In knapp einer Woche haben sich die beiden verdoppelt. Die Seifuku hat sich super vom Topping erholt, hat aber einen etwas großen Abstand zwischen den Nodien. Die Lampe wurde von 80 cm auf 60 cm Abstand gesenkt, um so die Intensität zu erhöhen. Beide haben es gut vertragen, und nächste Woche wird sie weitere 10–15 cm gesenkt, da ich wegen des Magnetdimmers nur in 20-%-Stufen dimmen kann. Bei der Sour Zoda wurde das erste Blattpaar entfernt, sodass die Seitentriebe nicht mehr verdeckt werden. Ich habe aber wohl das falsche gewählt, weil das nächste Paar so schnell gewachsen ist, dass sie sofort wieder verdeckt waren. Die Sour Zoda wächst eher gedrungen im Vergleich zur Seifuku. Nach den Fotos wurden beide mit Wizzy's Pflanzengeflüster (0,5 g auf 50 ml pro Pflanze) eingesprüht. ---- In just under a week, both have doubled in size. The Seifuku has recovered really well from the topping but shows a somewhat large spacing between the nodes. The light was lowered from 80 cm to 60 cm to increase intensity. Both handled it well, and next week it will be lowered another 10–15 cm, since with the magnetic dimmer I can only adjust in 20% steps. On the Sour Zoda, the first pair of leaves was removed so the side shoots wouldn’t be shaded. But I probably chose the wrong pair, because the next set grew so quickly that they were shaded again right away. The Sour Zoda grows more compact compared to the Seifuku. After the photos both plants have been treated with Wizzy's Pflanzengeflüster (0,5 g in 50 ml per plant) Nachtrag: Wir haben einen Schädlingsbefall, daher wurde die Erde bedeckt mit einer dicken Schicht Sand und darauf Splitt. Dadurch wird der Sand nicht weggespült beim Gießen und es wird noch unattraktiver für die Wurzelfliegen. Bei der Seifuku wurden die Haupttriebe mit Clips heruntergebogen. Bei beiden wurde das unterste Blattwerk entfernt, damit die ich die Barriere gut auf die Erde bekomme.

Start in Woche 4. Hat sich einiges an Wuchs getan. Machen langsam den Eindruck wie richtige Pflanzen. Bisher scheint alles ok zu sein. Muss sich auch nicht ändern. Beleuchtung auf 30 DLI bei max 700 PPFD geändert. Schaunmermal, ob sie das aushalten, begrüßen oder neg. reagieren. Zeitraffer der vorhergehenden Woche am. Ende der Bilderreihe. Update 1: Die LCC hat jetzt ne LT Spange. Bei den anderen beiden gings nicht, weil der Wuchs zu kompakt ist. Internodienlänge ist echt kurz. Mal abwarten, wann es diese oder nächste Woche nochmal ne Chance gibt.

Starting to flower this week, Dropped my lights closer to canopy and started giving full strength nutes + big bud and bud candy from here out :)

Beginning of the 10th week of flower. Shouldn’t be too much longer now. I will add some bud and trich pictures this week.

She’s fattened up nicely and in full flush mode. Been in flush around 16 Days but nothing heavy until today. I wanted her to fatten up a bit before giving her some heavy flushes before she gets the chop. Not long now.

Tag65 Blüte Nummer 1 hatt es geschafft. Die Top's wurden zum trocknen aufgehängt. Der Rest kam ins Gefrierfach zum Waschen. Denke Samstag oder Sonntag sollten die andren 2 auch soweit sein. Mal schaun, denke werde auf 2 mal waschen.. Tag69 Alle 3 haben es geschafft. Es wurden wieder die Top's zu trocknen ins Zelt gehängt. Der Rest kam ins Gefrierfach. Morgen wird Dan die Waschmaschine angeworfen👍 Gewogen hab ich nur mal das zum Waschen bzgl. Ertrag. Waschtag👍 Ergebnis warn 29,8g schön reines Material (hauptsächlich aus dem 45micron Bag) Bei den 60 und 90micron Bags waren es insgesamt 27,9g (ich hätte denke mal noch besser Spülen sollen. Doch noch recht viel grün dabei, oder zu viel Eis erwischt..) Aber bin zufrieden, gerade das aus dem 45er sieht echt gut aus👍 Nach 2 Wochen Cure gab's nen schönen Ball👌 Muss leider sagen, mein Geschmack ist es nicht, aber das Ergebnis ist trotzdem richtig schön geworden. Schmiltz bei 20°C Raumtemperatur dahin und schneidet sich wie Butter😍🍞 Wird nun einvakumiert und in den Gefrierschrank gepackt 👍

Today is day 56 and things are looking pretty good. Watered with half strength nutrients and will probably switch to straight water in the next couple days. The smell has really developed over the past couple weeks, I would say it was weak and just sweet/fresh but now it hits hard with sweet cream and funk/gas.

Chugging along, slight nitrogen burn off on largest phenotype. Just fattening up for 4 more weeks then choppy chop.

