Chopped one before vacation and off to dry while I'm in Ireland and the UK, leaving the other one to keep going and chopped on return.

Overall this plant was great to grow, she just grew and was happy doing it the entire time, pretty good yield off a plant that was only about 12inches tall. Seemed to be a lot more resistant to deficiencies then the other two strains this grow. Definitely a great mid-day Smoke!

All of the girls are growing nicely, except for one of the fast buds mystery autos Apple strudel #1 Training up to be very easy. Most of the branches are long enough for me to stretch out and take up more surface area of its pot. Apple strudel#2 About a week and a half ago he got the bottom part ate up By ants or some other bug. So I topped this plant as to make more tops And hopefully bring back the nodes that I lost Sweet skunk a little bit smaller than the rest, but it is also younger though I am kind of going for a bonsai style with this plant. I don’t believe it’s gonna be super large but hopefully I can make it look cool. It does have some decent branch areas where they are stretching Mystery auto #1 plant is growing up with a beautiful structure for the most part I have grown naturally without much interference. Occasionally I hold down the top with a garden staple to let the lower branches get some light and to give the plant some healthy LST, once the branches get longer will hopefully be able to stretch it out even more!!

Switched to a lighter feed this week, leading into flush. Did the lighter feed for 5 days, and have been flushing for 2 days now. Will play by ear this week, but I see 1 more week of straight PH'd water and then it may be time to cut them down. Very pleased with their progress. All the plants have stacked flowers, which have swollen nicely and are coasted in resin. The fade is kicking in and the flowers are starting to get some beautiful colour to them. Should be interesting to see what they look like in a week.

I opened the converted wardrobe door and the first colour I thought of was Orange sovI knew it was time. I did a lot of experimenting throughout the grow, trying to find my own technique and this girl has been a great help. Its my biggest haul to date ooking at it altough I can't weigh it without seriously messing around so l just weigh when dry.

Tagsüber habe ich leider eine Luftfeuchtigkeit von 52 % mehr holt mein luftentfeuchter durch die vielen kleinen Blätter nicht raus. Nachts denke ich etwas mehr. Tag 46: Luftfeuchtigkeit wieder dauerhaft unter 50%

- I didn't weight wet buds. - The trichomes photos have been taken just before the harvest on buds all over the plants. - The hash balls were : a little less than 1cm diameter for the Mandarin Punch#1 and around 3mm diameter for the Mandarin Punch#2 - Drying was made at 20°C and around 50% of humidity. - Humidity in jar around 50% on the first day, temperature around 20°C. MANDARIN PUNCH #1 Veg time : 44 days. Flowering time : 70 days. Total time from seed to harvest : 114 days. Height : 142cm Pot size : 26l Harvest : 61g MANDARIN PUNCH #2 Veg time : 45 days. I am feeding with tps one and CalMag oac one time, then it’s back to regular tap water (well water) that comes at 8.5 pH with 156ppm of tds. The feed was approx a pH of 6.5. More importantly is the consistent soil pH which appears fixed at 6.8 I know it’s lazy! However…. I have noticed doing this to reveal to me that the soil pH is very stubborn and not easily changed by the pH of the water alone. Stuff in the water can definitely have an impact. But still, most feed waters I use don’t change the soil ph. I do make sure the pH is within a healthy range for soil, something between 6 and 7 I figure is ideal. I’ve found if there is enough lime in the mix, and as long as I don’t over feed soluble nutes, then the soil pH appears stable and fixed. With enough lime in the mix, I can ultimately arrest the soil pH at 7. It’s really cool. I thought adding too much lime would give me something potentially alkaline, and maybe it will. But I’ve added lots of lime before and still haven’t gotten past 7 pH. Maybe I didn’t add enough to go further? Nevertheless I’m not interested in going past 7. I haven’t seen any issues with the speed of growth watering with 8.5 tap water, surprisingly. As I’ve said the soil pH would read 6.8 before and immediately after watering with the 8.5 tap. So….. I’m thinking the stability of the soil pH is a positive indication that the microbes are not being subjected to pH shifts, or at least nothing substantial. I mean, at the end of the day when things are looking good, I feel like I must have something right.
