F*CK MENSTRUAL CRAMPS! Purplematic is a high CBD, low THC strain by RQS. It helps with pain management without getting you high as a kite, ie it's great to battle those monthly belly cramps. It has become my wife's favourite F*CK MENSTRUAL CRAMPS strain. We use it to make edibles and tinctures. So, a little goes a long way. Rather than pushing for yield, we focus on getting one big fat juicy sticky cola. ITS FAST - 8-9 weeks from seed to harvest ITS BEAUTIFUL - the buds get a nice purple color with light brown pistils IT WORKS - follow our journey to make the best anti cramps medicine!

Another mostly positive week completed. Pests firmly at bay. Environment humidity looking good and all the buds are getting bigger. Top dressed some nutrients / insect frass earlier in the week which I’m sure was a week or so late. - Heidi looking very hungry by D57 - the whole plant is looking yellow. Solution to problem is some organic liquid nutes which arrived today from now as needed. Overall they and the other 2 ladies in the tent are looking a zillion times better than my first grow. Starting to feel the harvest impatience kick in. Will try to overcome this time Thanks for reading have a great week 😊

She's really starting to take off now I've corrected the lights height and strength, you'll see in the next week that I'll start having some pH issues, I'm usually an outdoor grower. This is my first indoor grow so I don't have all the stuff you need yet, I should be getting a pH pen and PPM metre soon.

Was another pretty good week in the books both in and out of the tent. More and more branches are being weighted down by colas, and had to be tied up. UKBS 1 continues to frost up like a winter morning. I'm doing my best to keep airflow moving in the tent, mainly in and around UKBS 1 as it's the denser of the two. Carl 1 was having a little bit of an issue but I believe it's been mostly resolved as of now as I've given it a pure watering in between the latest feedings. Outside (inside, most of the time. haha) The plants are doing quite well, save for the high winds that magically spring up whenever they go outside. At this point I'm basically forced to purchase a greenhouse or something of that sort so they don't blow away completely. Timelapse is out for the week, as per usual. EOS Rebel T5 shots will probably come tomorrow or the next day. -6/18/2021 - Keep fuckin' up the watering schedule. Carl 1 is not pleased. These kinds of whoopsies shouldn't be happening in flower, especially not this late. Gotta get on top of things. - In other news, took some shots with the EOS Rebel T5. Hope you'll enjoy. -6/23/2021 - Built a greenhouse kinda thing. Should keep the wind off the plants well enough while allowing a wee bit for airflow. Hoping all goes well.

Heatwave Tested, Veggie Blessed ☀️🌱 Rolling into Week 3 of veg, and this little mystery girl is looking absolutely beautiful. Compact, vibrant, and showing all the right signs of healthy growth. 💚🌿 This week brought the heat—literally. We hit over 40°C in direct sun, and although she definitely felt it, she powered through like a champ. No major signs of stress, just a little sun-kissed and stronger for it. 💪🔥 I gave her a solid dose of effective microorganisms a couple days before feeding with BioBizz Grow, and she’s been loving it. The green is deep and rich, and her structure is nice and tight. She’s holding up strong, bouncing back from the heat, and I’m super excited to see her take off in the coming week. Something tells me she’s got big plans… 🚀🌼

Hello again! Into week 7+ ladies were very bushy so I decided to dive in and clear out the lower canopy and removed old leaves. As usual watering every 4-5 days and I have increased the amount of water to about 8L to each pot. They are drying out faster day by day. Still using 50mL of molassas to 5gal of water pH to 5.9 this time. No issues to report. See you on the next update!

Welcome growers Firsth month in flowering for this beauty AYAHUASCA PURPLE 😈 It has reacted well to last week's "massive" defoliation. The production of trichomes increases day by day and its colors are truly amazing 🔥 Leaves and buds are shimmering purple, not too dark.. And a sweet aroma is coming.. Anyway In this seven days i have only put some sticks in the ground, where I will go to tie the branches, to mimic more solid branches in order to increase the biomass 🌳 About nutrients 👇 I still giving her organic/veganic nutrients at any watering 💧 A little bit of silicium (Bionova) / Crescita (Biomagno) / Activera (Biobizz) / Grow vegan (Bionova) / The Missing Link (Bionova) / X-Cell (Bionova) / Bioheaven (Biobizz) , a little bit of P-K 3-5 (Bionova) /Fioritura (Biomagno) / Bloom vegan (Bionova) / Biomassa (Biomagno) / Florastimo (Biomagno) and i started to use some enzymes present in the Sensizym (Advanced Nutrients) And that's all guys.. See you in week n°5 🌻 Thanks for stopping by 😎👍👍 FC ✌️ 🇮🇹

