Once again these girls don’t really need much just watering when dry but other than that we are on cruise mode. I have been checking trichomes for about a week now and man is she almost there I should be giving them lights out with in another week or two can’t wait

dry weight of buds after trimming = 93 gram and about 5 gram of Trim so 98g Total. Actual plan was to leave the plant some more days but after seeing some Nanas developing inside the buds i decided to cut it at day 65 of flower. great smell and cant wait to smoke the final product. All in all definetly a good strain for living soil.

31/1 So yes I've had some trouble keep this lady under control, she keep forcing again LST so to give a better light compensation at the lower branches I've cut a top leaf, now the canopy look much more uniform hope she gonna react and respond well, we'll see in the next days 4/4 So we had an amazing week, the runtz improves a lot and start to produce many withe pistils, it's gonna be the last week of vegetation so from now on i was thinking to add an extra light, the low branches are streching out and the top cola it's incrementing his yield, hope to see new nice improvement btw Happy easter!

Day 44-21/05/22 everything is looking good I might take them out tomorrow do some light defoliation and move them about abit not sure yet!!!! . Day 47-24/05/22 they look real good today!!!!

This week, they outgrew me, they are taller than me! I had to do a bit of HST. I actually broke the stems, it recoved in few hours , unbelievably. I noticed I had a problem with one of the gorillas,it's turns yellow. will see

Forgot to water these ladies for a couple of days but after a heavy watering and a good feeding they perked right back up. I have 2 flower tents running with sunset sherbet right now. Regardless of wether I think they are ready or not I will be switching them to flower in 3 more weeks. Can’t wait to see how these ladies flower!

COntinued to apply small amounts of pressure with LST but aside from that, letting her do her thing. Had to leave her for a few days and she got dehydrated, after a feed she perked up again but she's now started sucking all the nutes out of her lower growth. Week 10: I loved growing this strain, it smelled so fruity while the buds were on the plant. Towards the end of flowering the buds looked sugar dipped as described on the website. The sap from inside the stems smells like skittles and sugar lol which was a nice surprise! Most pistils are Amber so idk what the THC/CBD ratios are going to be. Il give an estimate once buds are cured for 2 weeks or so! So I’ve managed to get some street weed to compare alongside my own weed and I’ve added the pictures to the harvest so you guys can see them. I tried to pick the best street weed from about 4 varieties so here we go... The street weed is called Wedding Cake, my weed is obviously Smoothie and I suppose what I want to know is how the street weed looks, does it look healthy? Any guesses as to how it was dried or cured if even? The first noticeable thing is that the street weed stems are huge and the sugar leaves seem to be left on the plant to dry too. Although I did leave sugar leaves on this time I feel that it’s not very professional. I have smoked a joint of the wedding cake and it’s not all that great, feel a bit sedated/couch locked but not high or happy if you know what I mean :) but yeah please let me know what you think in the comments :) Curing Update: (1) Been curing for a week and buds are definitely smoking much better now, the taste and burn still isn’t amazing as it needs a few more weeks curing but it’s unique and exotic. It’s very strong when it comes to THC, because it still needs further curing you could smoke a whole joint and think damn that’s still too fresh to get me blazed. By the end of the joint you would be struggling to keep a conversation or stand up, Stoned eyes that even eye drops won’t cure :’D and it’s also a real head high in my opinion, audio/visuals definitely enhanced too, everything is extremely bright, sharp and sounds great! I don’t really care about time of day smoke as i could need something stronger at different times for pain etc but this is definitely a Nighttime smoke, it hits so hard that the best thing you can do is put on some music and close your eyes or watch a movie. An amazing strain for zoning out entirely into some chill music and if you need weed to deal with strong physical or mental pain or sleep problems then I would recommend giving this a go as so far it has been a lifesaver for me. Curing Update: (2) So I think the buds have been curing for just over 2 weeks now and they are looking great and smoking pretty well too. A few more days drying wouldn’t have hurt them but I’m not worried as my Blue Cheese and Pineapple Express harvests are just around the corner! I added some lovely photos and a video to show you guys how it looks And I’m just about to blaze up a joint from the last photo and tell you all how it smokes too... (Lights up joint) Slightly damp on lighting it up although it burns near perfect. Instant hit on the back of the throat with smooth/mango flavors. I feel a bit dizzy quite quickly and want to sit down and listen to music after a few tokes followed by a relaxed or mellow feeling. I’m about halfway through the joint now and I’m pretty stoned. Definitely sweet and smooth like blueberry also sherbet sweet like mango! I’m almost finished my joint now and I suppose to sum up I’d say that it’s much like the blueberry smoothness you expect mixed with the strength from a well grown mango. I felt that the effects are great if your in a nice comfortable setting, get relaxed, be creative, watch a movie or even get ready to sleep. I would avoid anything that requires a lot of effort. Personally I’ve had minimal problems with getting to sleep and with anxiety while taking this throughout the day and would highly recommend it! It’s the best thing I’ve grown so far :) Il leave a final review on the buds in 2 weeks, until then take care and happy growing! Curing Update (3) - 05/03/20 So I’ve finished the smoothie buds and I have to say they were great. The only negative was it’s my first time drying buds with trim and they could have done with a little longer drying. I made some canna butter from 3G of trim and 2.25g of bud. I made ginger cupcakes with salted caramel icing. You guys can see it cause I added a photo. I can only eat 2 per day with a heavy tolerance - sedative cupcakes hahah. Growing report: The growth through veg stage was amazing couldn’t fault the plant or the feed BUT then flower stage is where these genetics goes all wrong! So two weeks into flower I see one plant had Hermied, so gave this one the axe, and then spoke to acouple of other growers that have the same strain Had the same problem So it’s now named (hermie pie) then in week 5 all plants Hermied. I managed to keep the seeds at bay mostly and slow down the process of them seeding until harvest on week 7/8 I got signs of bud rot but dealt with that quick enough it didn’t damage the rest of the the harvest. Once harvested they got a light trimming then hung up for 5/6days at temperatures 20/28 and humidity 45/60. Used Trimbag for the rest of the trimming process, got 6oz off 3plants 😬 curing for 2weeks in one ounce Jars 75% full. Bud report: Smell; is sweet and tangy Taste; sweet spicy taste Density of buds out of 10; 8. Some seeds found in buds😞 Thank you all for watching another stressful but fun and learning harvest.