Essa variedade veio de brinde de numa compra que fiz, a planta cresceu bem bonita e saúda e já comprei mais 3+1 da Puro Instinto , as sementes tem um bom preço e eu não conhecia esse produtor e sstou gostando muito do desenvolvimento da planta, hoje mesmo já estou abrindo o diário com as 4 sementes que foram para germinar hoje. Essa belezinha aqui está JK ambiente externo pegando um som já bem intenso com a proximidade da primavera nk hemisfério sul.

I can see the finish line. I started the flush this week 5/2/19 nothing but Harvested Rain Water 25 PPM filled both 5 gallon pots nice and slow to saturate the coco until I had runoff. I checked the drip pan PPM was 1986 I'm sure the residue from the other feedings were still in the pan from weeks past. I collect a clean sample of runoff today 5/5/19 with a 5 gallon flush on each pot and check that. 1100 ppm I used the Flawless Finish on the 5 gallons to clean out most of the salts let the plants slowly eat up the reserves in the fan leaves. I am seeing the yellow fade of autumn now. will let dry out for 2 more days and Flush again with the Flawless Finish on 5/7/19 PPM 390 I am seeing the fade to yellow on the shorter one the tall one is still green but the PPM on both are at 390. another 2 day dry out last flush 5 gallons of R/O WATER. on 5/9/19 The time-lapse files got corrupted 😥 but I shot a live video of some close ups. Cut of the SCROG and wow are they sticky. the smell is really strong now. Thanks for all the support and advice on this grow. I have to have patience for the chop, all most there.

This week marked the start of flowering - they were showing sex and soon you could make out the little preflower budsites on both of them! This week also marked the start of their explosive grow-stretch phase. Looking back, i should have trained way more aggressive. but not TOO aggressive! on Day 21, i adjusted a prexisting stake too hard and plant Bs main trunk snapped in the middle. (I only fully noticed this in the next week, i just heard a snap but didnt visually see anything, the crack really formed over the next couple of days) A shock for me as an inexperienced grower - but again, as with everything so far, the BPP just. did. not. care. at all. i supported her with some stakes from below and rubbercoated garden wire, but honestly, the plant took good care of itself. Note to self - train early, train evenly, and test flexibility BEFORE adjusting :P Ramped up PPFD to about 600 and Watering to 1,5L on Day 21 and 2L on Day 25. They were getting thirsty! Day 21 was the last time i added root juice with 1 ml/L, and Day 25 i began adding Flowering Nutes and Stims with BioBloom and Topmax, 1ml/L each per plant. PH with both waterings was 6,5. Didnt measure Drain PH cause i was lazy. Also defoliated leaves that were blocking out future budsites. So far, they didnt care about topping, staking them down, defoliating, and Plant B also didnt care 1 bit about being literally ripped in half. i am impressed.

Beginning of week.. So I went ahead and did a late defoliation.. humidity is sitting too high in the tent.. its been around 50 - 55 % RH but it does sometimes get up to 60% RH.. removing some of these leaves should help lower the RH AND lower the chances of getting mold.. these are gonna be some fat colas.. and those are the ones mold can creep up on.. doing my best.. dehumidifier just cant keep up.. but I also dont run it inside the tent due to the heat that thing and it's transformer give off when it runs for over 24 hours or so.. but she shouldn't mold.. I've got 3 fans inside just moving air.. but of course, sometimes that isn't enough.. but we will see how this goes.. may even add another fan.. keep it on the floor of the tent an point it up.. we shall see! But damn she smells so amazing.. i can smell alot of similarities from the Mandarin Cookies in here.. which also has Mandarin Sunset as a mother.. just as this one does.. but you can smell the skunk along with it.. but not as powerful as the citrus.. aw man the citrus.. love that shit.. I even chewed on a trichome covered fan leaf.. very delicious! So glad I have 9 more of this strain and a few others from ETHOS.. next run may be some Aura Genetix.. I've gotta see what fast versions are all about.. I bougt some of the Peach Bellini.. should be pretty epic.. keep an eye out for that diary after this one! Mid week.. Lower branches are getting plenty of light after the defoliation. The smell is getting intense. My carbon filter has began to smell like shit lol. Not literally.. but it stinks.. maybe like rotten skunk or something.. I've ordered a new one but I took that smelly one off for now.. so the whole block smells like member berries right now till the new filter comes in.. tomorrow. I couldn't figure out what the smell was untill i accidentally got my face into the exhaust fan wind.. smelled like rotten skunky shit.. lol. I guess I forgot things need to be changed out every so often.. just figured "air" running thru it wouldn't make it crap out so fast. Been maybe 8 - 12 months.. something like that. Never used one before this.. but running some ETHOS, it is a must! So citrusy! Purples are slowly coming in. She really reminds me of the Mandarin Cookies I grew.. but I also think the Mandarin Cookies was heavier on the Mandarin Sunset phenotype side.. and this one is pretty similar. Scent, growth, stretch.. but I know I cant say for sure that's what it is.. this is just what I believe is going on. But wow.. such a beautiful plant.. I've had to run a a few twist ties to other branches in order to keep them from flopping over, leaning on eachother and the sides of the tent.. should have scrogged I guess lol.. live and learn tho.. but so far its not too bad.. but this early on shows me what I might have to be dealing with in the next couple of weeks cuz they are beginning to get STACKED! I've said it before, and I'll say it again... ETHOS for the win 🏆 Later that day... Wow.. going back in again and now she smells just like the Early Lemon Berry! Wth! How is that even possible?! She is doing amazing things! Some calyxes are beginning to turn purple. Some of the top leaves are as well. Tried to get some decent pics of it.. but I guess I cant figure the new phone out.. as you can see, some pics are a little blurry. And sometims the capture is delayed behind the flash and I still get a dark pic as if it didnt even flash.. but whatever.. I can't wait to see what she has to offer! Such a gorgeous girlie! So happy and excited for this one! End of week.. Nothing left to do now but feed/water for about 1 more week and she will be ready for the 2 week flush!.. I normally like to just water as normal (without nutes, duh) for the entire 2 weeks and still keep checking runoff.. maybe FloraKleen once a week and then just water till harvest! So far, I am starting to see some milky! Still mostly clear, but that means she is getting closer! So excited! This girl really smells just like the Early Lemon Berry I grew! But still with a bit of sweetness to it too! Aw man I can't wait! Anyways... on to the next week!...

