We are out of week 3 and into week 1 of preflower

Good morning ! Today is day 36 of flower- still on cruise control with not much going on! The ladies are smelling like tropical fruit and sour peach candy now with def some gas , really strong! The flowers are starting to chunk up a lot especially the permafrost flowers! All I’ve been doing is my usual every other watering rotation with fish shit and silica and they got the every third week dose of recharge! This starts week 6 so will prob be my last week of all those things! Not much else to report and I’ll see you all next week, thanks for reading

Mamba Negra was a very frosty, and smelly autoflower. Has been chopped, and hung to dry. Looks very promising to be some great smoke. We shall see. No contest winner, but got some good smoke out of it. PEV said they wanted to send me some more seeds to grow. We will see if they get back to me. After this beautiful plant, and Moby Dick auto is going monster size, check it out 🌱😁. [ Information ] For all information on this grow, including strain and room details, please see the first week of veg. [ Updates ] Day 10 - Watered today, 1.2ec feeding of mainly organics (Fulvic/Humic, Kelp, Molasses, Big Bloom) with runoff. 6.8ph. Group one is stretching much harder due to plant density, I will be adding a net soon. Day 13 - Watered today with the nutrients listed for this week. 2.2ec at 6.5ph. 80gals total. Added a small dose of Open Sesame for the first time today as bud sites are starting to form on all plants. Added a net to Group 1 yesterday, I will add the nets for Group 2 in a couple days. Group 1 plants are 38-40 inches, group 2 plants are 32-34 inches. I may adjust net height, this isn't normally how I run a cycle; I'm trying a few different things side-by-side. The "one plant per square foot of canopy" group has consistently shown that even with a short veg period there is far too many wasted growth nodes on the sides of the canopy. The plants around the edge tend to branch out instead of up, as they're naturally trying to find sunlight. My last attempt at using these side branches with heavy topping of the middle nodes resulted in a higher yield, as expected as the light footprint was 5x5 instead of 4x4, which defeats the purpose of "one plant per square foot of canopy" anyways. A better test would have been to stunt the growth of all middle nodes enough to weave the side branches into the main canopy, though this seems to be a waste of time without much gain. I'm much happier with Group 2 which has 1 plant per 2 square feet of canopy space. While it also has side branching, the difference in height at the canopy level of the sides and middles are not nearly as different as Group 1, which means a more even light distribution without the need of a net. As overgrown as the room is getting, they still have 7-8 days before they're defoliated a final time.

Her flowers are continuing to bulk up and are covered in glistening trichomes. She appears to be starting to fade which is exactly what I'm hoping to see, meaning that she's just about used up the nutrients in her medium. I watered today with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was then ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉ turned her pot and shot a few pictures of her. 10/6- Today I watered her with 1.5g of her usual straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and turned her pot. She's definitely starting to fade, is still stacking her flowers, bulking up and has an incredible amount of trichomes which I'm beginning to monitor daily. 10/8- The routine of watering every other day continues like clockwork. Yesterday was a 'no water' day and I did a basic check over of the plant, removed a couple of yellowed lower leaves and turned her pot. Today she got the usual 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and had her pot turned. I've also begun to check her trichome development with a digital USB microscope to try to identify the ideal harvest time which will be in the next week +/-. 10/10- Well, Week Eight has come, gone and has been a trial once again of my patience! She's so freaking frosty that I've wanted to chop her several times but, I know from experience, good things come to those who wait... then wait a bit more. I anticipate that she'll be ready by the end of this coming week, and I can't wait! I've cut the wattage back on the HLG 650R to 500w at the wall now to simulate the way that sunshine becomes weaker as fall approaches due to the lower angle of the sun in the sky. This helps outdoor plants to know that winters on the way and they need to hurry up and complete their life cycle. Cutting the wattage back creates the same effect on the indoor plants, especially when coupled with lowered temperatures in the tent. I have also noticed that her water uptake has slowed. After her heavy watering on the 8th, her pot still had some weight to it and she was looking great so I went ahead and skipped watering her today, watering her tomorrow at lights on with her usual. Hey growers I hope your all well ✌️ SHOULD I FLIP??? These girls are nearly 50cm and the one girl is around 35cm, I'm going too continue veg for 1-2 weeks longer and scrog in the meantime too gold back the 2 taller girl. These girls are plodding into week 7 now so they are ready too flip but will see how my grow question goes before switching too 12/12 👌 They are happy and healthy and doing well under the shogun nutrients! I have defoliate the odd top fan leaf too allow better air circulation. We have very high heat atm but hopefully they uptake more 😉😅 Happy growing 🌱💚

Currently on day 97. 3 plants are still flushing and 1 has been given full nutes for 1 more week. I’m not sure if this is good or not but I decided to flush again with flawless finish for 1 more week. I’m still giving the flushed plants terpinator at 10ml per gallon. Beautiful purplish hues throughout the pheno with some deep purple flowers.

Sakura season has begun, I hope everything goes fine. Strawberry Pie is going to have a tough time this week, let's hope it survives, meanwhile there are signs of heat shock and sunlight, it's developing 3 point leaves and strange ramifications but maybe I'm wrong. D38 Defoliation, I hope I haven't overdone the pruning D41 First week of flowering, I think it couldn't have gone better, it's growing visibly, let's hope it's like this until the end, maybe shortening the timing, we'll see. on the contrary strawberry pie has stopped growing, I have to thank that she survived, who knows what will come out of her, I wish her a sweeter climate... D42 Defoliation is limited for what I did last night, I literally deforested, I did it because the humidity was sky high and the vegetation was too thick covering so many peaks,,, the fascinating thing is that they recovered within the night, if I may say that 6 hours of darkness relax the plants just as if they were on vacation.