Day 31 - 38 (Day 32) I’m going to lower the humidity in the room to 55-60. Still no bananas but I’m still quite worried about #3 fully popping and ruining my whole crop. Since there is a good chance it’s going to herm, I’m going to give it with a small feeding today and watch it like a hawk this week. I think the boost actually made a decent difference in #5 from last week. I’m seeing slightly fatter main colas but that could just be from less topping/smaller plant or less nitrogen. I’ve decided to push my luck and give a boost to each plant. These things just aren’t filling out like they should. They look like they are on day 23 not 33. I’m going to top dress 3 tablespoons of 1-4-2 Destiny launch and later tonight I’m going to water in a low strength feeding of 0-0-15 kelp extract. I’m going to give a final heaping tablespoon of nature’s pride bloom to #5 so it can stretch to the end. I’m also going to lower the lights by a few inches. The tallest cola is now about 13 inches away and the rest of the canopy is at about 18–24. If I see signs of light stress I’ll raise it back up but I’m sure it could use the extra light on the lowers. (Day 33) I’ve been reading that bigger plants just take longer to mature and that’s probably why my plant hasn’t fully filled out or is about a week behind. I still could have done a better job defoliating some of the smaller larf branches on the bottom which just robs the good branches of energy. The more I think about it, the more I think I did a very poor job of defoliating the middle canopy. I’m still seeing lots of larf and small buds on the inside not getting much light. I’m still really worried about herms after finding that branch so I don’t want to stress them anymore. Removing suckers now is pointless. I missed my window of opportunity and now I have to deal with it. I’m going to slide an old DVD player underneath #6 to bring it up to canopy level. It’s lower buds are definitely not getting enough light. (Day 34) Ever since lowering the light, the canopy has gotten a few degrees warmer. I’ve noticed the buds don’t feel as sticky on top compared to the lower tucked branches that feel almost wet with resin. Outdoor weed grown in my climate will never reach the temperature where it degrades resin luckily. (Day 36) The buds are definitely swelling but not to the degree I want. Call me picky but I prefer my nugs as chunky as possible. I’m seeing lots of pistils but not much nug matter. Ive heard too many pistils can be caused by the overuse of alfalfa, kelp and seaweed extracts because of the natural PGR’s in them. I’m definitely going to reduce the amount of that stuff I use next round. I hope I’m just wrong and this tent is going to really fatten up this week but I have my doubts. (Day 37) A purple fade is starting on the underside of every plant except the bush who still is super dark green still. Last watering I got a nice amount of runoff so I’m just going to leave her until the end. I’m seeing a bit of yellowing on #5. I’m going to give it one final full strength feeding plus some rock dust and oyster shell tomorrow and that’s a wrap for nutrients. I might as well hit everything else with a final low strength 0-0-15 too. (Day 38) I’m amazed at how much this stuff smells compared to my last round. It smells very earthy and floral with a hint of pine. Definitely not that gassy smelling pine but more of a sweet pine.

26.4.25: The plants were watered with 3 ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3, containing the following nutrients:- ♡ 1/2 Tsp Sea K(elp) by Greenleaf nutrients ♡ 1/4 Tsp Ecothrive Biosys. 27.4.25: I LST'd again by adjusting the tie downs. For FastBuds Mystery seed auto #1 and RQS Northern Lights autoflower, this will probably be the last time I adjust the fabric ties, as they're now well in to flower. Hulkberry was LST'd again today, She is looking absolutely beautiful 😍 Retied some branches down and added a couple of clips. Keeping the canopy as even as possible. 29.4.25: HulkBerry is looking great. Nice green colour, without being too dark. The plant has taken well to the LST training. It doesn't need adjusting much at the moment as the growth hasn't become crazy, just now. I think next week we will be in to flower, she has 1 pistil on the lower branch. 😅 Nb: I have added this week a couple days earlier, as last week was a couple days late, trying to get back on schedule 😅 Thanks for checking my diary and hanging out 💚✌️🍃😊🌱
