Wow! Things are much better. Looks like drying out the soil and then giving a heavy watering with a light nutrient mix did the trick! I now have the light at about 13" and it seems to be about right. Someone told me the the gap between each level of fan leaves is large because my light was too far and the plant was stretching itself to reach. Going away for another trip, so repeating the dry soil/heavy watering process, this time with the recommended fertilizer mix (10ml/gal). Gave each plant about 1/4 gallon of water/food mix.

Day 1 of week 8 , about 3 weeks left until harvest. The buds have a higher percentage of amber pistils. The buds are getting a bit wider and their hairdo is a bit less spiked. Some minor issues with low humidity in the seedling stage. Once past the seedling stage this was a very easy grow. After my daily reservoir change I noticed after moving a few buds that yes i'm smelling licorice . It smells exactly like licorice sticks . I also get pine and some other spice, maybe cloves. My carbon filter still keeps the smell under control but opening the tent gives you a good slap. Buds look close to being ready . I will do a trichome check Sunday and a video. OK I took a few trichome pictures today at 8 complete weeks (Saturday ). This is my first photo period grow so I want to go close to the 10 week Cropking suggested flowering time.

Started the week with a big mid flower feed with NFTG. Also shaved her legs up a bit and defoliated some leaves blocking some light. She is growing tall for a indica and her leaves are more similar to a sativa imo but regardless she is growing very well! Holaa, empezaremos este seguimiento desde la 4ªsemana. (ya que lo comencé y no fotografíe desde el principio, servirá para aprender) Son dos esquejes que me regalaron los cuales no estaban identificados. Estamos en invierno en mi país por lo que tengo problemas con la temperatura, ahora cambie mi iluminación led y está aumento la temperatura a 20ºC cuando esta prendida que es algo mas aceptable en comparación a los 16º o máximo 18ºC que se llegaba con el anterior. Ahora falta corregir la temperatura con el led apagado, estoy pensando que haré. Esa será la principal dificultad de este cultivo. Si alguien tiene alguna recomendación será bien recibida!

I also added a tablespoon of blackstrap molasses to the solution. Everything is looking really good at the moment. She is developing a good frost which is a excellent sign. I came back from vacay. Im harvesting the amensia haze next week!! i’m really excited! i wonder if the painkiller will make it tho. spider mites and thrips somehow got to the plant even though it was inside. and all the pests collectively decided to leave the amnesia alone? Also got new seeds! only paid for 3 lol

Well, as it's been 8 full weeks now it's time to change to flora, today the 24th of July 2023 I'm changing the time from vega to flora so they will take 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness thus starting the flowering phase, today I should have watered with top bloom from top crop but it ended up that I watered only with water and I'll wait for the next watering I'll already water with top bloom from top crop and let's see what these beautiful girls do, I was going to leave another time in vega another two weeks apparently i'm going to move so i don't know if i'm going to have much time left in this house so i'm going to take advantage of the time i have and already putting them to bloom

First buds appeared this Wednesday! Still continuing with shed time at night; I'm still dwelling how/when/if I'll stop this. From start to stop, I can get the plants out in the morning in 7 minutes, and put them away at night in 5. It's also time I'd love to get back. But it also could prevent them being seen by casual weed thieves, as well as saving them from frequent night rains in Sept. But they're also soon going to be getting sticky which will suck for handling them. Speaking of, I'll probably pick a separate shirt to use while doing this, as even tying them up a bit more today has probably made it so I'll reek of weed until I change. Speaking of tying them up, the video allows one to see trees in the background getting tossed around in the wind, while they don't have too much movement. And I love my windchimes :) . Still watering 5 gallons every 2-3 days. Today was pretty cool; only a high of 26C.

Still as hot and dry as I've ever seen and she loves every minute of it. All the fimming has lead to this beautiful bushy shape I've been going for. Did some light defoliating, which is crazy early for me. She's nearly 3 times the size I'm used to for this time of the year. I cannot wait to see how big she'll be by Oct. Nothing but 2 hours of drip and my regular Neem/Aloe/Kelp/Epsom folar spray this week. She's been so incredibly easy to deal with, really love Blueberry. Had a MUCH welcome 6mm of rain one night as well.
