Decided they were ready to harvest! As always, I’m so grateful for the beautiful growing experience! Not a huge harvest but I learned/observed a few things this grow: - 5 gallon plastic buckets did not work great for me. Kept way too much moisture and it really hurt the plants. I’ll stick to fabric pots for now on 😬 - I couldn’t figure out how to regulate the grow room for the optimal temp/humidity the plants needed. I finally figure it out, but these plants suffered big time. BUT I’m glad they survived and am grateful for what they did produce! Plant C was such a joy to watch grow with its natural split. I will update with final weights and more details later!

Week 8 Flower – Roller Coaster Haze (Zamnesia Seeds) The Final Act of a Beautiful Journey Here we are, Week 8 of flower, and the Roller Coaster Haze girls are at their absolute peak. Massive, elegant, and shining with frost — these plants are true works of living art. The colas are huge, dense, and heavy, coated in trichomes that glisten under the lights. It’s been an incredible journey from seed to this point — full of learning, adjustments, and evolution — and the girls are showing their gratitude with a breathtaking display. ⸻ Light Defoliation & Canopy Health This week, we performed a light defoliation, focusing mainly on yellowing and fading fan leaves. At this stage, the goal isn’t to push growth, but to maintain airflow and prevent moisture buildup, which can lead to bud rot or other late-stage issues. By selectively removing what the plant no longer needs, we’re allowing more light to penetrate the canopy and helping the buds finish strong and clean. The fading is beautiful — a sign that the plants are naturally consuming their reserves as they approach the end of their cycle. ⸻ Aroma, Density & Structure Each branch tells a story of energy and balance. The colas are dense and resin-packed, sticky to the touch, with pistils slowly darkening and curling inward. The aroma has deepened, becoming more earthy and hazy, with a sweet undertone that hints at the potency within. These are true haze beauties — towering, expressive, and powerful. Every part of the plant speaks of the care, patience, and intention behind this grow. ⸻ Feeding & Environment We have now completely stopped nutrient feeding. This week’s watering is plain, clean water only, measured at: • EC: 0.3 • pH: 6.8 – 7.2 The goal is to gently flush out any remaining salts and allow the plants to finish on what remains in the super soil. This natural fade encourages better flavor and cleaner results after harvest. Environmental conditions remain steady despite the high outdoor temperatures. With careful management through TrolMaster and Spider Farmer controls, we’re keeping: • Temperature: around 28°C • Humidity: 60–65% • VPD: approximately 1.3 Everything stays balanced and stable to allow the final ripening stage to unfold smoothly. ⸻ Light Adjustments – Simulating the End of the Season To mimic the natural end of the season, we’ve begun gradually lowering the white light intensity, while pushing the red, far-red, and UV spectrums to 100%. This spectrum shift signals to the plants that the cycle is ending, stimulating final ripening, color development, and resin production. The reds encourage energy transfer in the deeper parts of the canopy, while UV light helps enhance secondary metabolite production — the oils, terpenes, and resins that give Roller Coaster Haze her unique flavor and strength. ⸻ Reflections & Recap From seed to this stage, this run has been all about precision, patience, and experimentation. The Roller Coaster Haze responded beautifully to the Aptus + Plagron blend, the controlled environment, and the small adjustments we made each week. Love you all❤️💜💚 Was looking for strong indica dominant strain and after reading and hearing so much about this one. Just couldn't resist to not give a go. Was a bit worried before planting seeds that my final yield outcome may not be satisactionary as only have 0.26msq and Fastbuds advertising this strain as 450-550g msq but thankfuly my result was way above this scale. My 2 beautiful ladies Athena - right corner lady. She was slighlthly more dominant over entire grow cycle. She got more space on scrog earlier and that's why she developed the most. Xena - left corner lady, I belive that she could outgrew her sister if she just have more space and another week of time. Did not expect her to turn so well on the end. Both girls were put in darkness for 48h before chop. Wet trimmed and hang for a week. Daily jars burbing for 10 days and every 2-4 days now. Weights Wet trimmed Athena 870g Xena 632g Total 1502g Dry trimmed Athena 172g Xena 147g Total dry 319g Bubble hash 6g (37g of trims) I am very happy with this result. The Case of the Overdosing Indica: Act II - Week 8, The Heat is On (and the Flowers Are MIA) Brandenburg's sunshine streak is back, relentless as a crooked cop on the make. Auto Overdose, bless her green heart, seems to be taking it all in stride. Though the growth's slowed to a crawl – just a measly 4cm this week. Not exactly setting any world records. And here's the kicker, folks. Still no sign of those flowers we were promised. Starting to think this "auto" label is about as reliable as a dame with a gambling habit. Maybe this dame's playing a long game, one that don't involve the fireworks I was promised. Had to give her a little tough love this week. Took out some of the deadwood – leaves yellowing at the edges, smaller branches reaching for sunshine they ain't gonna get. Gotta focus on the main event, right? This dame's starting to sweat under the pressure, and so am I. Stay tuned, folks, the plot's getting thicker than a bowl of undercooked porridge in a cheap diner.

