Plant has solid root base

Week 8 flower and the Gorilla Glue #4 is swelling up nicely and looks like about a week to go, but I’ll probably wait until the Sour Diesel finishes up before I harvest her as I need to dry in this space, the lung room. Lots of frost and thick dense flowers. Very nice colours coming out and the smell is incredible! A few nanners popping out here and there, I’ve plucked a few but it’s late in flower and doubt much will develop from now until the end, if anything at all, definitely not pulling her down because of them. More than likely had the light turned up to high later in flower and was pushing them too much, and that’s why the Sour Diesel is growing a bit foxtail like. Turned the lights down now to 50% and they seem to be happy with that. Still just water through the drip and hand water once a week. Gnats suck and need to take care of them before next grow and do a better job moving forward. These TSW 2000’s from Mars Hydro are awesome and with two of them side by side are more than enough for this space. Blimburn GG#4 is turning out really good and smell is incredible but hard to describe. Thanks for the view!

The time is finally here to post the harvest. I waited till it was all done and dry before updating the dairy so will add in the dry weights next on the 2nd half of the harvest entry. Had some ups and downs with this plant. mainly the extreme yellowing that was happening. I should have treated this faster with a flush but was super reluctant and I feel this has suffered in the end. The top best looking buds could have been larger and the lower ones could have been thicker. There is some smells with this plant but they are not pronounced. Just smells like mild basic weed, this would be one reason not to grow it, however, the crystals on this plant have been the most I've ever grown before. When trimming them every time the scissors snipped or the brush stroked I saw some falling down onto the tray. This plant would be great for making hash. had a good little ball of finger hash at the end of it and will be giving that to my friends to smoke or make a strong edible with. I don't plan on growing this strain out again, the lack of smells and the fact I'm only trying to grow cbd dominate plants is the main reason. If my friends really like this I have some clones so can always give them some. Speaking of clones they are doing well outside, greened up a lot and showing signs of revegging. Took some photos of the weed hang drying on day 1 in the tent and a week later to show how much they shrink. most of the lower growth is quite larfy but will make good edibles or hash, that will be a fun project to do and may include that in my projects diary. My light grew for 20 weeks and 4 days, or 144 days. almost 21 weeks total. $35.67 / 144d = 0.2477$/d average of about 25c a day in electricity 337.2kw for the entire grow. Using the regular calculation of grams harvested divided by watts used is not accurate to me, it does not account for all the time the lamps are on, the length of grow to the over all cost. The calculation that makes sense to me is this, harvested dry weight of usable cannabis buds/trim/keif/whatever in grams divided by total kw used. Could also combine it with grams per total single use costs “anything you used only for this grow and wont reuse in the next, or fractions of multi use items like fertilizers if they ½ full” and see how much you’re investing per gram. "kw" ÷ "g" = kw/g "$" ÷ "g" = $/g I have harvested 5.34oz or 151.6g on 337.2kw. 337.2kw ÷151.6g = 2.22 kw/g of usable cannabis. This is not an ideal ratio for me and looks like a lot of energy waste happened from the extended veg period. $35.67 ÷ 151.6g = 0.24c/g It cost 24c/g when comparing total electricity cost to gross yield, almost identical to the comparison of total electrical cost to the number of days in the grow 25c/day. In week 9 my 'Fruity Terp' ladies have grown substantially and filled out the space in my HOMEBOX growtent. Therefore its time to do a round of defoliation. I take out my plants one by one and cut off the lowest branches on the stem (the ones not grown tall enough to get good light) and also the biggest fan-leaves (the ones shading the lower part of the canopy). The defoliation will increase the airflow thru my plants, which will in turn help to avoid mold from a build-up of humidity between the leaves. The light can now also penetrate deeper into the canopy now and therefore lower buds will also get more light and can grow bigger. The SANlight EVO4-120 LEDs are doing a GREAT job, my babies love their spectrum and intensity and grow like hell. The nutrients from BIO NOVA work EXCELLENT, all plants have a nice healthy green color. Since we are further in flowering now, I also add PK 13-14 from BIO NOVA following their 'SOIL-CULTIVATION' schedule.

Day 60 - 09/02/20 Lovely smell coming from the blue cheese plant :) the buds have a very similar smell to the blueberry outdoor grown buds i smoked in spain a few years ago :) took me right back there mentally haha. Ive added a good feed of calcium magnesium, nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus the last few days as these are big plants and a few leaves have been yellowing over the last couple of weeks. Since these feedings everything is returning to normal and flowering is going fine. This is my first time growing in biobizz light mix so i was bound to run into some problems. Still i think im gonna get around an ounce from this plant. I think harvest is still 2-3 weeks out for this one but as its a favourite of mine im really excited! Well she transitioned into flower this week but she is stretching at a fast rate. I'm hoping she keeps stretching another week or two. Two of the other autos started to bud this week but i was hoping this one would be offset beings that is was germinated a little later so Im wondering if theirs something that triggered them to flower other than its genetics. It did cool down this week from in the 100's, to mid 80's and mid 60's at night. They got more compost tea this week and some rain a few days earlier in the week followed by sunshine.

