All great. Not lots of sun but not much rain either. Watering is tricky as I have to tilt each one so as not to waste feed and water. Getting the right balance of too little or too much with be a challenge

Today will be Day 64. Getting close to Harvest Day. Let me tell you. The smell was unexpected stink up the place and outside the grow tent as I come home. I also clean the bottom up little more and removed the dead 🍁. I use Cha Ching on Week 9 and on Week 10 will be the flushing week. Stay tune!

Didn't stretch as much as she might have done which suits me. On target for plenty of compact buds. Taking the Shogun coco nutrient range like a champ. Only issue I've had is having to defoliate more times than I'd like.

The Apple Betty babies are doing great 😊 I’m very pleased with the results so far, I just wished I would have known they would have such a large stretch, they D almost doubled in size in 14 days. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so, much more than my other strain that I have going as well. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. A quick snip here and there will really help the end result. At day 13 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, she flourished just as the girls in my big tent did as well. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing and large tops. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. I will be doing a defoliation next week. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

Week 9 6/2-6/8 Now at the start of week 9, my outside gals, except L. Cake are now in flower. One of the last top view photos 6/2 of Opium shows flowers forming. She is over 6 feet tall. From the side view photo of Opium last week to the photos take 6/3 show a growth spurt compared to the zinnia in the flower stand behind Opium. This is the first week I’ve had to add nutrients to her feeding. Some lower leaves were yellow. Since I’ve been using amended soil, this indicates Opium is a heavy feeder. Nutrients in soils are used up and she is starting to use her own food sources. Our temperatures are nearing mid 80's with high humidity. The plants are requiring at least a gallon of water a day. 5 gallons well water TPS1 60ml used 1 gallon per plant =12ml Cal-Mag 25ml used 1 gallon per plant =5ml Recharge 5ml used 1 gallon per plant =1ml Signal 1.25ml PPM 1414, PH 6.93, Temp 82.5 Note I do not have to PH adjust my well water. Day 49-56 (June 18th - 25th) (Day 51) Slurricanes and tuna are doing excellent despite their hail damaged leaves. I’m seeing good growth and decent dry downs. One of them looks like it’s been ravaged by pests but I still can’t find any evidence or signs of a pest. I’m suspecting caterpillars so I’m going to grab some BTK killer and also some all purpose insecticide sometime this week if I have time. The clones are all really lagging so they won’t be flipped until July 15th at least. I’m still not seeing normal growth on any of them yet. It’s still quite gnarled and twisted. (Day 52) The slurricane and tuna roots are starting to poke through the bottom of my pots. This is usually from underwatering, a thick soil or a hot root zone. I’m going to give everything except for the autos a good watering with some runoff. I am going to start incorporating 5mm sand into all of my soil mixes to help make the soil more loamy and give it some better drainage. I will also top dress every container and bed plant I have. (Day 53) I was at a local department store today and I was shocked to see pallets of Destiny dark matter soil selling for 60% off! I bought 10 bags for a hundred bucks. At any hydro store that would have costed me 250 at least. I might go grab more because it looks like no one is buying it for 60% off even. (Day 54) I’m going to be harvesting both of my indoor crops today and tomorrow or the next day I am going to be reusing the soil-coco blend for the slurricanes. I’m first going to till it, add a gallon of sea compost, a gallon of Destiny soil and a few cups of 5mm sand per container. I will use the excess for 5 gal pots. I will be amending with: 5 tablespoons of nature’s pride bloom 4 tablespoons of kelp meal 2 tablespoons of Gaia green AP 2 tablespoons of glacial rock dust 2 tablespoons of oyster shell flour 2 tablespoons of alfalfa meal 1 tablespoon of rock dust blend 1/4 teaspoon of langbeinite (Day 56) The autos are really making a comeback now. I was under the impression that I was working against the clock and they would start flowering after 3-5 weeks. I guess if they’re stunted from the cold they will delay flowering. I don’t see any pistils or signs of flowering yet so I don’t think they’ve officially started flowering yet I didn’t get a chance to do my transplant this week or pest control. I will get to it ASAP because my photos are drinking almost a liter a day

We are on day 34. To tell the truth, she is around her 30th and is the second Pineapple Express born a few days later because she was placed a few days later. Very dense buds, the most dense I ever had .... I think .... They are ubersticky and have a super intense sweet smell (that covers the entire house by now 🤭👃) Really happy with this one... Could be one of my best outcomes in a very long time... Could be forever

