On the second day of this week, I filled the reservoir again. This time I have an RO filter available to deal with the tap water (EC 0.8mS). I mixed 10l of RO and 10l of tap, which netted a pH of 7 and an EC of just below 0.4. But of course I had to add more CalMag to make up for the filtered calcium. Even after adding all nutrients, the EC was still just shy of 1.5mS which surprised me a little, I was expecting to land closer to 1.7mS, so I am going to increase it a bit next time, probably to around 1.9mS. The plants are in stretch, and they are indeed stretching quite a bit. NYC and SAD are the tallest right now, although the BJ has been catching up a bit recently. They are between around 45cm and 58cm tall, so overall not too much of a difference, which is also good, but I need to keep an eye on it as I would like to keep them below 70cm. I have no plans to put a net in place at the moment, but this depends on the growth of the next week. All of the plants have been showing preflowers around day 7-9 of flower. No signs of pollen sacs so far. Aside from one calcium-deficiency-lookalike type of leaf issue, which I suspect is something else, ther are no issues whatsoever, which makes me happy.

16 day perfect slow dry. Starting cure. You can smell the purple in this strain. Will update after a short cure and smoke test and getting an accurate smell description. 40 grams total of dry weight nice sized buds and structure. Super natural and pretty looking.

What a beautiful week this was, jeez. The Daily High Club products really just make the environment so much better. You see that this is a really high quality light and the girls show that too. It’s so fun to see 3 same strain seeds performing soooo different from each other even when all the other factors are the same. We have the small one, which really looks funny and definitely not the way she should look. But hey I don’t want to break up the family. The middle sister is performing right on target, just as the books are saying she is performing like that. And then we have Olga, she doesn’t listen to the books she just has great genes 🍀 She is blessed with a strong stem and strong arms with more than 5 fingers humans has, she has 7! LOL So anyway learning a lot with what to do and what not to, I’m trying to keep the temperature around 28C when the humidity is around 65-70%. In week 4 im going to decrease the humidity by 5%. I’m also giving 1 half table spoon of kind of molasses solution and they responded immediately after that with big growth. Hi! I'm actually growing some White Walker Kush from DNA Genetics but I didn't have that option when selecting the strain so I just chose Martian Kush. Sorry about that. It's a seed I found in the weed from my last grow and I wanted to see if I could get sth out of it. Still not sure if it's male or female so wish me luck on this one. Looking good so far :) PS: Right now, I still have the plant in my living room, under a 50W plant bulb with uv, so no strong lights used right now to prevent it from growing too fast. I'll move it into the box and under the 400W as soon as my actual grow is done. Potsize is 65L. I kinda lost track of the weeks since I didn't really wanted to grow this plant so I'll just assume it's around week 9... but I may be so wrong... 👻

Day 32, I deleafed a couple days ago once I first seen flowering starting.

Moved from 2 daily waters in week one to 1 watering per day. Jan 1, 2020/Day 11: Amended top soil with 8 tablespoons of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 3 tbsp of Gaia Green 2-8-4 slow release nutrients. Dec 31-Jan 2: Removed first true leaves and another leaf. Leaves had slight damage to them, after my dog had a couple of nibbles. Jan 3, 2020 at 10pm: Turned bloom light off. Jan 4, 2020 at 11:40pm: Turned bloom light on. Back to veg and bloom.

so far so good. We had some electricity problems, but we fixed it. Girls are looking good, they grow nice and big, we have no problems whatsoever.P PH is stable, PPM is growing by days, nothing unmanageable.

Day 21 : I had planned to do a 21 day defol and strip her out to encourage her to grow below more but in retrospect , this is not in her interest while she is working the buds . The transfer of energy needed to regrow what I take out will be pointless as she isn't tight for space at all. The height has been kept down well with the LST and supercropping which has allowed the strongest secondaries to become the vertical mains. I am going to be taking some lower scrap out and won't be letting half assed buds take her energy to create popcorn. She has gulped the feeds down with no issues at all and shows signs of being a good yielder. Her budlets are fairly loose structures at present but her node lengths are ripe for joined up big Cola's. She isn't smelling of anything yet and at 21 days I am pleased with her progression. nice chunky stems and plenty of mains. be safe and sane Growmies

The time has come when she no longer puts her strength into growth but into the flowers :-). It was poured 3 times this week with 1.2 l each time. When watering, there was 1 g of GHSC enhancer per liter of water as every 2 weeks 👍. Of course, as always, the tent was cleaned every day and the humidifier refilled.
