Deranged DLF (First Ever Grow)

This is my first ever attempt at growing so I am preparing for disappointment. These 2 are under a Vipar Spectra 300w LED. So far so good I hope!

Day 08 - Getting there, keep it up. Day 09 - Wow the small one blew up! Day 10 - Things are looking good, I think! May give some nutes soon (Cal-Mag & Silica). Also noticed the leaves turn down a bit after watering but are back up and perfect the next morning. Day 11 - Still looking good and growing, not sure why #2 is always leaning.... Have to figure that out... Day 12 - Need to straighten Second Sprout up but she is growing good... Gave First Sprout a slight drink of calmag+ & silica blast to see how she reacts. Second Sprout seemed to blow up when I did the same. Day 13 - They kinda look horrible and are twisting, this 300W light puts out more than my 600W light at the plug. Move light up to 25". Looks like a bit of leaf burn on the small one.... Day 14 - They are alive but the leaves at the bottom (two oval ones are brown) and the next set is drooping & loosing color. Was a bit dry so gave a good drink. Also, added reflective Mylar.

Not sure how I lost this entire weeks comments and had to re-crete them. Day 15 - Still growing a bit but not sure why bottom leaves are turning borwn/discoloring.... Day 16 - Transplanted into 3 gallon pots. Roots were huge in small pot... Day 17 - Still looking ok after transplant, was afriad 300W light would not cover them both but they are looing good! Day 18 - They are looking good were a little dry so gave #1 6oz of water and #2 3oz of water, leaving them alone otherwise. Day 19 - They look like they blew up overnight after watering. I am keeping a moisture meter in one because I think I have been under watering them. Lowered light to 21" cause leaves were pointing up. I am seeing quite a bit of new growth that may not appear in the pics. Trying to figure out how to get more light down there to assist in the growth... Day 20 - Still looking good, gave each about 2 oz of calmag/silicia solution and spritzed with water Starting to see white hairs on both of them... :( Hoped they would get a bit bigger but oh well, i messed up i think limiting their growth in the small pots... Day 21 - Well they kinda blew up overnight! Grew 1" in height. Not sure if this is good or bad but the leaves were pointing up so I lowered the light down a bit to 16" and gave them a spritz of water since soil moisture seems to be good... Trying to keep Air temp up above 75F.

Day 22 - Well this starts week 4 and they are not dead. Moisture is still good in soil and keeping temps around 77 deg #1 - First Sprout has keeps growing a bit all but is getting some white hairs all over her nodes... #2 - Second Sprout just keep getting taller faster (5.25"), but is getting a few white hairs on her as well.. Top leaves kinds looking droopy. Day 23 - Not sure why one is growing taller than the other as they have been identical environments... Swapped their location under the light... #1 - First Sprout is growing about the same but is getting more white hairs, 5.25" tall #2 - Second Sprout keeps growing taller but is getting a few more white hairs, 7" tall. Day 24 - Rotated them again. Light is now at 11" #1 - First Sprout grew to 6", gave her 2oz of calmag/silica solution & spritzed with water. #2 - Second Sprout grew to 8", gave her 4oz of calmag/silica solution & spritzed with water. Day 25 - Put First Sprout on a box since Second Sprout wont stop growing taller so the tops of each plant are the same distance from the LED. Light is 11" from tops. #1 - First Sprout keeps looking about the same, more white hairs. #2 - Second Sprout keeps getting taller, not sure why, but is getting more hairs. Angled light a bit less towards this gal since the top is droopy. If that continues I may tie the top down a bit cause the stem is flexible... Day 26 - Was worried about #2 but she did bounce back over night. #1 - First Sprout is still looking stout! Starting to see crystals but she aint that big, then again this is a dwarf. 7.5" Tall & gave 12oz of Spring water to keep soil good... #2 - Second Sprout still wont stop growing taller but is getting more hairs and is looking better than yesterday, as her top leaves are no longer turning down! 11.5" Tall & gave 6oz of Spring water to keep soil good... Day 27 - #2 Will not stop growing taller!!!! #1 - Still looking good, had to put on another box to keep light level with #2. Holy shit the hairs/crystals forming, wish she wasnt a dwarf. Gave 4 oz of Water/Calmag/silicia solution. Did a bit of LST to keep her growing straight (as a test but not pictured). Spritzed leaves with water as well.. #2- Wont stop growing taller, is at 12-13" now.... Getting more bud sites and hairs though. Gave 4 oz of Water/Calmag/silicia solution. Spritzed leaves with water as well.. Day 28 - #2 Will not stop growing taller!!!! #1 - Still looking good, getting hairy and frosty but is at about 7". Spritzed leaves with water as well.. #2- Wont stop growing taller, is at 15" now.... Getting more bud sites and hairs though. Spritzed leaves with water as well..

