Watered last night. Hi all buddies! First crop from hydro nft growth. Growth went well, I had some management problems in changing nutrients from veg to bloom which delayed the harvest for a week or two. Sensi Seeds' Skunk # 1F is incredibly resistant to mold and insect attacks, very close internodes ensure low height and compact buds. Unfortunately I chose the mother phenotype wrong, I found the lowest as I wanted but I lost the fatness of the buds present in other phenotypes, but the game was worth the same and I am very proud of it! I collected after 94 days of flowering, the last 72h 20kg ice cubes in the tank and total darkness which the last 24h without irrigation. After cutting I hung the whole plants in the tent for 24 / 48h 19 ° C 55% HR. Two days of wet trim to 8 girls and I hung their colas in the tent to continue drying. With a girl i tried dry trim but i will avoid next time. After a week in the tent I cleaned the colas and removed all the sticks, I placed everything in airtight bags in the refrigerator for 5 days 12 ° C 65% HR (daily check). Now dark storage room at a temperature of 18 ° C 65% HR. At the last weighing a few days ago it was more than 500g, from now it does not lose any more weight. Mid Flower

I’ve almost reached the end of this journey. My caution has kept me one step behind, but it has paid off in terms of scent and aroma. I think the harvest window will open a bit later — probably at the end of next week. For now, I’m not seeing any amber trichomes. This first experience with RQS F1 genetics has been very positive so far. The plants have always been strong, vigorous, and full of life. Everything went smoothly. They stayed compact in size but were productive and very consistent in expressing their phenotype. Milky Way has also proven to be an excellent variety — it has developed trichomes that look like the bristles of a brush.

Since last week I’ve noticed I lil more growth on leaves it hasn’t been stretching as much as it was. I also had to transfer to a 5 gallon bucket noticed it grew more leaves and looks happy and healthy. This is my first grow and have been reading a lot of journals and different ways to grow. I’m still curious about nutrients and how much to give it. I’m on budget with money so can’t buy the top nutrients so does anyone know any nutrients that go for cheap but work good. I really want it blossom and grow i feel like it’s growing a lil slow.

All is good in the tent. Should be smooth sailing to harvest. All plants are in full flower now and stretching has stopped. Time to fatten up girls! Still feeding 4x a day. EC at 700. Been turning up the wattage every few days. At 135w now. Two of the Charlotte's are further ahead by weeks then any other plant. Also the smallest out of the bunch. Ended up making a separate reservoir for them. Feed 3x a day. Took out big bud and added overdrive

Stomp my feet for this one but I did not weigh it. Nope, I smoked it. My bad. I started out only smoking a small bud and then one led to another and I got busy, yadda yadda LoL Go to plant #2 for better details.

i was surprised that she was done on 2/15/25 spidermites had completely taken over one bud so i decided to check trichomes and she seemed ready.

Today marks the 7th week of flowering for my cannabis plant, and it's truly fascinating to observe the changes that are taking place. The stretching phase has officially come to an end, and now the plant is fully focused on developing its buds. I can see that the buds are starting to swell and gain size, which is a promising sign of a healthy flowering process. I've adjusted the feeding schedule with BioBizz products to match the plant's current needs. Overall, the plant looks healthy and vigorous. The pistils are turning a beautiful shade, and the resin production is beginning to increase. I’m excited to see how the buds will continue to develop over the next few weeks. I’ll keep monitoring closely and make sure everything stays on track. Be excited for the coming weeks 💚🌱🌱

Day 15 Both plants didn't show any stress after transplant. Started with a light feed to introduce nutrient schedule.. Day 21 they look super healthy.

Thank you to everyone for following this journey! The results were nuts. Honestly, I would've been happy with 40g dry as this is my first grow. I DEFINITELY did not expect this outcome which is insane. This gives me so much confidence in my future grows and appreciation for the companies whose products I used. So, now to the point - Dry weight - Top class buds - 176g, smaller buds - 32g, larf/leaves/scissor hash - 26g. To sum up - 208g of product you can smoke and 26g that'll go to edibles. First grow, 2x2 tent, 100w light, three-part fertilizer and cal mag - that's insane, especially because I was expecting nothing more than 60g and like I mentioned, I would've been happy with 40g. I even thought my scale was broken or something went wrong, I still can't believe I pulled 208g of bud. It took 117 days from seed to smoke - that's disregarding the cure. Seed to flower in 42 days. Flower to harvest in 61 days. 14 days drying. Thank you to FastBuds, I've sent them an email about the grow with some questions and got a speedy reply with some pointers towards the end of the flower. Also, I don't have anything to compare this grow with but I had 0 issues with pests which I was really happy about. I didn't have to spray anything on the plants, didn't have a single bug inside the tent. They mention on the website that NL is a very resilient strain so that might've been because of this specific strain. Spiderfarmer light did amazing too - 208g of bud from 100w light!. General Hydroponics did way better than I expected - there's so many companies with multiple bottles of nutrients that expect you to spend ridiculous amounts of money on their products while I got crazy results with just 3 basic bottles. Cal and Mag by Canna worked with no complaints. Takeaways - seems like the runoff pH doesn't matter in coco - I could be wrong but I struggled with coco pH from the very beginning. Regardless, the outcome speaks for itself. Maybe the harvest would've been even better with an optimal pH but in this particular grow, I don't think it mattered much. Before starting this grow I've done A LOT of research and it looks like it most definitely paid off! I was panicking at first because of the slow growth. The plant also had some leaf deformities and the color wasn't as green as I've expected it to be. It was stressful at first, I think especially because I was constantly comparing my grow to someone else's. This specific LST method where I kept rotating the main stem clockwise every day or two paid off as well. The canopy was relatively even and new tops grew crazy fast. The only thing left to do is to cure the bud. I had two 1.5L containers ready for cure/storing since I didn't expect to pull much but had to go acquire a few more "big boys" to fit all the product in, which is a good problem to have. I don't think that I'll be updating the cure here but the plan is to burp 2x/day for 15-30min each time for the first week and 1x/day for 15-30min the second week. After the first couple of weeks I won't be timing the burps. As of now, I've placed boveda 62% packs inside the containers to maintain a RH of at least 58% in the jars. About the Northern Lights strain - the smell hasn't fully returned yet post trim, but it smells like sweet fruits with a hint of black pepper. You can still smell a bit of pine/grass but I think that'll be gone after the cure. Buds are covered with trichomes, they shine like diamonds when you take a better look. Also, the buds look a little airy but are still really dense when pressed. The smoke - It's a tasty, relaxing high. I get why people describe it as night time smoke but for me personally, it grounds me a bit and I can enjoy it anytime. Also, it burns white ash :)) P.S. The plant is now in its 3rd week of flowering, they look very healthy and the first pistils can be seen. The smell starts to become slightly sweet. The first signs that the fertilizer is working can also be seen, spores are forming on the soil. I'm very excited to see what these magnificent specimens will bring 💚💚💚

Lots of training and defoliating today. Trying to let each plant do it's own thing. White Widow is very squat even though she's not topped. OK after no updates for three weeks I've finally caught up and we are all. back on track. Next update 26th May.
