This week went really great! Plants are looking super healthy today at day 22 from seed!! Today they got a dose of just pure water phd at 6.5 ! Temperature an humidity has been staying pretty stable everyday, staying around 70-75 degrees and 58-61 % humidity!! Can’t wait to see what these girls do this week ! The colours are popping! I’ve started to taper off the nutrients, I don’t typically “flush” the plants, but rather taper nutrients down until I have been able to give straight phd water for the last 3-4 feeds, making sure to water until I get about 5-10% runoff. I’ve tried both methods , the other being that I pour like 10 gallons of water through the plant, and I can’t tell the difference with my smoke, still clean and very tasty. I did a small defoliation at the end of the week, and added a support pole for the 1 lady in the far back, she was already starting to lean… just a couple of weeks to go !

Started off germinating the Grapefruit and taproots showing at 05/06, planted directly into an Eazyplug cube w/10 L fabric pot + Freedom Farms seed starter. Red clovers were germinated the same time and thrown directly into the soil mix, those germinated and sprouted within ~7days for Nitrogen fixation into the soil. Had a G13 Labs Berry Auto which unfortunately has gone up to day 11 now with incredibly slow growth, might have been error on my part with a bit too much water + humidity. Sadly had to pull the small girl out since there was evidence of stress + damping off as the root j-rooted and then died after trying to correct this minor issue. Don't think I'll buy G13 seeds soon considering the Grapefruit had 0 issues despite germination being slightly slower than the Berry. The giant mycelium bag is a Co2 generator with some Shiitake mushroom culture pre-inoculated and colonized. Broke the substrate up a bit by squeezing the bag today so the mycelium fruit has more space to colonize in. :)

Here’s a deep dive into this exciting and educational week: The “Flush” in Full Swing The flush continues as we prepare the ladies for their final days. While we’re a week or so away from harvest, the plants are responding beautifully, showcasing stunning fades that highlight their unique genetics. This fading process is a critical part of the journey, helping the plants naturally finish their cycle while preserving those complex terpene profiles we all love. The Mold Incident: A Teachable Moment This week brought a challenge—a few buds succumbed to bud rot (Botrytis), particularly on the Papaya Zoap and a single bud from the Gorilla Melon. While disheartening, it’s a reminder that mold can occur even in the most well-maintained gardens, especially with dense colas and a full canopy. After a thorough inspection, all affected buds were removed and discarded to prevent the spread. A quick note to all growers: defoliation plays a massive role in airflow and prevention of such issues. This is why mid-flower defoliation is a game-changer, and I’m grateful it kept the rest of the garden healthy! Papaya Zoap’s Unique Quirks The Papaya Zoap continues to be a star of the show with its frosty buds and… albino tips! These tiny white tips are likely from being too close to the lights. While it’s a cosmetic detail that doesn’t affect quality, it’s a fascinating display of how genetics and environment interact. A Frost-Filled Wonderland The room is absolutely glistening with frost. Trichomes are piling up like snow, giving the entire garden a magical wintery appearance. I genuinely believe the ThinkGrow LEDs and TrolMaster spectrum control deserve a shoutout here. Running deep red, far red, and UV at 100%, combined with whites at 50%, is delivering incredible results. The ability to fine-tune the spectrum is a game-changer for resin production and terpene enhancement. Nutrient & Soil Rundown On the nutrient side, the solution measures: • pH: 6.67 • TDS (Reservoir): 65 ppm • Solution Temp: 18.3°C Soil stats show a TDS of 695 ppm, indicating there’s still some nutrient reserve left in the medium—a perfect transition into the flush phase. It’s all about ensuring the plants have enough to finish strong without compromising flavor or smoothness. A Garden of Many Colors The fades across the room are a sight to behold. Each strain is showcasing its unique hues, with the Green Papaya leading the frost parade, and the Punch Pie taking the crown for bud size. La pianta numero 2 e la numero 3 hanno letteralmente raddoppiato la loro circonferenza.💪 Per non parlare dei colori, i pistilli iniziano a diventare arancioni e con il giallo e le varie tonalità di verde dei buds la rendono molto affascinante.😍 L odore ormai ha preso il sopravvento nella tenda, e sta cambiando in meglio. Note dolci di caramella si mischiano all intenso profumo di Arancia.🤤 Eh niente ragazzi! Day 83: After being in the dark for like 4-7 days, they where ready to harvest. All plants getting cut by the machine, big buds are cut by hand. I never weight wet buds because that doesnt make any sence. I will update soon on how much it is dry weight. My friend helped me with the harvest since it takes many hours of work. I have many buds that are as big or bigger as my hand. Quallity so far looks promising even thought there are shitty buds as well, but thats normal and oke. They have been cut freshly so I won't lose much weight when cutting. This will happen when cutting dry buds. The remaining small leafs on the wet buds will dry in with the buds and will be barely visible. More info soon.

This week was about pushing in to full flower. I am more than happy with the size, reaching a meter in length and in width. The side shoots caught up beautifully with the main cola and we have a lot of bud sites with great spacing.
