Day 30- May 10th Heres they are. A month old. Made a clip for them. Its pretty hot here these days. The weather app says itd rain tmr so hopefully it does. Noticed some leaves have been flipping over. I recalibrated my ph pen and flushed with water. In fact this begins the final week of flower. Flush is happening as we speak. Started off with draining the res, then top flushed with straight h2o. Drained water again and refilled. Added h2o2 to cleanup any bad bacteria, as i will be reusing all the rocks for the next grow.

gave plant a good spray down with warm water to dislodge mites. Also treated with castile soap and vinegar wash under all the leaves. Applied predatory mites the next day. So far no sign yet, fingers crossed.

Hey now, this week went pretty good, the buds are about done bulking up, and just waiting on the trichomes, I was really hoping she would be about ready, but I think she needs another week to week and a half total. The buds are rock hard, and super sticky. I have no clue what she will yield because the colas are not that thick, but there are definitely alot of them. I plan to squeeze her into rosin, and hopefully I can break the 25% mark for the first time with her, but we will see. 07.07: Nach dem Stress die letzten Tage (Umtopfen, Toppen), darf sie sich in den nächsten Tagen ein wenig regenerieren und neue Blattmasse ausbilden. *4-Way-Main-Lining* Ich habe in dieser Woche mit dem Training begonnen. Im ersten Schritt habe ich nach der 3. Nodie die Pflanze getoppt. Des Weiteren habe ich die Triebe an der 1. Nodie entfernt. Später habe ich dann die 4 restlichen Triebe an der 2./3. Nodie ein weiteres mal getoppt.

This week I didn't spend much time checking in on the tent, but when I went to check the reservoir, which I expected to be empty, I realized that the system was clogged. About half of the nutrient solution was still in the tank. I opened the tent to check the moisture of the substrate. It was pretty dry already and the plants were showing some heat stress and the burnt tips had gotten somewhat worse. Being too close to the light didn't help either. They weren't hanging yet, but they needed to drink. It was clogged in a small part of piping between the tank and the tap, which I realized, was never actually cleaned before. And I did have some organic compounds in there a rather long time ago, which probably caused this in the first place. I unclogged it within a few minutes, and bought some Canna D Block to try out. I will probably refill the reservoir again early next week.

So this week is the start of flower !! Woooohooo finally get to show what I'm made of ! Step one ) take all the big fan leaves Step two ) establish a "light line" and take all small shoots that are unable to get the proper amount of light due to their distance from the top of the canopy. * These are the places we all wish would grow ! These are also the places that are at risk of - hermaphroditism - mold - waste of energy for the plant. ** These are also some of the best places to take clones ** Continue to tie and secure everything in preparation of massize buds ! I hope some people looked at this like " This took way too much off " I took ALOT. Yes I push , I push hard to know how much they can take . Yes I would say 60% of plants DO NOT like a massive defoliating. But, the ones who do , you will unlock a yeild like never seen . It's the risk we take . One thing I have noticed is when I'm gonna defoli , I don't combone high stress or toping + a bunch of other techniques . Should have some pretty huge plants by two months ! So the pics are few days old due to there being a problem with my page for some reason. Buds aren’t really getting fat and the girls have yellowed quite a bit since I took these pics on Monday. Still learning I think I just didn’t start feeding them early or heavily enough and they never really recovered. It looks like my yields will be well down vs my 2nd grow which was all organic... which I may go back to for G4. Anyways, given them big feeds and plan to harvest the most developed plant end of this week and let the others go another few weeks to see if they gain any weight. So lessons learnt.
