Before diving into the details, let’s start with a note on my flowering timeline. While this is Week 4, I don’t start counting flower days the moment I flip to 12/12. Instead, I wait for the plants to show true signs of bloom. It’s a small but significant distinction that keeps things accurate and aligned with the plants’ development. 🌱 Defoliation: Timing is Everything! Defoliation is a critical part of the flowering stage, and I typically wait until Day 21. However, this week, I tackled it earlier on Day 17 because: 1️⃣ The room was simply too full. 2️⃣ And most importantly—the Papaya Zoap had other plans! She’s a fighter—determined, defiant, and constantly reaching for the moon. Despite intense training like super cropping, she’s still pushing upward, nearly outpacing the LED lights. Challenges like this remind us of a simple truth: gardening mirrors life. It’s about resilience, adaptation, and unwavering determination. 💪 This week, I added a second SCROG layer. While this net will support the flowering colas, it’s also there to strategically manage the Papaya Zoap. Why? Because experience has taught me that if she grows out of the LED’s range, she won’t finish properly—and that could disrupt the balance for every other plant in the tent. It’s all about teamwork, even in the garden. 🌟 Defoliation was intense, removing nearly all the leaves with stems to clear space and boost airflow. The tent now looks dramatically different! After 12 weeks of flower this grow is FINALLY over It was a relatively easy grow as far as maintenance and feeding are concerned. Midway through the flowering cycle the smell became very loud and the buds were sticky and frosty. I would definitely grow this again especially since I have around 50 more seeds lol. I didn't add the wet weight of the plants because I never weight wet because it doesn't matter but I will post the dry weight for all of you when they're done drying.

This diary is going to be a day by day if I keep up. Unless I am on vacation I will take pictures every day. Sorry for some of the potato quality pics earlier on. After week 2 or so I'm going to only take pics with my camera flash. The first image is about a day after sprouting. No pictures for the pineapple for the first week as I wasn't sure if it was going to grow or perish. It must have had a mild root infection but it has won the battle against it as of now and is doubling in size daily after a week of not doing much. I am using a uv light in the reservoir. My method is using 3-D printer root sprayers to pump water directly to the roots, I also have an air stone in each 5 gallon bucket. I have an overflow on each bucket to drain the water back into the reservoir. I positioned the buckets on top of chairs to let gravity do its thing there. Humidity has been fine lately so I am not using the dehumidifier. Future grows I will get a controller to turn the dehumidifier on if needed. I wanted to clone these but realized it's not good to do with autoflowers so I have ordered regular feminized purple haze and cbd blueberry for my next grow. Stay tuned!

Hi Growmies, She is continuing to swell similar to her clone mother. She is continuing to gulp up the nutrients, leaving me to almost having to change the reservoir every 5 days. Hey everyone! 👋 Another week and another update, and in this week I finally flipped my babies! (and it wasn't a failed attempt) 😍 They are now in the 12/12 cycle and I must say last week's recovery was crucial to finally do it! Besides of all that this week was quite uneventful compared to the other ones (which I suppose is a good thing! 😝) The only things worth mentioning besides what I already wrote is that I overfed my babies (double dosage) but it seems they took them well and that Boomer and her sisters (specially Boomer) get thirsty really fast compared to before... which means I need to water them more frequently which isn't terrible. I also finally have some new time lapses 😊 I hope you all enjoy them! Thanks for reading! 🙌

Topped them end of last week, still not given them feed as the farmyard manure they were planted straight into seems to be giving them what they need so far, I've given them rain water when they needed it. Hopefully the sun will return this coming week 🌞

The buds are getting bigger, two plants have started fading to yellow, while the one in the middle is severely overfed, which I did not realize at the time. Still quite happy with how they looked and that the canopy was quite even without much additional training besides the initial topping. I did bend the center plant's (the only one which wasn't topped) main branch to the side however.

I'm super thrilled for this one. I've been wanting to get my hands on it for about a year now. It's a great night time, migraine removing, sleep inducing strain for me. I hope the phenotype I have works just as well. I topped and defoliated every plant. I'm trying to form them into canna-bushes. Hopefully I'm doing the correct training procedures to make them all grow that way both indoors and out.

8eme jours de flo .Plein Stretch Salut les growmies , la première semaine de flo c est bien passé. L entrée dans la deuxième semaine avec une diminution du nombre de ml/litre de Grow et une augmentation de solution Bloom. Ajout de 1ml/ de Candy Bud et ajout de 1ml par l de big bud

I've ordered myself a little holder thingy for the phone, so I can attach the pocket microscope to it and take stable pictures through it - until then, just believe me that the trichomes started to turn amber in large enough amounts that I did not want to wait any longer. Going for that active, energizing high, it was time to cut her! I will see that I fill in the growdiary live week by week from now on - I would have added a lot more thoughts and notes that way I believe. Might have slightly helped diagnosing the poor thing earlier. 😅 On the grow itself, there are several things I learned and want to improve going forward. For one, I am not going to carry that much water around a second time 😄 I can't really weigh this right now and I already started smoking it 😇 - but if possible I will try and provide a dry estimate later this month when I prepare the remains for curing.

smell is strong now. sour 76 has a range of citrus, number 1 is lemon dominated with fuel scent underneath. number 2 has a smell super similar to tangie! seeing sour 76 parent is cali sour d (cali orange x sour d x mexican sativa) cross to 76 afghan it makes sense to me it has reminiscent smell to tangie (cali orange x skunk 1 [mexican sativa x afghan indica x colombian sativa]) very similar parent lineages there! havin smoke test both, sour 76 is much more heavy handed high! plants finish at 66 days this run. at this point I gave last main feeds before tapering nutes back lower for week 8 and then flush week 9

Gave her some preflower food and more mycorrhizae. She's stretching like crazy 🤣 I'm loving the smell all ready. Smelling lemon and fruits. Gave her some low stress training and at the end of the week.

End of the first official week of rooting for these WalkerBerry OG cuts. We’re down to 6 plants and 2 specimens of each. It’s been 4 days since initial cutting and they’re already showing small signs of rooting. I’ve had nothing but success with this little home made aerocloner for years and it’s just so much easier and less hassle than all the humidity domes and mats etc. nothing against it - I’m just lazy and all that stuff is a pain in the ass. As of now - all the leaves on the cuts have started to ball up in confusion as they shift focus to more root creation. They want to flower but know they can’t so I expect to see re-vegetation in another few days. After that we’ll probably have to look at some sort of impromptu dwc system as this container likely can’t take even half of em through full term through pollination. We’ll look to re-initiate flower as soon as they’ve got some decent developed root growth. Alls good here👍. ***update - all clones showing good root growth in only 7 days. Upping to a full Rez in a couple days.
