Missed last week update but did some cutting girls have to live up to the mission 73 between the 5 plant....added one more which was a cutting from a seed plant harvested previous...didn't look like I did anything so cut dem a few day later 85 between the same plants... only cut the lower half of G4 n smaller inside branches( going to stop they dont hold up well)

This is day 61 and everything is still on track. I’m really impressed with the swell of the buds the last week n half the bestie bloomz really seemed to do the trick. Switched to cha Ching this weekend. Lots of pistols browning and curling but buds keep shooting new ones and thickening up daily. All the trichs are still really clear so still a few weeks out I’d say. But keeping a close eye on them. Not really doing anymore lst or defoliation at this point I am going to have to tie up the OG kush tops tho the buds are just getting to heavy 😊😊. The smells are off the chart! The bubblegum smells so sweet and fruity the og has that nice bitter gas smell and the jack here smells well kinda like licorice it’s an interesting but good smell! Had a heat wave blow through, 32c days, plants blasted all day. Growing much quicker, easy week, didn't do much, may start scrog net next week. Final topping has recovered, even canopy forming, no issues at all. Weekly lost coast spray and 2hr 15min of drip was it for this week, top dress feeding next week.

Gone to 1.3 EC. Flowers developing in length. Got some issues with heat during the week. The weather here is increasingly hot and I don't have active cooling in my home. Tried to keep temps down but with the temps outside the tent at 25+ celsius is hard. They don't seem to like it much. Looks like they have trouble taking up nutrition.

They had 48 hrs of darkness, and the time has come to say goodbye to my friends. I thanked them again, spend some time with them, and under the sound of Amazonian shaman's harvest and healing songs (will post link), asked for their gifts, and apologized for taking their lives. I do this while in contact with the plants, touching, smelling them, observing every detail, no thoughts, just in the present moment. I feel emotional as I do this and remember how they were a companion, a source of distraction in a time of worry, sadness, and loss. How they already comforted me and kept me company in a time of painful insights about honesty, commitment, and staying true to myself. I thank them again for their wisdom and gifts, viva Santa Maria, viva Planta Maestra, may the mother of all beings give us healing and protection. And I proceed with the harvest as I visualize my intentions with every cut. Branch by bud laden branch is tenderly untangled from the scrog net, taken with a clean-cut and immediately hung upside down in the grow tent, which will now double as a curing and drying room. So the grow had dried in 7 days, what I wanted to be 14 at least. Thankfully, its Sativa ancestry shines through, the smoke isn't harsh, the buds a sticky and smelly, no hay smell at all. We ended up at 246 grams, excluding a shitload of larf and popcorn bud, totaling at 310 grams all in, a first at a gram per watt for me, but for the Zambeza seed competition, I stated we would only weigh the quality bud. Overall I'm very happy!! What can I say, the strain is amazing, it is literary monstrous. The growth spurt from week 5 to 6 has been insane and now standing at 30cm tall. The girls have been drinking at least 4 litres a day. TD#1 is more than 2 feet wide at 30cm tall its ridiculous. I have noticed #1 is a different phenotype than #2 & #3 because of the difference in leaves sizes as #1 has smaller leaves as compared to #2 & #3. Looking forward to seeing how these girls grow out in later stages.

Well its was not the easiest cycle.I make some mistakes and cant deleaf plants as clean as i want cause scrog.so thats not the highiest result for this strain.

Growing the 3gal naturally with a small amount of lst. The 5gal was topped, and the 7gal has more intense lst done. Minor defoliation needed for these ones. All top dressed this week: 3gal 1tbs of 4-4-4 and 2tbs of 2-8-4, 5gal 2tbs of 4-4-4 and 3tbs of 2-8-4, 7gal 3tbs of 4-4-4 and 3tbs of 2-8-4. Watering when dry.

Grow is coming along well, though the Black Devil is still lagging behind IMO. I think the strain maybe isn't too impressed with being Main-Lined? Either way she's hungry so I gave her some bokashi, clover leaf trim and worm castings. Next week is main dry amendment feeding so the girls will get everything they need. Couple more weeks and the Northern light should make it's way around the entire pot, then if it's tall enough, I'm putting them into flower. Some weird shit on the microscope today; videos above.
