This banner kept much shorter than its brother. its also in a slightly shallower tub of soil so this one is flowering a bit quicker than its counterpart too. to keep it at the same height as all my others ive raised it from the floor slightly and then put the screen over top to bend the top cola. buds forming nicely now. i said fuck it. full organic feed for you.! nutes then fresh water twice then nutes again. deinking now a litre every 3 days. hardy plant but a couple white spots on the leaves... slight calmag to give prob.. end of week 5 flowering up to day 35. week 6 as of 36--> ps if anyone has a spare grow tent that they could donate me that would help a brother out ;) day 40. adjusted to normal schedule

I will leave it for 24 hours The seed coat softens by soaking your seeds in a hydrogen peroxide solution, allowing the seeds to absorb more oxygen. This results in increased germination speed Hopefully all 3 seeds will germinate by tomorrow? Seeds popped today:-)transferred 3 Purple Kush seeds in to small pots 10/09/23 3 Purple Kush seeds, 1 seed in each small pot. Each Pot is Half filled with lite mix compost and Half filled with Vermiculite , watered planting medium before sowing seeds 2cm deep in planting medium. The seed will push through the vermiculite easley with very little effort, in effect increasing higher successful germination rate, the compost will offer the first tap root an immediate lite nutrient supply. Placed 3 pots on top of a Propagation heating mat for correct germination temperature, position in a shaded place, and keep out of direct sunlight. This may seem like a lot of effort? and it is, but it will be highly beneficial by increasing a higher germination rate and higher amount of seeds will germinate from using this method :-) especially if your seeds were expensive. 11/09/23 no sprouts above the vermiculite yet, i will check it again tomorrow. Today 2 Purple Kush Germinate and rise above the vermiculite 3 days after sowing. Purple Kush is going ok, it could be growing faster, unfortunately i can't upload new photos because there is a problem in the GD system, they are doing there best to fix this problem as soon as possible. GMO Cookies where started 16/09/23 filtered water in glass, also add 3/5 drops of hydrogen peroxide, stir water well before adding the seeds, and stir again after adding seeds to water. 3 seeds sprouted, but only 2 survived, it become to hot and one GMO Cookie sprout died. I have now started another strain (Party Monster) 19/09/23 filtered water in glass, also add 3/5 drops of hydrogen peroxide, stir water well before adding the seeds, and stir again after adding seeds to water. I will leave it for 24 hours, 5 seeds of Party Monster have sprouted and are under the same 100W LED grow light. GMO Cookies have all come up above the vermiculite and are now positioned under a 100W LED, there is a small clip on fan blowing and circulating the air. This is my second attempt to grow GMO Cookies from 3 feminised seeds, i messed up on the first 3 seeds, i put them under a 250 Watt LED and it fried them, my folt. Growing from germinating seeds is a very delicate situation, your environment temperature needs good control. 2 Party Monster seedlings are looking good, coming along well under the 100W LED light. 3 GMO Cookies are looking good also under the 100W LED light. Plus i have now started soaking in glass of water 03/10/23, 5 Strawberry Yields fem seeds aka Strawberry Fields. filtered water in glass, also add 3/5 drops of hydrogen peroxide, stir water well before adding the seeds, and stir again after adding seeds to water. The seed coat softens by soaking your seeds in a hydrogen peroxide solution, allowing the seeds to absorb more oxygen. This results in increased germination speed! 1 Super Lemon Haze fem seed planted in a 2 ltr pot 28/10, this is the only plant i will keep for flowering. The Pot is Half filled with lite mix compost, and the rest of the pot is half filled to the top with Vermiculite , watered planting medium thoroughly soaking it before sowing seeds 2cm deep in vermiculite. The seed will push through the vermiculite easley with very little effort, in effect encouraging a higher successful germination rate, the compost will offer the first tap root an immediate lite nutrient supply. And i planted the 11 remaining popped SLH seeds in the brown round pot, this is just to see how many will rise above the vermiculite from the 13 SLH fems seeds soaked on 27/10. I will give these away to a friend. Both pots have been placed on a propagating heating mat for consistent and ideal germination temperature until all seeds have risen above the vermiculite. Once my 1 fem seed has germinated! i will cover the pot with a transparen plastic bag and place the pot 20cm below a 100W LED light. Super Lemon Haze feminised seeds Seeds sourced from Satdica Bulk Seeds Soaked seeds 27/10 planted up on 28/10, 12 out of 13 seeds have transformed in to 12 healthy little seedlings. 11 seedlings will be given away to a friend, and i will keep the one seedling you see already planted up in a black 2 ltr size pot. Now positioned under my 100W LED light, distance 15cm above seedlings. Light cycle 24 hours. Keeping them covered with propagating hood for a few days longer to allow seedlings to become better established before removing the hood. The vents on hood are fully open to allow seedling to slowly become accustomed to the outside vege room space. Gelato Cookies 3 Feminised seeds Satdica Bulk Seeds Popped 3 Gelato Cookies Feminised seeds today 06/11 filtered water or bottled water in a glass, also add 3/5 drops of hydrogen peroxide, stir water well before adding the seeds, and stir again after adding seeds to water. I will leave it for 24 hours The seed coat softens by soaking your seeds in a hydrogen peroxide solution, allowing the seeds to absorb more oxygen. After placing on propagating heating mat for 24 hours. This resulted in increased germination speed! and today i can see little white taproot tails protruding out from the seed husk 👌 3 Gelato Cookies seeds, 1 seed in each small pot. Each Pot is Half filled with lite mix compost and Half filled with Vermiculite , watered planting medium before sowing seeds 2cm deep in planting medium. Spoon your seeds into it's planting medium, do not touch with fingers, spoon it in with half spoon of water and a seed, place the seed in the center 2cm deep in the planting medium, water it in again very lightly to help the seed settle into a comfortable position before leaving it to rest covered on your heating mat. The seed will push through the vermiculite easley with very little effort, in effect increasing higher successful germination rate, the compost will offer the first tap root an immediate lite nutrient supply. Watered and fed them in with Plagron Terra Grow 5ml to a ltr of water, i may have added too much, perhaps 2/3ml to a ltr of water would have been enough? placed 3 pots on top of a Propagation heating mat for correct germination temperature, position in a shaded place, and keep out of direct sunlight. So this week just a little video of the three cuties. I try to cut off as few leaves as possible and try to do more with LST. It doesn't look very nice, but the fewer leaves you cut, the faster the plant grows....Yes, I know it itches in your fingers to cut every day, but just give your plants a rest. 🔸 Runtz 1 and 2 are doing really well and look just as I imagined. At the start of week 13 I applied weekly nutrients. The girls are still bulking up and my favorite pheno is turning purple:). On day 2 I did a early harvest on pheno number 2 because it didn't have the traits I was looking for and was taking up valuable light/space so I harvested early...(plus I need the smoke 😉)I'm looking forward to harvesting pheno number 3 asap so I can reveg her to get more clones and flower them all out 😀 I harvested the tops of my pheno number 3. I could have let it go longer but the smell was getting strong lol. I am also eager to reveg pheno number 3 and clone that for my next run. I will let the bottoms of pheno number 3 mature up and harvest along with my pheno number 1. This week has gone very well 👍

