of flowering. Everything look in control for now

This was the last week of flowering and therefore I stopped giving any nutrients for a good FLUSH. This is very important in order to avoid a harsh smoke later when the plants are dried, because any nutrients left in the plant will burn your throat and the weed will hurt while you smoke it. Both Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants have developed well and carry hefty top buds on each side branch and also the main cola. The lower regions also carry buds, but those are a little more fluffy and not so big and dense as the top buds. Every bud is COVERED IN TRICHOMES and the plants glisten in the light, they are FROSTY AS HELL! The plants have a STRONG AROMA now, which is sweet and peachy with hints of sandalwood. They smell ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and I cant wait to try the dried end-product. All in all I can only recommend this strain, its not the biggest yielder, but definitely delivers connoisseur grade weed. Hats off to Mat from House of the Great Gardener in Canada, he has made another GREAT cross and I hope he will release this variety soon! 👍😍😎