🍮 Chem Brûlée – Pheno B Week 5 | A Different Rhythm, The Same Beautiful Journey Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! One of the greatest joys of running a phenotype hunt is watching two sisters grow side by side while revealing completely different personalities. Same genetics. Same environment. Same lighting schedule. Nearly identical nutrition. Yet each plant chooses her own path. Chem Brûlée Pheno B is proving exactly that. Although she shares many similarities with her sister, she’s writing a story entirely her own. ⸻ 🌱 How We Got Here For anyone joining this diary for the first time, this entire project is being grown using the 12/12 From Seed technique. Instead of providing a long vegetative period before switching the lights, the plants receive a 12 hours on / 12 hours off light cycle from the very beginning of life. This allows every phenotype to decide naturally when it’s mature enough to begin flowering. Some start earlier. Others prefer to spend a little more time building themselves before making that transition. That’s exactly what makes this project so fascinating. Nature decides. I simply provide the environment and let each plant express herself. ⸻ 🌼 Week One of Flower Although we’re now five weeks from seed, this marks what I’m considering Week One of Flower for Chem Brûlée Pheno B. The transition is now undeniable. Fresh white pistils are appearing across the growing tips, signalling that the plant has officially entered her reproductive phase. Over the coming weeks these tiny white hairs will multiply rapidly, forming the foundation for the flowers that will eventually cover the canopy. This is where the magic really begins. ⸻ 🍃 Big Leaves, Beautiful Health Just like her sister… The first thing that catches your eye is those incredible fan leaves. They’re huge. Wide. Deep green. Full of life. Healthy fan leaves are the engines powering everything that comes later, capturing light and converting it into the energy needed to build stems, roots and eventually dense, resin-covered flowers. Looking across the canopy, she’s showing exactly the kind of vigorous growth I hope to see during this stage. There is one damaged leaf visible in this week’s photographs. That one is entirely my fault. Sometimes, while working around the plants, accidents happen. Fortunately, it’s nothing more than cosmetic damage. The rest of the plant continues looking exceptionally healthy, and one damaged leaf certainly won’t slow her down. ⸻ 🌿 Gentle Training Training continues to remain intentionally simple. Rather than forcing the plant into unnatural shapes, I’m using gentle Low Stress Training, carefully bending and repositioning growth to improve light distribution throughout the canopy. Leaf tucking also remains part of the daily routine whenever needed. Small adjustments performed consistently usually produce better long-term results than aggressive training all at once. The goal isn’t to control the plant. The goal is simply to help every future flower receive as much light as possible. ⸻ 🌡️ This Week’s Environment The environment continues providing ideal conditions for this stage of development. This week’s averages included: • Day temperature: 31.1°C • Night temperature: 25°C • Relative humidity: 67% • Nutrient solution: 24.2°C • Root zone: 21°C • CO₂: 639 ppm Humidity remains intentionally a little higher while the plants are still stretching and producing fresh vegetative growth. As flowering progresses and buds begin to stack, humidity will gradually be reduced to provide the ideal conditions for healthy flower development. Watching the room evolve each week has been incredibly satisfying. Every update feels like another step closer to seeing this full canopy covered in flowers. ⸻ 📸 This Week’s Photos This week’s update includes a variety of different perspectives, including bird’s-eye views, side profiles, detailed close-ups, and room shots documenting her progress from every angle. I always enjoy photographing plants this way because every perspective tells a slightly different story. From above, you can appreciate the canopy. From the side, you can see the structure. Close-ups reveal the first pistils beginning to emerge. Together, they create a complete snapshot of this stage in her journey. ⸻ 🔮 Looking Ahead Over the coming week I expect Chem Brûlée Pheno B to continue stretching while producing many more flowering sites throughout the canopy. The number of white pistils should increase significantly as flower formation accelerates, and the plant will begin directing more energy toward building future bud sites. Training will remain gentle and minimal, allowing her natural structure to develop while simply improving light penetration where necessary.