Calling this the first flowering week because I am not sure but #1 looks like she its def flowering! Day 29 - Mixed up some Botanicare Pure Blend Pro Bloom Soil @ 10ml/gal and going to try on these gals. #1 - First Sprout is still looking good 8.5" Tall and is getting frosty on top and other places. Gave 8oz of regular spring water then 6oz of the Pure Pro Bloom mix. Spritzed leaves with water. #2 - Second Sprout Wont stop freaking growing 17" Tall, actually tied top down after these pics were taken... Gave her 8oz of bloom solution & spritzed leaves with water... Day 30 - Well they are not dead yet! #1 - First Sprout is still looking great! Moisture looks good, spritzed leaves with water. #2 - Second Sprout still just growing and now looks like a limp dick since I tried to tie it down. Moisture looks good, spritzed leaves with water. Roots seem to be smaller based in checking moisture. Day 31 - Still not dead!!!! #1 - First Sprout is still getting frostier! Gave 10oz of water cause as a bit dry... She is 9" tall and so sweet looking.... Light at 10" from top. #2 - Second Sprout - Still wont stop growing taller... Staked with Bamboo just so she will grow straight... Gave her 10oz of water as well... She is 20" Tall... Light at 9" from top. Day 32 - I think the green giant may have slowed down growing taller! #1 - First Sprout is still getting frostier and expanding! Gave 6oz of Bloom Solution to increase soil moisture a tad. #2 - Second Sprout grew a little taller but seems like she is calming down a bit... Gave 6oz of Bloom Solution to increase soil moisture a tad. Day 33 - Not much of an update but they are still doing the same. #1 - Looking good and getting bigger and frostier! #2 - Limp dick but growing I guess.... Day 34 - Not much of an update but they are still doing the same. #1 - Looking good and getting bigger and frostier! What I would expect a dwarf to look like....Gave 12oz of water to get moisture up a bit.... #2 - Still growing taller, 26" WTF?... Gave 12oz of water to get moisture up a bit.... Day 35 - Both about the same, just leaving alone since moisture still seems OK.

Day 36 - The only time you will prob see all 3 in the same pic as I am in the middle of bad weather and moved them just in case so they would be "safer" but they are not under their regular LEDs. #1 - In Middle and still looking good. #2 - On Far left and just wont stop. Day 37 - Only pic of Sprout #1 cause no power. Sat them under my screened in porch to get a little sunlight. Hopefully less than usual light won’t hurt them to bad. Set in direct sunlight for a few hours. Gave both about 6oz of water just to keep moisture up since I am not sure when we will get power back. Day 38 - Put in direct sunlight outside due to no power. Put back under LEDs around 6:30PM when power was restored. #1 - Is looking great IMO. #2 - Still growing taller, WTF! Day 39 - Back under LED 300w LED. Trying to get back on schedule after no power... #1 - Looking good, 10" Tall & 10" From Light. Gave 12oz of bloom juice. #2 - Wont Stop Growing Taller (Edited Diary so show height of #1). 30" Tall and almost touching light. Gave 12oz of Tap Water cause this seems to be a waste of time... Day 40 - Not sure what to say about #2, but both are back on schedule and not dead... #1 - Looking good gave 12 oz of water. #2 - WTF, just letting it go... It is almost touching LED. Day 41 - No Change Really. #1 - Left alone for the most part, rotated a tad. Gave 8oz of water and spritzed leaves with water. #2 - Yea same ole story... Gave 4oz of water and spritzed leaves with water... Day 42 - No Change Really. (Smell is getting semi strong cause of #1) #1 - Left alone for the most part, rotated a tad. Moisture was good. #2 - Yea same ole story... Gave 12oz of water...

