EC and PPM are the same thing , they just measure out differently its the math formula that makes it so . If your EC 0.xxxx is double the amount of your PPM then you have the proper reading . Its tricky to understand there are a ton of formulas out there that will explain it . Here is what an EC chart might look like just to give you a quick comparison to what you might be looking at . You might also wanna keep in mind that there are various PPM equation for various PPM readers as well , so you might wanna look into what formula your PPM meter follow's . The last thing I might suggest is that you trim back all the damaged leaves I can see in the pictures to prevent any unwanted pests from making themselves a nice new home . You should choose one of these measuring unit because they are both referencing to the nutrient level in your water and they are both referring to the same amount of nutrient , it is like the inches and the centimetres 😊✌️🏼 I prefer to use Ec
Hey there so your ppm and ec are pretty much measuring the same thing, water should be in the range of 0-400 based on what kind of water and quality and then once you add in nutrients it will raise that to somewhere around 400(if you have a 0 for water) up to 800 ppm...i think that's kind of the range you're aiming for. This info can just help with knowing if the plants are going to or being burned. So if you're not adding any nutrients right now...your water fairly high. They make nutrients for high water (or hard water) so that may be worth looking into. Happy growing ✌️
Something is fckng with me heavy,I'm using tap/RO water 50/50. and still my cal mag issues are getting worse..I'm hoping that I will be able to finish this grow without big loss in potency or yield .
Buds ended up pretty airy, but I think that is because I still didn't figure out real distance from canopy..I hope I will sort that out next time.. For me it's night time smoke, and Ohh my god this is real Appetite stimulation.. I 'purge my whole house after smoking this.. And I'm not a skinny guy..
I really dont know what more should I wrote. I had them going on 50% of nute strength and they showed burned tips,So I wouldn't recommend going above 1/3 nute strength with them.. Other than cal mag issuess,this was trouble free grow and I'm just hoping it will taste like one that I had grown before. Super blueberry candy sweet .
hope i could answer your question my friend ! here's more info from the RQS blog about EC : https://www.royalqueenseeds.com/blog-cannabis-water-quality-part-2-ppm-ec-n298 .... for the seedling you're good at around 0.8, later on you can raise the EC upto 1.6 by adding nutrients progressively. EC can help you figure out how much nutrients you should be giving... it's more important for soiless and hydro grows, for soil, you dont really need to stay on top of it that much... let me know if you have any other questions ! 🚀
@CRiSPrGrow, I did that once with AN and got waay more troubles.. So i will rather stick with this plan.. On feeding days its 50/50 tap/RO water, and on watering days its plain tap water.. I bought TNC MycorrHydro (mycorrhizal fungi ) and TNC BactorrS13 ( friendly bacteria) I hope it will help too.

Can I offer a little advice my friend?
With autoflowering genetics we advise that you start the seedlings in the pot the plant will be in throughout its lifecycle. Autoflowering strains do not like to be potted up as it causes stress and reduces growth 👍
Are you planning on potting these ladies into bigger pots? If so I would advise that you do it as soon as you can mate 👍

@The_Projexx, Cal mag is still fckn with me,but buds looks ok, so I kind Give it up on busting my head why tho,I will try to do some tweaks on water ph and stuff.. They are smelling, not on first, but when I leave my tent open and put them out for watering,smell spreads around.. I must goggle how much do they flower, but I will count 8 weeks minimum or should I say 60 days..
congrats on harvest. looks tasty. i've also been eating everything and that's just off the other strains...i'll be careful/ i mean go extra shopping for this one when she's ready haha.
They are now in their final pots;15l air pots.. I grow at remote place,so germination/sprouting in cups at home,was easiest way for me..I learned if is done correct transplation doesnt hurt them,I did it both way , with and without transplantation I got same results. .Thanks dor your following,I will tag you in afn too..
