What a week, So I did a run off test end of last week and they was really high, but I would like to address the DNA Mills cork as I am using this in just one pot (A) to try it out I used 3/4 (B) to my normal coco in another pot 50:50 (C) in another at a 1/4 (D) then when just my normal coco mix ( E) and I havent seen much difference other then the retention of water... UNTILL NOW. So evaluating all my reading I have from run off this is how it WAS sitting running water with an EC 0.7 Ms/cm A - 2.4 Ms/cm B - 2.3 Ms/cm C - 2.0 Ms/cm D - 1.9 Ms/cm E - 1.5 Ms/cm So my conclusion is that I dont like the cork maybe I'm using it wrong somehow I dont know but in my experience, it seems to be grabbing hold of all the salts and not letting go, so this week I ran litres and litres of water through them to bring them down I can only get A down to 1.4 Ms/cm and am struggling to get it any further down does anyone have any suggestions. As for the deficiency I was supposed to I produce the PK booster beginning of this week and couldn't with the run off being so high, well that's what I'm hoping anyways 😂. Plant A doesn't seem to be swelling like the rest (front left in pictures) I'm hoping this is down to genetics if anyone else has any thought I'd love to hear them. Well, my organic vegetables garden, in anticipation of growing weed has been at rest for twenty months. I started to amends with green manure from legumes and lawn mowing (expecially the last month, for ready availability of N). I've mixed 1 gallon of Vigo Plant Full (perlite, guano, peats) to improve drainage. All the roses around, the apple tree and the hedges were treated with deltamethrin so as to preventively reduce the population of aphids, whiteflies & red spiders. My vegetables & weed eventually will receive only spraying of nettle macerated. Now in the evening I will have to pay close attention to broadnose weevils and later to bedbugs. It will be a tough fight against the wind and heat. A whole week of full sun awaits them. Royal Gorilla has spent the previous week outdoors night and day in her pot savoring the discrete temperature changes in my area. She is a runner, born 9 days after the sisters and is already making up for lost time. 💪

W10F and the end is near. The bud sites are small and internodes are spaced far apart. I neglected them and let the light intensity get too high during stretch. They are pretty frosty though. Fade has started and they are displaying nice colours

Cali crasher grew great under the Hortibloom Solux 350. She has some nice colas on her. She did start drying out when I had her in darkness. Her time has come so it is not a big deal.i dud have to treat her for mites when she was vegging. Beside that there was no major grow issues. What a pleasure these Pinapple are to grow. I couldn't be happier with the way they are filling out the scrog net. My only question is how bushy is too bushy? I've had to trim out a serious amount of undergrowth and large central fan leaves. I think a combination of great genetics and the complete spectrum the 315s output is causing the canopy to be so so dense. I'm just hoping the buds fatten up too! I'm trying to leave them alone as much as possible and I'm no longer tucking them under the net. I'll leave them to recover from today's defoliation and do some more plucking next weekend. I've got a feeling this tent is going to look very different in 7 days time! Now on everyday watering. Keeping the EC below 2.0 and fluctuating PH from 5.7 to 6.1 throughout the week to uptake as many nutrients as possible. Mid week edit: Please check out my last 5 photos added at day 52. One of the 2 Pineapple Express I have in the tent is looking really tired and droopy. I cant seem to figure out what is causing it as the other Pinapple is happy and praying. I also have 2 Six Shooter and a Cream Cookies and both of those are happy and stacking on the bud. Temps are solid at 29 degrees light on and 21 dark. Feeding when required. They just look like they are lacking something. Some of the oldest fan leaves have brown rusty patches on them too. I've given each plant a Biosys Microbe tea today in place of a regular feed. Ive also emptied and scrubbed out my water tank and watering can. Hopefully that brings them round but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Day 53, I've turned the blurple LED off in the centre and also reduced to 18/6 light cycle. They just look so lifeless. Almost like they are sick of the light. If she recovers I'll try turning the LED back on next week.

Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows. Noticed the blueberry requires lots of nitrogen and stretches much. All plants fed nutrients 1 per week and microbes once per week with regular watering in between. Start of 5th week of flower.

Let’s go day 43!!!! Week went real well , girls started preflower so sometime this week I will be switching up the nutrients for flowering! We are stable and looking super healthy! Can’t wait to see what these ladies do this week! Hope you all enjoy !