Day 43 - #1 Keeps blowing up # 2 might make it... #1 - 11" Tall... Gave 10oz of bloom juice to increase moisture... #2 - 31.5" Tall... Gave 2oz Bloom Juice & 24oz TAP Water... Day 44 - Same basically... #1 - 11" Tall and left alone cause all seems good.... Rotated... #2 - Yea WTF.... Rotated... Day 45 - Only care about #1 at this point... #1 - Gave 6oz of Spring Water.... Rotated... #2 - Gave 12oz of Tap Water... Rotated... Day 46 - Left alone, #1 - Rotated 45 degrees... Leaves on are starting to turn yellow at tips up top... Even some sugar leaves.... #2 - Who cares, its alive.... Day 47 - See below... #1 - Gave 24 oz of water & rotated a tad... Was thirsty on the outside, bad... #2 - Rotated, gave some tap water to get moisture up on the outside but who cares what happens at this point..... Day 48 - See below... #1 - Water was good, maybe a tad to much I gave yesterday? Rotated... Put light at 15" (was at 11") cause I am not sure about the leaves, if the tips should start looking like this or not... #2 - Gave 12oz of Bloom juice cause it wanted water and why the hell not, LOL... Day 49 - See below... #1 - Left Alone, just rotated. #2 - It is whatever gave 24 oz of tap water...

Day 50 - See Below.. #1 Keeps looking strong! #2 WTF? Trying to figure out how to get a good photo of the trichomes on #1.... #1 - Gave 17oz of Ph'd Spring Water and rotated (May have to lower light a tad)... #2 - Gave 17oz of tap water and rotated... Day 51 - See Below... #1 - Leaves are starting to yellow, gave 17oz of bloom juice & 17oz calmag/silica (both old formula), rotated and lowered light back down to 11" Not sure why leaves are turning so fast so putting back the way it was a week ago. Used a little LST to keep straight up and down... Spritzed leaves with water... #2 - Still the same, gave 17 oz of tap water... Spritzed leaves with water... Day 52 - See Below. #1 - Left alone, just rotated 45 degrees. Moisture seems good. #2 - Left alone, just rotated 45 degrees. Moisture seems good. Day 53 - See Below. #1 - Gave 34oz of water and rotated... #2 - Left alone, just rotated 45 degrees. Moisture seems good. Day 54 - See Below. #1 - Gave 17 oz of water and rotated... #2 - Gave 17oz of Bloom juice and rotated in hope it is Dr Greenspoon. Day 55 - See Below. #1 - Rotated and Left Alone, moisture seems good... #2 - Rotated and gave 17oz of tap water.... Day 56- NO PICS SORRY (See Below). #1 - Gave 17oz of water and rotated. #2 - Rotated.

Day 57 - See Below #1 - Gave 17oz of water and rotated, tricomes still looked a bit clear .... #2 - Gave 32oz of tap water (not pictured sorry).... Rotated.... Day 58 - See Below #1 - Gave 6oz of water and rotated.... #2 Gave 17oz of tap water and rotated.... Day 59 - See Below #1 - Gave 17oz water, rotated and moved some leaves down by hand. #2 - Whatever. lol Day 60 - See Below #1 - Left alone but rotated, checked tricomes and seems she needs a bit longer but I am having a hard time with my damn tools to check tricomes... #2 - Gave 17oz of tap water, not worth taking a photo of... Day 61 - See Below #1 - 17oz of water and rotated #2 - 30oz tap water and whoooo. Day 62 - See Below #1 - Raised Light to 15", clipped all big leaves, hope I didn't fuck up... I want to harvest in 1-2 days I think... #2 - Nothing, leaving alone... Day 63 - See below #1 - Gave 18oz of molasses juice @ 1tsp per 36oz. Spritzed leaves with water. #2 - Whatever

Day 64 - See below. #1 - Just Flushing at this point & watching tricomes. i think her top half is almost done. I suck at tricomes pics. She is a lot bigger than photos can portray. #2 - Lol. Whatever. Day 65 - See Below. (Sorry No Pics For Today).... #1 - Left alone but rotated. #2 - Staked up some low hanging fruit, some white hairs forming. Gave 17oz of water... Day 66 - See Below. #1 - Cut some leaves off and she is in her final resting sleep. Harvest is tomorrow AM if she looks good. #2 - Getting a 1500W dropped on her tomorrow. Day 67 - See Below. #1 - Looks done enough so she got cut down (60 grams wet). She is hanging in her final resting place. Day 68 - See Below. Only updates on #1 from here on out. She is day 2 of drying. #2 - Updates are done cause she’s is a bust unless 1500w can turn her around (doubtful).
