Since she was too small compared to other plants I moved her to a smaller tent with a 100w led for the moment, in some weeks she will go back to Sanlight. I'm a bit worried that she will no flower, but she seems to indicate she is going pre flower. For sure will not take 65 days to harvest as the breeder claims. If she flowers and give good fruits I'm happy 😊

Day 45: Nothing much to say for this week. Did do some Defoliation again... See you guys next week.

12/15: Some plants are taking too long to transition and stretching beyond my space constraints, so I dialed the photoperiod back to 12/12. 12/16: Fed today and rotated edge plants. Added another 150w of 3000k below the canopy. Sucrose Overdose and Muscadine Wines are still stretching...raised lights again. 12/17: Worked on ventilation...no A/C necessary now, as I'm using another AC Infinity 6" fan to intake outdoor air into the closet whenever temps reach 75f..and it's been cold as hell outside.👍 The final trick will be to replace the 6" exhaust fan with an 8" so as to be able to fully exchange the closet air faster ...but that's gonna have to wait til next season. 12/18: Supercropped a Muscie... again... now she's doing the "letter 'S' thang. I'll force the curves tighter over the new few days if she keeps stretching.

1/22 After some conversations I think I’ve determined the source of my issues. Using primarily coco for organics I guess has some drawbacks and it’s possible that’s why each grow has similar problems around this time. Only thing I can think of to do is top dress in some worm castings mixed in with some more Coco Loco to top off the pots, and then tomorrow I’ll water in the compost tea that I just set up to brew. After that I’ll be doing recharge in almost every watering. Going to try maxing out the microbe content for each pot as much as possible. Along with this I’ll be steadily raising the light intensity to where it should be. Current light setting is 490 PAR / 35.2 DLI. 1/23 Top dressed in about 2 cups of Coco Loco and 1 cup of worm castings to both. Since my coco medium isn’t doing a great job of handling organics I’ll just have to turbo charge the microbe level as much as I can. Both also got a compost tea that I started brewing yesterday. Readjusted the light to 600 PAR / 43.2 DLI. I wanted to go gradual but I’m also curious if they will take that hard step up in light. 1/24 Everything looks really good. I have a good feeling so long as I keep up with recharge and water from here on out it should be fine. 1/25 Both got a full watering with recharge. 1/26 Buds getting fatter and frostier. Looks good.

Not a ton to report as I switch them to flower. The first day they went to the 12/12 light schedule I chopped the shit out of them, taking probably 100 fan leaves from the 4 plants all together. They're just too bushy and I feel like I'm asking for problems letting them grow into each other. Of course when you try to grow four plants in a 2x4 tent, that's an expected problem. They looked blended, bomb-out and depleted when I finished chopping leaves and pulling the main growth tips apart from each other and through the scrog net. I was a little worried that I overdid it, but 12 hours later they had more than bounced back. I'm a little leary of hard defoliation in flower, but pistils have hardly developed and the plants clearly need and respond well to it. I'm sure I'll take about the same amount from them a couple more times. A couple concerns: small amounts of white mold growth on the top of the coco of a couple plants and the sides of a couple bags. Very faint and not growing much. Also no signs of it on leaves or stems of the plants themselves. I've been spraying with a water/hydrogen peroxide mix. Also a few leaves here and there on a few of the plants look chewed up or torn. There are no signs of pests, so I think they're from some minor abuse during training or from the fan blowing. Will definitely be keeping an eye on mold/mildew and pests, especially going into spring locally.

Hello, I hope you're all doing well. I'll consider this week a complete failure. When I repotted my plants, I added mulch, but it was only 3 cm thick. As a result, my plants were miserable for four days because it was too thick. The soil was cold and remained very damp due to watering during repotting. It smothered the fallen leaves, some of which even turned yellow. It seemed like a magnesium and calcium deficiency and an unbalanced pH. I re-evaluated my approach and, most importantly, added a light layer of mulch. They've recovered well. It just goes to show that a small mistake can teach you something new every day. This week, I added: 2 g of Epsom salt: This powerful mineral is pure magnesium sulfate, one of the main components of chlorophyll produced by plants. 4-26 Continuing to grow well. Have started watering with run-off because my PPM was really high last week. Watering twice a day and buds are looking nice. 4-27 Defoliated more bottom mini branches and got a few upper leaves blocking bud growth.

5cm vertical growth this week. A fair amount of new leaf growth.

Almost into the home stretch. Will start looking at trichomes this week. Really hope the buds continue fattening on both the ladies. Day 58 WC - growing strong. Don't know if we should remove any leaves or leave it as is. Thinking of waiting a few days to see how the plant develops. Day 58 BCN - it's recovered from the lack of watering and the leaves are starting to turn yellow. Think that's normal for this far into flowering. Hope we can finish without further surprises. Day 61 - fed both plants and did an additional 330ml of blackstrap molasses (5ml/l). Will start moving to flush in 10 days or so. Not sure if they're ready yet. 🤦‍♂️🏼Added short videos of both ladies.

Aug 24: Cheese is doing fine. Don’t take flash pics of photoperiods unless you’re immediately using a 730 nm far red light to put them into dark mode. Aug 26: gave the plants another lazy compost tea. I was holding off for a couple weeks to avoid giving them too much N. Aug 28: defoliated some inner branches that were crowding things.

On week 5 of actual flowering the plants are coming along nicely and HSC GSC is looking the best so far but its still early :) WW is slow to start flowering just small amount of pistils so far small buds looks more like week 3 or 4 as far as flowering progression.

FBA2505 has had issues. I changed her to Athena nutrition about 4 days ago. I discovered root rot today. I removed some and rinsed the rest good. I then added about 3 ml of h2o2 to the solution to help kill off the bad bacteria. I will likely do a fresh solution change in a few days, and get some healthy cultures growing. I have had issues every time I use xpert nutrition. I can't seem to get a handle on it. I found out that I have to go out of town when I had planned on harvesting. So I did it a few days early. This plant has been a blast to grow. I was a little worried at first because she just wouldn't put on any inches. The plant only reached about 12 inches in 2 months. However, after the that she grew like crazy. It could have been due to my inexperience. I guess we will have to see on the next grow. I still have 5 more seeds of this plant. She flowered in about 9 weeks. Big fat dense colas. The next time around I need to pay better attention to the little scrubby side shoots. There were a lot of them. I ended up with about 60 grams of larf because of it. I should have done a better job of defoliating before flower and I should have kept her colas clear of the dense foliage. Having said that, she turned out a ton of bud! Wet weight count: Clone 1 - 179g Clone 2 - 163g Mother - 586g Total - 994g I will come back next week and update this with some more pictures and final dry weight.000

Well, my organic vegetables garden, in anticipation of growing weed has been at rest for twenty months. I started to amends with green manure from legumes and lawn mowing (expecially the last month, for ready availability of N). I've mixed 1 gallon of Vigo Plant Full (perlite, guano, peats) to improve drainage. All the roses around, the apple tree and the hedges were treated with deltamethrin so as to preventively reduce the population of aphids, whiteflies & red spiders. My vegetables & weed eventually will receive only spraying of nettle macerated. Now in the evening I will have to pay close attention to broadnose weevils and later to bedbugs. It will be a tough fight against the wind and heat. A whole week of full sun awaits them. Royal Gorilla has spent the previous week outdoors night and day in her pot savoring the discrete temperature changes in my area. She is a runner, born 9 days after the sisters and is already making up for lost time. 💪