The Cookie Girls are doing great 😊 Overall, I’m very pleased with the results so far. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. At day 12 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, while I tucked, I snapped more than a couple of tops off, but the plant continues to thrive. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. Pablo Escobar is growing good. She is still bulking, and looks to have about 3 weeks left. She has a fruity citrus aroma. Lots of frost and white pistils still. Dank des Super Wetters hab ich hier 77%-80% Luftfeuchtigkeit (draussen ist es noch höher ) und es wird auch noch warm . Ergo, schon gestern hat meine Pflanze extreme Probleme mit der Wurzeltemperatur bekommen und hat die Blätter hängen lassen . Ich hab das Licht runtergeschraubt und Abluft extrem erhöht. Ventilation direkt in die Pflanze sonst gibts Schimmel . Aber hilft halt nicht wirklich . Luftentfeuchter läuft auf Dauerschaltung und produziert dann auch noch Wärme, die ich überhaupt nicht gebrauchen kann bei den Temperaturen draussen lol. Ein Teufelskreis :(((((( Day 55: + 1.75 Liter Flaschenwasser + + Dünger für Blühte + + + Canna Terrar Flores (Achtung wirkt wie PH-) + + + Canna Boost + + + Cannazym + + + Canna PH+ + + PH 5.88 Draussen sind 31 Grad , ich hab den ganzen Growroom + Vorraum (meine Wohnung ) über Nacht runtergekühlt so weit es ging (23°C und 22°C). Das Licht noch weiter reduziert dafür näher an die Planze gemacht. Das ist wirklich das mindeste was noch geht. Liegt ca bei PPFD 600 an der Spitze . Wenigstens ist hier die Luftfeuchtigkeit im Rahmen , zwar immer noch zuviel (67% im Zelt) aber besser so als das hier die Hitze in die Höhe schießt . Nach 12h Licht (19:00 Uhr) wird dann wieder aufgedreht und die letzen Stunden mit mehr intensität nachgeholt was nachzuholen geht , denn dann gehen hier erst wieder die Temperaturen runter . Day 56: Läuft wie gestern ab 19:00 wurde das Licht aufgedreht und DLI nachgeholt .

🖐️👨‍🌾 Bienvenidos entusiastas de la marihuana clandestina y orgánica! Segunda semana desde el cambio de horario a 12/12h, la planta ha continuado estirándose, esta semana otros 10cm, pero no hay problema, porque ninguna planta va a pasar de los 70cm de altura que era mi objetivo inicial. La planta está con el metabolismo disparado, consume mucha agua de riego y los brotes florales comienzan a tomar protagonismo, las fuertes ramas están preparadas para soportar cogollos monstruosos, yo también! Por en cuanto estoy esperando pacientemente que todos los cultivos paren el estiramiento, creo que será en estos días, para hacer un importante cambio de luces y comenzar con mi arsenal de Bio Fertilizantes específicos para floración. Yo cultivo con luces intensas con temperaturas de color apropiadas en cada etapa, para provocar mayor fotosíntesis y favorecer al tiempo la compactación de la planta en crecimiento vegetativo y para producir cogollos muy grandes y densos en floración, a la vez, la mayor captación de energía provoca mayor consumo de agua y nutrientes, y si el sustrato y las raíces han llegado a floración preparadas, el sistema lo completo con control de temperatura/humedad y máxima aireación en la carpa de cultivo, lo cierto es que esta parte no me da problemas, pues mantengo la carpa muy aireada y fresca sin sobrepasar los 26°C en los ápices, la humedad en mi casa no es problema. Yo no le tengo miedo a la intensidad de luz y sólo soy precavido con la temperatura/humedad por la circunstancia de cultivar en interior y macetas, porque he vivido en diferentes lugares sub tropicales, he visto también cultivos de marihuana en África y he comprobado la intensidad de la luz solar, las luces artificiales son un mero juego comparadas con el sol, y el calor de esas zonas y como se desarrolla el cannabis espectacularmente! Esta temporada todas las plantas se muestran muy saludables y vigorosas, esta vez conseguí alejar mi impaciencia con relación a la cantidad de riego, los experimentos radicales y las altas concentraciones de Bio Nutrientes en la etapa de crecimiento vegetativo, y se nota. A partir de ahora las mezclas de riego cambian mucho, la planta en floración necesita más variedad de nutrientes y minerales que en la etapa de crecimiento vegetativo, donde necesita más cantidad pero de menos variedad de nutrientes y minerales. Con el último riego hice un aporte de una mezcla de enmiendas secas al sustrato, en ese mismo riego incluí melaza para dar energía extra a los Microorganismos y que comiencen a comer este aporte extra de materia orgánica, nutrientes y minerales. Esta temporada estoy limitando el uso de melaza en riegos, hasta ahora la usaba en todos y en cada uno de los riegos, desde el inicio hasta el final de los cultivos. pero esta temporada he usado la melaza sólo en las primeras semanas de cultivo para potenciar la proliferación de la Microbiología en el sustrato y la expansión de las raíces, y desde hace dos semanas dejé de añadir melaza cuando las plantas han tenido un volumen importante, ahora, del aporte de azúcares para dar energía a los MM se encargará la propia planta, no es que haya observado anomalías evidentes por el uso continuado de la melaza, pero no quiero influir en el sabor ni en los aromas originales de las plantas.
