Grow report week 4: The training and the topping Hello dear growers and groweresses, it’s time for an update on my grow. My plants have completed the fourth week and have grown further. But they have also experienced some measures that I will tell you about. The training This week I continued the low-stress training (LST) and tied the plants further. The LST is a method to gently bend and tie the plants to improve the light distribution and air circulation. The goal is to keep the plants low and wide and promote more side shoots and flower heads. The topping In addition to the LST, I also applied the topping to make the plants even bushier. The topping is a method to cut off the top of the plant to interrupt the apical dominance and produce more main shoots. The goal is to branch the plant and produce more flowers. I performed the topping as follows: I watered the plants well to reduce the stress. I cut off the top of the plant above the third or fourth node to create two new shoots. I observed the plants and looked for signs of stress or shock. The topping also worked well and the plants recovered quickly. They formed two new main shoots that will later become large colas. They also put more energy into the side branches, which will also carry more flowers. The fertilization I also fertilized for the first time this week, although I actually wanted to start late with it. I used the Fish-Mix from BioBizz to give the plants more nitrogen. Fish-Mix is an organic liquid fertilizer that consists of fish parts from the North Sea and organic sugar beet extract. It stimulates the biological activity of the soil and the plant growth. The Fish-Mix did well for the plants and they showed more growth. They formed more leaves and shoots and became greener and healthier. They also absorbed more nitrogen and produced more proteins. The outlook I am very satisfied with the result of the fourth week. My plants have been well trained and topped and have shown great growth. I am very curious about the next week, where I have to activate my setup completely to give the plants their final place and pots. It will be exciting for me to see if my system works as I wished. I will continue to observe the plants and respond to their needs. I will adjust the light intensity, the fertilization and the training to achieve the best results. This nug is getting huge on top hole mackerel! I'm super excited for this idk what's I'm doing that it likes so much I just fed it grow dots and that's it just been keeping it wet with the self watering ac infinity bases! Check back in a week to see how far it has progressed!

The Plants recovered from topping last week and are now more or less on one level. I increased the light strength every day. Now at 40%.

So not much change as far as conditions. I added Zeus juice for a bit of a boost on the humic acid front. I’ll be honest I haven’t noticed a change. Otherwise all is going well. I think I’m max a week from flipping. I might even flip on Wednesday. The scrog is about 80% full. You can see from my pictures I need to defoliate. So I think I’ll plan on doing that on Sunday. Let the rebound a bit and flip no later than next Friday. But more like Wednesday is more likely.

I feel the light being only 100w has contributed to some of the extra stretching between the nodes and this would not have happened under brighter settings. She is in full flower now and she will have some large tops as she is not a bushy plant.it has been a rainy last week here in my province in Canada but it's calling for lots of heat and sun for next week Keeping my finger cross

Que pasa familia, vamos con la novena semana de floración de estas Rainbow Melón feminizadas de fastbuds. Vamos al lío, de las 3 plantas, me quede con 2 por espacio, siempre pongo alguna semilla de más por si no abriese alguna por no perder ese hueco del indoor. También se trasplantaron a su maceta definitiva, en este caso de 7 litros que además provocó un shock que también solucione. El ph se controla en 6.2 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 20/24 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. Las flores están bien prietas y resinosas, sacan unos aromas muy fuertes que no logro describir así, está acabando de madurar, los tonos que se marca son increíbles, no veas como se han puesto. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

Flush is on! A gallon a day each of pH’ed tap water for the next week and a half to 2 weeks. Fall colors galore incoming! One is already going mad purple as I started it on the flush a bit earlier.

Day 14 veg: The remaining 4 are doing really well know. Even the #4 has woken up for the fun. 1 is the biggest of the group so far with #2and #3 close behind. #1 is on her 5th node today and I am considering a topping instead of then end over 5 main style i have been trying out. I can afford more height than I thought i could with the autos being slightly smaller than i usually flip them at so grow less in veg. She is also the pot that has the feed pellets in the soil so lets see how she does. #2 is on the outer edge of the light at present but will go under the sp250 soon with her sisters. #3 is a slightly lighter green than the rest so i will watch her in case the pot is not feeding her enough naturally . #4 was the one I wasn't sure would do much but she has settled down now finally andnhss new leaves growing now.i think she will be behind the others in timing only. Week 9, 3-9 October 2025 3-9 Oct - Observed and let the plant grow. Buds continue to develop and swell as it grows toward maturity. The smell continues to intensify as well. A lot of trichomes have developed and the hairs are just starting to turn brown. Because of the plants smaller size, I don’t have to do a weekly reservoir change, it’s more like every 10 days. She just doesn’t consume as much as a larger plant would. - 2 Oct changed nutrient solution - 2 Oct updated feeding schedule - Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 - Adjusting PH to 6.1 daily using GH up/down - Nutrient solution EC 2.1 at 72 degrees F - Light power at 75%, DLI 45 canopy coverage at 18hrs - Using PYPABL, Air Pump, 400GPH That is it for this week.
