Overall great strain to grow, and the smell is probably my all time favourite for this entire grow. Almost cookie dough - like! Smoke is smooth and very uplifting. I felt like I was a moon rock floating in space :)

The genetics of this planet of the grapes is amazing her structure her build and ability to pack heavy buds is a must have. Very easy to grow she requires medium feeding and takes well with multiple defoliation techniques

Good news everyone, we reached week 6 and everything is going smoothly. I did add some trellis rings to keep her spread out and the automated will probably be set up tomorrow. 11.07. My pump is weak, but water is flowing. Did add some shelving to make sure the hydro halo is not siphoning the reservoir. At the moment I am watering for two minutes every 12 hours, will tune the interval over the next few days. I did stop the foliar feeding for now. 14.07. The watering interval is down to 90 seconds every 12 hours, I still need a stronger pump, it is working but the halo should splash out way more water and all the substrate should be rinsed, room for improvement. 15.07. not a lot happened today, the watering interval seems to be okay, will probably add some more support braces, just to have done something. 16.07. Did nothing, I am occupied with renovating our house.

I tend to forget about her as im mesmerized by others, she’s the one with the best perfume currently in the room. It’s very possible she starts busting late flower, trellis is up show me what you got girl. Coated top down she is some sticky icky oooooh weee! This week the Ams supreme has come along fine, she is as low as i can get her and has probably finished stretching, i had hoped she may have stretched a bit more then she has. All 4 strains in the tent are quite close in development still. Notes Day 50 manually feed this weeks nutes Day 51 nothing Day 52 nothing Day 53 autofeed water. Day 54 nothing Day 55 autofeed this weeks nutes Day 56 big defoliation. 456 ppfd, 29.5 DLi. Back in a week Take it easy.

This week I didn't spend much time checking in on the tent, but when I went to check the reservoir, which I expected to be empty, I realized that the system was clogged. About half of the nutrient solution was still in the tank. I opened the tent to check the moisture of the substrate. It was pretty dry already and the plants were showing some heat stress and the burnt tips had gotten somewhat worse. Being too close to the light didn't help either. They weren't hanging yet, but they needed to drink. It was clogged in a small part of piping between the tank and the tap, which I realized, was never actually cleaned before. And I did have some organic compounds in there a rather long time ago, which probably caused this in the first place. I unclogged it within a few minutes, and bought some Canna D Block to try out. I will probably refill the reservoir again early next week.

one tank, the left side, went bad water... some kind of something in the water... some kinda growth or thingie.... so .... i went after the bad water tank hard... pulled it out... scrubbed the tank... scrubbed it all... the funny thing about this is.... these plants are both 50 days old.... haha.... i put em into a type of suspended animation .... lol they are just now starting to hook onto the solutions and are now both feeding.... the growth rate will increase exponentially over a short amount of time, now that they have both hooked onto the neut water and are growin roots thru the clay balls....... (look close at them, notice the first stage 3 leafs ? so u know what stage of growth, 3 leaf and 5 leaf and 7 leaf.... etc... so 50 days and u can clearly see the first stage 3 leafs... lol) (this probably has some major implications for growing food in space) 👍😎

I finally figured out the issue with this one. She absolutely hates the hot weather. The heat causes her to switch to veg, which isn’t awful. She switched back and forth twice now and has stalled in whatever this is. Pros and cons! Pros, she’s added nodes and will now pack up a lot more weight. It’s looking like it’s going to be a monster yeild! Cons, she added 3 weeks into the grow I will not have where I live. Frost will be here every night in about 4-5 weeks. I lined up a spot with an hps light to finish up. It’ll be a scary drive, but im going to make this happen. No way im abandoning hope. Seedsman has proved to me that they have very good genetics. Every plant I’ve grown from them is impressive. Would recommend if you’re on the fence.

In this diary we will dedicate ourselves to Watermelon. 😀 I would like to thank James of the Royal Queen Seeds for sending me these strains. 🙏 LET'S START FIRST WITH THE FARM SET-UP: Box - Secret Jardin DS120W 120x60x178 Lights - MIGRO 200+ Ventilation - Blauberg Turbo - E 100 Filter - Primaklima filter PK 100/125 Fan - Oscillating Koala Fan Humidifier - Beurer LB 45 Soil - BIOBIZZ Light - Mix Pot - 11L AirPot Seed - Royal Queen Seed Nutrition - BioBizz and RQS Organic nutrition A few words about Watermelon Automatic. The breeders from RQS set out with the intention of crafting a strain that lights the taste buds on fire. To achieve such a tantalizing terpene profile, they selected two of the most flavorful parent strains available: Tropicanna Cookies and Lemon OG. Both of these varieties are packed full of limonene, myrcene, and other fruity and earthy molecules. Watermelon Automatic emerged with a genetic makeup of 75% indica, 20% sativa, and 5% ruderalis. LET THE DIARY START OFFICIALLY: 14/01/2021. Planting. After cleaning the Farm (GrowBox), I prepared everything I needed. Soil is a Light-Mix from BioBizz, Air-Pot's, Organic Additives that I mix with soil. From the beginning of this hobby, I use only organic fertilizers. I used 11L pots, to which I added 50g Easy Boost Organic Nutrition, 10g Easy Roots Rhizobacter and 5g Easy Roots Mycorrhizza Mix to the soil and mixed everything well. After that I soaked the soil well with water, made a small hole, laid the seed inside and lightly covered it with soil. After planting is completed, they enter their new home. As I wrote earlier, in addition to Watermelon, there are two more Purple Punch Auto on the Farm to keep him company. The temperature in the Box at that time was 23 degrees and the humidity was slightly below 45%, so I will have to put humidifier to raise humidity. I set the lights 35cm from the pots as Migro recommends. 14 - 17/01/2021 I sprayed the surface of the soil with water a couple of times to keep the soil moisture at the surface. 17/01/2021 Watermelon Automatic sprouted. There was a seed coat left on the stalk so I had to remove it by hand, but a nice photo motif. 22/01/2021 I watered the plants with a small amount of water to which I only regulated p.H at 6.4. Farm: 24.7 degrees - 55% humidity I'm quite late with the publication of the diary, the reason is the large number of photos I take and then I need to find time to put everything in a pile, along with the notes and type everything nicely.