Another steady week. These girls continue to bulk up. Many of her buds are showing some nice genetic foxtailing. I have noticed that some of the leaves only have one or three fans. The humidity continues to be a concern, but at this point I don't think there is much more I can do. I have been leaving the tent open as much as I can and running a de-humidifier, but I'm still having limited success.

The Cookie Girls are doing great 😊 Overall, I’m very pleased with the results so far. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. At day 12 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, while I tucked, I snapped more than a couple of tops off, but the plant continues to thrive. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. Will be doing a defoliation next week. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

Week 8 of flower is in the books and this show is quickly coming to an end. I said last week we had about 7-10 days and I was spot on at the 10 day mark. I was only wrong about the order. The cheese is ready to chop before the rest and the gorilla cookies, cherry Bomb and lemon haze will follow in due course. The cheese is a beast and it’ll take a little time to get it all run through the bowl trimmer. At least the big one goes first. Her tallest colas have foxtailed like mar, despite the late supercrop. You can tell where the sweet spot for the light is at about 10” distance from the canopy. Any closer than that and the tails begin to show prominently. It’s a good example of just how close you can get to these fixtures with a little bit of prior experience. It’s been noted for the next run😎👍😎. The res. is on an h2o2 only flush for the remainder until the rest are ready to come down. Not a moment too soon either - the pollen chucking project has stalled out waiting for these girls to finish and now that we’ll have a little extra room, we can start running our cuts in the aerocloner🤟. Not long at all now folks. Thanks for tagging along through all this. Learned a bunch about this system and we’re back to hardware mode to make some serious improvements for the next run🤙😎. I love hardware mode😉. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. Watching the time lapse shows me how my plants are doing throughout the day. Unfortunately, I am only setup to download the data once a week after the grow has already happened. I noticed on the one from week 5 that there would be times it would show growth, and then later in the day start to droop. I figured this might have to do with my watering schedule, I did not want to over water, so I only did it every 2 days. Then I bumped it up to 1.5 days, but now I am watering every morning and that seems to have helped a bit after watching this weeks video. Next week should show better results I hope. So far each time I check them they seem to be doing well. I would like them a little taller, but I can't complain on how they are doing. I upped the nutes a bit this week as well. Do you think I should water more than once a day? When is the best time to water, just before they start daytime or just before they hit nighttime? Or somewhere in between?

We are starting to grow a new autoflowering strain from 42Fast Buds under the number FBA2502. We don't know much about the strain yet, but we do know that its maturation period is around 70 to 80 days. For germination, we used a reliable method: paper towel and cotton sponge. In just 24 hours, the seed sprouted with a root about 1 cm long. The next step will be planting it in soil composed of: 50% black soil (chernozem), 35% coconut substrate and coconut fiber, 10% perlite, 5% expanded clay. We will continue to monitor its growth and share the results.

9/14 Week 9 and she is doing fine Little vid she is front rt Nuets not changing for now 9/16 Doing well but some white tips are saying we gotta reduce the salts so will be dropping CT nuets 10% and upping PK to 2.5 Extra space is really doing them well Defoliation again tonight the war on stemmed leaves has begun 9/17 Held a meeting of the minds and decided the best course of action is to flip the light schedule so I can feed them more appropriately, twice a day. Leaving nuets as they are as this will drop pot EC. Setting the alarm for the AM before lights out at 7:30 and changing the sched to 6AM-6PM summer is done no need for current schedule. Lights be out from 7:30AM to 6AM long I know but should not bother them. 9/19 Lights on girls feed buds look fine Video enjoy

Hello grow 🌎! Finally seeing signs of flowering beginning. (Branches alternating, calxes, pistils, etc.) I cut the girls' dose of gro pro which is full of N, way down amd introduced monster bloom and a small dose of nirvana. Was going to tie down branches but realized that it would make draining their buckets near impossible. So I decided to use bamboo sticks to "position" branches in spots of light and out of tge way of others.