She was left alone for 10 days but it turns out that I managed to leave just the right amount of water in autopot. She used all the water and dried out her root just at the same time when I was back. She recovered nicely from overwatering and went pretty high witch was expected for part of sativa genetics in her. She was already in flowering phase but I still I decided to apply some heavy LST to lower her down and spread around the grow tent since she is the only one in. She has now covered 70% of my 80x80cm grow tent. Also I used BOOM BOOM spray twice to save her from LST shock. First added bactrex 1 gr, orgatrex 20ml in 1 lit (BIO TABS) . After that I was using combination of 2ml orgatrex and 2ml of BIO PK 5-8 in 1 lit water with each watering. And she really started to use loads of water, 1,5 lit per day. No photos during week 5 so I added early week 6

What a mission, finally I am at the end of my four cycle, she’s my last plant to be harvested, sadly she lost 60% of her bud, her main stem and a lot of brunches snapped 😭😭😭😭😭😭 off during heavy rains, I cannot believe it, it has been four months last I posted, 😂😂😂😂, I so sorry, rest assured she reached harvest and there is proof, what a journey… so many times I wanted to give up and uproot her, but look at her now, she’s the most potent strain in the 4th cycle, and trumps everyone with aroma, taste and high. Cannot wait to do it again, this time with mOre maturity and care. She gave me 63grams, though the scale says 67, the plastic I weighs 3 grams.

Rückblick der letzten zwei Wochen –Turbulenter Start und wichtige Lektionen Die letzten zwei Wochen waren alles andere als ein Spaziergang, aber meine Pflanzen haben sich tapfer geschlagen, und ich habe eine Menge dabei gelernt. Der Start war holprig, hauptsächlich wegen einer defekten Luftpumpe, meiner langen Arbeitszeiten und der notwendigen Grundreinigung der Anlage. Die erste Woche: Der Kampf ums Überleben und die große Reinigung Die erste Woche war echt kritisch. Ich war viel in der Arbeit, und genau da ist meine Luftpumpe ausgefallen. Diese Pumpe ist eigentlich dafür da, meine Nährlösung mit Sauerstoff zu versorgen – lebenswichtig für die Wurzeln! Ohne sie bestand die Gefahr von Wurzelfäule. Die Pflanzen sahen gestresst aus, ein paar Blätter waren welk oder leicht gelblich. Das war ein klarer Hinweis auf den Sauerstoffmangel. Aufgrund dieser Probleme und um sicherzustellen, dass keine weiteren Komplikationen auftreten, habe ich die gesamte Bewässerungsanlage grundgereinigt. Das war zwar zeitaufwendig, aber absolut notwendig, um alte Nährstoffreste oder Ablagerungen zu entfernen, die die Funktion beeinträchtigen könnten. Das hat mir gezeigt, wie wichtig es ist, die Technik immer im Blick zu haben und regelmäßig zu warten. Dazu kam, dass ich durch die Arbeit kaum Zeit hatte, die Beleuchtung optimal einzustellen. Das hat anfangs auch zu etwas ungleichmäßigem Wachstum geführt. Die zweite Woche: Erholung und Stabilisierung – mit Klimaanlage! In der zweiten Woche konnte ich endlich eingreifen. Nachdem die Luftpumpe repariert und die Lichtverhältnisse angepasst waren, haben sich die Pflanzen sichtbar erholt. Das Wachstum nahm wieder Fahrt auf, und die Blätter wurden wieder kräftig grün. Es war eine Erleichterung zu sehen, wie widerstandsfähig sie sind! Aufgrund der aktuellen Hitze verwende ich jetzt zusätzlich eine Klimaanlage. Damit halte ich die Raumtemperatur konstant bei etwa 27 Grad Celsius, was für die Pflanzen im Moment optimal ist. Das hilft enorm, ein stabiles Klima zu gewährleisten und Stress durch hohe Temperaturen zu vermeiden. Ich habe gelernt, dass man auch bei Zeitdruck die wichtigsten Kontrollen nicht vernachlässigen darf und schnell auf Probleme reagieren muss. Die gründliche Reinigung war hier ein entscheidender Schritt. Trotz des holprigen Starts bin ich optimistisch für die Zukunft. Die Pflanzen haben sich trotz der Widrigkeiten gut erholt und entwickeln sich jetzt stabil. Die anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten haben mich definitiv aufmerksamer und proaktiver gemacht.

This will be my 1st auto run. Other than one time I was sent some free f1 autos from rqs and I started some but I ended up tossing them for some reason or another. I am actually super excited to try out fastbuds. I have been wanting to try out fastbuds for over a year now. I'm not the greatest with seedlings so I am doing a test run with a 2x2 tent I'm gonna try and grow the best plant I get out if the 3 seeds hopefully it doesn't out grow my small 2x2 tent . Pound cake thou looks like a killer strain with some fat buds can't wait to see how fast fast buds really are. Here we go.