Raised the height of the grow lights and highed the light output, threw all the autos into one tent for the time being as they love lfe in there over than in the cupboard! but ill get around to making the cupboard I have spare into a space to grow again. All.of the plants are doing great really, one purpe punch isnt doing to well im going to flush her then feed half the dose of nutes that i have been already feeding her. 💚🤘

After a incredible stretch in the first week of flower she continues to grow vigorously now to almost 60cm. Small defoliation/lollipop 🍭 on the bottom was needed to maintain her on top form, after defoliation a faint smell of lemon/lemongrass filled the air around the plant, which shows the tendencies for this to be a citrus powerful one. She is also showing thin Sativa like leaves with vivid light green, I like that a lot in my grows

Woche Halbzeit denke ich, North Thunderfuck Auto entwickelt sich gut, sie hat die Umstellung auf den großen Topf noch nicht vollends ausgebaut, die Wurzelstruktur und Masse war bei ihr in dem Stadium am geringsten im Vergleich zu zum Beispiel den RF3 Sorten von Fastbuds, aber das muss noch gar nichts heißen. Sonst bin ich soweit zufrieden, Morgen gibt es wieder Dünger 😊 Ich habe die Fixierung mittlerweile wieder gelöst, damit sie sich so entfalten kann, wie sie soll und will. Sie entwickelt langsam richtig schöne erste Bloom Ansätze 😌

She looks stunning at the beginning of the 5th week of flower, amazing sweet aroma, very densd buds, beautiful purple colors, it's just a dream, super sticky, just awesome, it's being an absolute pleasure to grow her, love this strain, let's keep on working and let's see how she performs at the end! They completed 4th week of flowering. They keep on growing new bud sides. Humidity is still fluctuating between 52-55%. Temp is decreased to 23 Celsius in average which beings the VPD to 1,4.

This plant has beautiful coloring and is very well-structured and developed. I'm really enjoying seeing how this mutant is behaving! Today I'll do a light defoliation as we've completed the third week of flowering. Looking forward to the next few weeks... ✌️💪🦆🍁

💧 Wir sind in der 4. Blütewoche angekommen, insgesamt Woche 9 für die Strawberry Banana. Die Pflanze hat sich gut gestreckt und geht jetzt voll in die Produktion, die Blütenansätze an den Trieben werden deutlich erkennbar. 📋 Diese Woche gab es 2 Bewässerungen. Als extra Schub für die Blütenbildung habe ich 3 ml BioTabs Bio Pk 5-8 hinzugefügt, um den Phosphor- und Kaliumbedarf in dieser Phase abzudecken. Die Lichtperiode läuft stabil mit 18 Stunden pro Tag. 📸 Die aktuelle Optik zeigt eine gesunde, kräftige Pflanze mit einer durchgehend satten, dunkelgrünen Blattfarbe, was auf eine gute Nährstoffversorgung hindeutet. Die Struktur ist offen und lässt überall genug Licht an die Blüten. Einzig ein einzelnes unteres Blatt zeigt eine gelbliche Verfärbung, was bei diesem Stadium aber völlig im Rahmen liegt und kein Grund zur Sorge ist. Die Blütenbildung sieht für den aktuellen Zeitpunkt sauber aus, die Stigmen sind zahlreich und vital. 🧐 Alles in allem ein solider Stand. Die Pflanze steht gut im Futter und die Energie wandert jetzt spürbar in die Blütenentwicklung. Ich werde das Blattwachstum weiter beobachten und schauen, wie sie auf den PK-Zusatz reagiert, aber aktuell gibt es nichts zu meckern. Nächste Woche heißt es dann, die Blütenbildung weiter genau im Auge zu behalten.

Just potted... Plants are a bit in shock. curled down leaves on some. After Day 1 new growth is praying. Removed Damaged Leaves 😀 9/18/2020 had a problem that looked like Cal-Mag issues & overwatering... Was using the tank labels for water marks to tell how much water was in the tank. Discovered that the marks from the factory are wrong. Measured back in exactly 100 Gallons of water and re-nuted the tank. It didn't solve my issue. So I changed the water flood schedule to see if I was overwatering or underwatering. no response from the plants except it was getting worse. After trying things for two days, I "Phoned a friend"... and they suggested to turn the lights down to 25%. BAM! after 20 min or so, there was a positive response and lifting of the leaves... Moral of the story is to start your clones at a lower light setting and gradually bring them up over time. Pics included...

Hey Growmies, I apologize for the lame diary this week. I've been sick on and off the last two months and it's really taking a toll on my body and heart condition. Please forgive me as I'm trying to heal up. I'll do the best I can at updating this as I go along. I'm not giving up! The girls look great, despite not giving them as much attention as id like and they deserve. Great week of growth. I let her do her thing. I did minor LST and some hst on the other girls that I haven't made a diary for yet but will. Day 19 of flower.. week 3 of flower is about to wrap up which is nearing the end of the stretch phase. I was pleasantly surprised with the growth on the Watermelon Zkittelz, I've been putting the most work into her as the technique I'm using requires a lot of attention. Next run I will use tie downs and I'll most likely add a trellis here soon too help hold the heavy colas.. but we will see how it plays out. Looking forward to seeing her buds start to stack before my eyes! Thank you to everyone who has helped me through this journey! I've been really sick lately and my girls help keep me going! Day 20 of flower Today went well, I reorganized the tent and cleaned it a bit, I try to clean it once a week or so. I've been hand "drip feeding" one of the girls the last few days. Just an expierment and the plant seems to love it so I'm going to start hand "drip feeding" all of them. I think the Watermelon Zkittelz is going to love some extra food every day! I know us humans do but it's important to make sure the girls aren't stressed and isnt in a nutrient lock out or something. I think it's best when she's running prime! At the end of day 20 of flower I took a video of all the new growth and it was after I reorganized the tent and I feel so much better after doing this. I also turned off all the lights and turned on each light individually so I could see how each light was casting on each plant. This way I know the plants are getting enough light coverage as that is a huge disadvantage of using these budget lights. Excited for the 3rd week to come to an end!! Adding new nutrients next week!!