We have seen the sprouts breach the soil this week!!! Not all of them made it unfortunately. 3 of 4 will grow to see the sun, hoping for all females, obviously. Drip system is working well. Nutes to be introduced in a few days once we see some fan leaves develop Animals are leaving the cups alone on account of the chicken wire, so all is good Thanks for looking

Day 49 flower- Discovered loads of adult fungus gnats around the sour kosher#1.. thinking that’s why it’s been showing signs of stress and some yellowing and curling on fan leaves around the top colas. Put down a bunch of sticky traps and going to let them dry out for now. Smell is so strong from the blue gelato 41, gassy cake smell. The sour kosher #2 looks and smells incredible, has been healthy and green this whole grow with great bud formation/production! I’d love to keep this pheno but can I take a cutting late flower? Or maybe I’ll just re veg it. 24k#1 is still massively behind on bud development, coming like a true sativa. I may well end up having to harvest this one later than all the rest. Still having problems with the 24k#2 top fan leaves turning very yellow and crispy.. but the bud production actually looks really good and frosty. Only 3 weeks to go so I’m sure it will make it, lots of green leaves still left lower on the plant. Trying to keep the dog out my room but there is still husky hairs throughout the whole grow 🙄 unstoppable. Can’t wait to get these drying and taste the final product!

Growing great. been adding calmag to the mix and she bounced back. Still a little yellow but the buds are growing nicely. Great trichome production To the touch it smells SO much like blueberries Im blown away and theres still more maturing to do! Excited to see how much more she fills out.

