This is my second Big Bud grow but my first outdoor grow. The buds aren't as dense and the indoor with my CO2 bag. The bud is still very potent though.

Week 9 plant - vertical growth slowed down, packing on the buds quite nice. smelling great, quick counted 11 colas Week 8 plant - stretched quite a bit this past week. hairs everywhere, bud growth is starting to come in. quick counted 12 colas. Just added water to the res, ph went up a bit so dropped in 1ml of ph down to bring it back to 5.6, around 790-800 ppm. Did a light defoliation on the bottom of the plants, pulling off weak/dying older fan leaves mostly. Minor tucking of fan leaves on the top to expose more colas to the light. Adjusted the light to 18" from the tallest cola.

She has the same extreme big leaves like the last phenotype of hers :-) I love it ;-). She will now stay in the vegi for a few more days before she comes to the flower tent :-). During the last watering, I started with Fast Plant. I am happy to finally be able to put it in bloom again. This week it was poured 3 times with 1.2 l each (sewing materials, see table above). The tent was cleaned and all plants checked for health 👍. Fresh osmosis water was prepared and filled into canisters for the next 2 weeks. Otherwise they were admired several times a day 😂. Clearly got dominated by her pot mate. Looks and smells awesome though. She got planted about a week after her pot mate. Maybe thats why she got the short end of the stick. These plants are not mine. I am just documenting them. Total Runtime: 75 days -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Set up cost (fixed costs) -Lamp: 40€ -Timer: 3,5€ -Pot: 4€ -Total fixed costs: 47,5€ Given 5 years (or 15 grows) usage time translates to around 3,17€ per grow in materials. Finally flipped and HOLY MOLY is it awesome to start seeing the flowers coming in for the first time on your first grow. Super delayed flip to flower and I am manually switching the lights/opening tent every day due to prioritized spending. BIG HUMIDITY PROBLEM. As I have still not hooked up an outtake fan for the tent I don't see my girls surviving past the next couple weeks so hopefully I can get that figured out. I'll open it up to 95% RH by morning and it sits around 60% even with an open tent. Other than that, I'm happy with the bud sites gained from my first ever grow. Just feeling my way through Topping, Fim, SCROG, and LST was fun a rewarding for sure. Just have to make sure they reach the finish line. TUES: Cleaned tent floor and walls with disinfectant wipes, seemed to get rid of the smell so far. Still worried about the humidity in the closed tent during the dark period. Need a duct fan hardcore before the buds start coming in. The first sight of trichs already sent me into a Powdery Mildew panic. 😱 THURS: Humidity break. Down in the 45% range and have been able to keep it in the 80s with a huge bowl of dried pasta in the tent lmao no coffee whitener or rice on hand 😒 Defoliation of light blockers and bunch ups to improve the airflow in the canopy. I'm hoping the UV lights in my LED set up are enough to keep mildew at bay and can get the dark period RH% down before buds fatten and there is risk for rot.

She is now coming into preflower and loving the new T5's. She is growing nice and bushy with future tops shooting for the stars. The stretch is definitely near. She will continue to be tied down and has been pruned and defoliated as needed to give her that sexy shape i want her to have in flower. Her terpines are beginning to be noticeable and is of lemons, earthy notes, and loud gas. She is now also getting kelp extract added to the nutes. She is growing very nicely and i could not be happier at the moment. So far OSSC has my attention as their phenotypes have been very nice.
