I had 8 seeds in a pill bottle that had been kicking around for a couple years. So I decided to see if any were good. I picked one good looking seed and sprouted it in April. As it grew I noticed that it looked like it wanted to start flowering early on. Being a new grower I didn’t even think it was an Auto. So I cut off the buds and tried to get it to veg. It stopped growing for awhile but didn’t die. So I started two more of the viable seeds I had. Once they were transplanted to one gallon pots I moved them to my greenhouse. The second one looked like it wanted to flower early also. I transferred the three to 5 gallon pots. It was then I realized I had auto unknown seeds. Because I didn’t know the names I decided to call them COVID unknown #1, #2, and #3. Or CU1,CU2,CU3. The first plant got really messed up but still produced 7 grams. The other two combined pulled in 2 ounces. Not to bad for 3 old unknown seeds!

Ich hab die Kleine nach jedem Regen geschüttelt trieb um trieb also richtig umtriebig… Heute (tag4) habe ich sie wieder nach dem Regen geschüttelt. Dabei ist leider die hauptblüte abgebrochen… naja halb so wild…die Apple of Eden neben dran wurde gestern schon panisch aus Angst vor Schimmel geerntet. Da hab die Blüte kurz getrimmt und dazu gehängt. Die Durban poison wirkt recht robust gegen Schimmel.. bin mal gespannt wie es weitergeht.

I am trying a new format for the weekly summary portion of my diary. Let me know what ya'll think! 👃 AROMA: Her aroma is fairly strong for this stage of flower. Blueberry dankness all the way! I look forward to experiencing the evolution of her terpine profile. One of my favorite aspects of growing cannabis is how much these plants change from start to finish and how much variation is possible with this plant. ❇️ BUD STRUCTURE: She is stacking on big round mounds of calyxes and looks like she is going to have large dense buds! 🎨 Color: She is a lighter almost an olive shade of green, right now. Her bright white pistils have a distinctive yellow hue to them. 🌿 STEM, STRETCH, & INTERNODES: She stretched more than I had expected. She has thick stems and relatively tight internodal growth. She definitely looks Indica in her bud structure. ✂️ TRAINING/PRUNING: I have continued selective defoliation as needed to avoid crowding herself and her neighbors. I remove no more than 25% of foliage at any one time, and usually closer 10-15%. I space out defoliation with a minimum of 3 days between sessions, in most instances. There will be exceptions to that, but this is a good rule of thumb I try to adhere to. She has been trained to have 6 main shoots and I am using LST techniques to gently bend her stems to evenly fill her space without overcrowding. ❄️TRICHOMES/RESIN PRODUCTION: Her buds are already starting to sparkle amd glisten. It looks like she will be a good resin producer! 🚿 WATER/FEED: I have continued with a light bidiurnal misting of White Dutch Clover cover crop . This in conjunction with running lower temps (New AC) has seemed to have drastically increased feeding intervals. My plants are needing much less water than in previous runs. I typically give the whole SOG one feed per week with light watering of select individual cultivars as needed between feeds. I try my best to "read" my garden. The amount of water between feeds depends on how soon the next feed will be. I feed the garden as a whole and this run I have been generally spacing feeds out 5-7 days or until the the first plant shows beginning signs of wilt (slight droop of lower fan leaves). 📝 OBSERVATION/NOTES: She doesnt appear to have any signs of deficiency or toxicity. Today the ladies finally are cooling off a break in the extreme temperatures of the summer after a long Heatwave

So we have both auto flowers germinated and we're going to do a diary for each strain. Whichever one does best we'll enter into the competition for Divine seeds. I'm using Promix soil and BAS Craft Blend for the nutrients and we just gave them some Alfalfa Ferment from Growing Organic as well. That should give these ladies a nice little boost. This one just broke the soil, barely so she's a little farther behind the others but now by much. It's Big Demon vS Overdose. Let's see who takes the 👑.

How big and wide she get under the evo-4 80 its crazy, i think she its the biggest one i ever grow. And how dark she turn with the Master recepi from advanced nutrients its amazing. Love that stuff as well

Ciao growers ... I didn't think I would have come to continue this diary, because, as you can see in the picture, there were some problems that made me change my ideas ... After spraying the two plants (plus one in the diary "Cookies On The Kush" ) with a 3: 1 mix of neem oil + potassium soap, causes thrips ... these parasites have been defeated yes, but at a high price ... they must have reacted badly to the compound, triggering a phytotoxic reaction ... .I'm not a scientist or a biologist or anything like that, but reading online I think this was the cause ... because the leaves would seem to be eaten by caterpillars or the like, but this is not the case ... On girls I had also just done a Topping on one and a FIM on the other, before finding myself forced to spray them 😌...so, a lot of stress.... Well in the end, after they looked like they were dying, they recovered in growth, and now I have done a transplant in a geotextile pot from 20 l, consisting of about 50% Lightmix-3 0% cocomix-10% humus-10% perlite.. As soon as the transplant was done I gave them about 4 ml of root juice in 4l of h2o, in total divided by the two of them ... It will be a diary "random" / artistic/i don't know 😅".... I want to" play "a little bit about the malformation that they have suffered ... now I'm doing some tying so a bit for fun ... we'll see what comes out of it ... for sure they will be very particular .. ... to the next update ... thanks that you read, and I hope you like it 😉... Royal Queen Seeds blew me away with their genetics last grow. So much so I'm growing the Gorilla again along with another 2 of their strains including this one, their Purple Queen. Just water week 1.