Week 4 update - had to list it as a flower week as we flipped em half way through. Exotic wasn’t lying - the spicy bitches hit maturity rather quickly and we now have a guaranteed 2 males and 3 females - perfect ratio score👌👍. Balls started showing in a span of 12-36 hours. One of the females entered flower early so she may be a dud, an auto or just stressed for some unusual reason. We’ll probably either separate er or let it grow with the rest and pitch it. Won’t be using that seed knowing that underlying issue. Similarly, one of the males has also demonstrated some fan leaf mutation - I actually like this kind of variation and it makes things interesting so bonus there👍. The rest of em are doing just fine. So god damned nice to have a run that’s on a quick schedule to finish within 3 months. It’s been a long year for the pollen chuck and we’re really looking forward to the upcoming all fem. Run. For now though - conditions look ripe for a bunch of awesome crosses, any one of which could be pure 🔥. Till next week yall🤟. Background Fingers crossed that these Spicy Bitch regs provide at least one male so that we can back build some stock of it. In the event that does take place we’ve got a single clone of each strain from the previous pollen chuck to sit in the tent with them so they can make babies for the next few months. The whole point of the last year was to start making some foundational genetics for a third generational cross we could call our own. If you’ve been following along than you’ll know that it’s been anything but easy. Our previous pollen picks didn’t pan out at all so we’re back to the drawing board with a new option from ExoticSeeds. This’ll be a 10 plant run with 5 regs and 6 strains for pollination including the strain itself. We’re running in a 2x4 MarsHydro grow tent all powered by a Mars Sp6500. That’s a little more than 600w packed into half the recommended footprint😳. Why? you ask - because we like our buds big and overcompensatory😂. Really, I’m just of the mind that we can pack more light into this space than recommended and get much better results. The math doesn’t lie. At least not as long as I wasn’t high when using the calculator again….. Many thanks to @MarsHydroLED for the opportunity to test run the equipment👊. In addition, we’ve also moved to a new nutrient system - Druid Nutrients out of the Netherlands. They don’t really have a presence on GD yet but you’ll be hearing about them very soon I’m sure. The beauty of this system is that it’s literally a 1 (one) component system for the entirety of the plants grow cycle. It really has changed the game in terms of ease of feeding and maintenance. It’s also very versatile and seems to provide everything needed across multiple different strains in the same ratios. Keep your eyes peeled for these folks. Pretty much a guarantee that they absolutely blow up once more people know about them👍👌😎. Strain Background Spicy Bitch: predominantly sativa, heavy yielder with a daytime kinda trip profile. It’s a cross of Queen Mother and a Pre-2000 AK47. We’ll pull what pollen we can and hope to have a female run out a larger supply of seed for the future. Many thanks to @Exoticseeds for the chance to give these beans a go👍👊. Pollination Strains: Holy Surfer S1 - this is one of the focal points for this cycle. A fellow growmie was kind enough to ship over some S1 genetics I took an interest in. The only ask back was that if I did cross it to send a few his way for testing👍. It’s a compact and squat plant requiring very little maintenance. Typical for the strain really. It’s been chosen as an option to potentially mellow out the high , shorten the stature of the resulting hybrid and inject it with some of that mellow indica effect. Boogie Nights - total shot in the dark. Still haven’t even tried the strain myself yet but it was available at the right time and interesting enough to make a salad with. Big thanks to AMS who’ve been nothing short of an excellent seedbank to collaborate with. Expect similar growth characteristics to that of the Northern Lights. Better resilience however. Blueberry - this particular clone is from extremely strong stock. Spliff seeds broke the mold with this strain. She’s lower maintenance than the NL, more resilient than anything else we’ve got on the menu and the terp. Profile on this girl is out of this world. If we can bring any of these qualities to the cross, then it could be magic👌. White Widow - garrghh, I just can’t get away from this particular plant. Again, still haven’t even tested the buds yet and all I can say is that the growth characteristics are extremely vigorous and desirable. This plant is one of 3 unicorns that I have yet to tame due to a combo of extremely bad luck and circumstance. All told, it’s still the same story: a VERY experimental breeding project designed to shotgun a broad swath of genetics against a reliable and dependable Breeder who’s put out proven fire 🔥🤟😎👍.

Another good week. Watered them twice. I'm not planning on feeding them again. A little defoliation. I definitely think they are in the last 2 weeks before harvest. Still seeing some nutrient burn developing on the leaves. I don't think I watered enough through the whole grow! I'd love to hear opinions on this! Took some videos of the buds with an iPhone 12 at 6X magnification. Decent quality! Otherwise, still looking to successfully harvest these plants! Thinking about the next grow. Probably going to be Auto Strawberry Cheesecake and Auto Anesthesia. Peace!
