3/8 (0745): CP weedlings look super happy. Can see the next node starting to develop between the fan leaves! HK and 710 germinating away. 3/8 (1600): Horticultural charcoal was delivered yesterday so I did a little top dress on the seedlings. Gave a light watering too. 3/9 (0730): Second node is coming in quick! Seeds still germinating but expecting to see green tonight or tomorrow AM. 3/9 (2230): CP growing strong, expect the second set of leaves by EOD tomorrow. HK and 710 broke soil over the course of the evening and will be upright by tomorrow morning! Learned from some key mistakes: didn’t water as much, planted the seed deeper so the shell would come off. Feeling good!! 3/10 (1200): HK and 710 seedlings are making their way up today! Had to help the 710 out of the inner seed coating, which was holding the cotyledons together. Both seedlings are open and getting sunlight, everyone's very happy. Both CPs are growing their second node quickly. 3/10 (2245): watered CPs. PH 6.4 going in and 7.1 coming out. Have been misting the HK/710 as needed. 3/12 (0900): watered/misted all. PH. 6.2 going in and 6.4 coming out. Much better. CPs are filling out their 3-bangers and have the start of growth for the fives. Ordered some smart plugs yesterday in the hopes of automating environment control a little.

Diese Woche bekommen die Kleinen erstmals Plagron Power Roots. An Tag 3 dieser Woche sind sie 7,5, 7 und 5cm hoch. Die Kleinste wurde etwas tiefer eingepflanzt, wächst aber auch etwas kompakter als die anderen. Weiß nicht ob es daran liegt. In dieser Woche wird umgetopft und das erste Topping durchgeführt. Es bleibt nur eine Pflanze im Zelt. Die Auserwählte kommt direkt in den finalen Topf. An Tag 7 wurden die Pflanzen getoppt. Der Plan war erst eine Pflanze auf 60x60 zu growen, Demnächst werden die 3 aber in ein 80x80 Zelt umziehen.

so its been a steady week growth has been amazing especially on my OG kush and the auto-colorado Cookies. Unfortunately while doing some lst on the colorado cookies i snapped branch. I was able to duct tape it back and hook it to the main branch as a form of botany sling. ill be taking clones in 2 days (waiting for freaking amazon) i plan to take arond 3-6 from the og kush and 2-5 from the g zkittlez(about 8 total) from there i will begin a perptual 2 week harvest. Once the roots take place i will put them all in soil and after about a week or two i will be placing 2-4 into a flower tent, arriving soon as well. Following 2-3 weeks later place another 2 into the flower tent, and do this while cloning every 5 weeks. This is a rough draft idea. I will need to ensure the essential space is available, the veg tent doesnt get too crowded, and the smell can be contained. But all is looking good as of now! update 09-04 took clones today. took too many the goal was 6-8 total and i did 8 per plant, 16 total. The OG kush has been such a stronger strain in ways i did know plant could vary. What i am specifically speaking to is when cutting the og kush cuts stayed up right with leaves still in the up/"praying" position and stayed that way until placed in the tent. the G zkittlez IMMEDIATELY started drooping and i could feel how weak the cuts were. Regardless i took 8 from each and am very excited about some of these cuts. I still have high, yes pun intended, hopes for the gorilla zkittlez, some strains in my experience do shit during veg but come alive during flower and vice versa, that being said if the same routine occurs during flower i do not expect to keep this strain in my line up. i have Amherst sour Diesel (humboldt) and Skywalker Kush (emerald triangle) seeds sitting waiting to be used, 3 of each fem.

My girls are growing nicely in spite of humidity and temperature at less than ideal values. I have a pretty big light... MarsHydro II 1600 and it's heating my grow room up to 30C if I'm not careful. I still can't get my humidity up over 30% for any length of time. Today I spend time sealing up the interior of the room so that I could keep humidity in. I'm going to adjust my inline fans too. I currently have 2 inline fans but maybe it's too much. I'll turn one off to see if that makes a difference. I added a cool mist humidifier but I'm starting to think it's too small for the room.

This week I was mostly smoking Panama Red. Hit a wee bump as it seems I never learn my lesson by bringing outside plants inside, some sap-sucking greenfly aphids decided my grow tent was a perfect new home. The thing about trying to recreate a "perfect" environment for growth, it can also be perfect for a host of unwanted problems. All the holes I've cut into the tent don't help I'd guess either. The 5 species of Clover is far more dense a cover crop than I'd imagined it would be. The chaplain overdone his blessings it seems. The blue borage companion plant was the first to be suckled on by unwanted visitors, I'd say 90+% of the aphids I found were eating on the underside of the borage leafs. I gave her a good bath and thorough scrub with some soap, just need to give her time to bounce back. If I can't beat them, I'll join them. Only I'll be the one who decides what predators lurk under the canopy! This will need time and research. Back to it I guess. Day 12 of organic grow and all is well. Seemed to have dialed in the conditions and able to keep good air movement, CO2 levels, and consistent temperatures/humidity with the ThruWall Closet Fan (Model TW108 ), and the Holmes Twin Exhaust/Intake Fan (Model HAWF-2041). Humidity is maintained with a Lovoit 6L Ultrasonic Programmable Cool Mist Humidifier (Model# LV600HH). Added a SCROG screen (just a cargo net) and bought the Sample Pack of organic nutrients from Nectar for the Gods (just pay shipping and they will send you the sample nutrients - check out the website). People say their line of nutrients make the buds smell and taste like no other! I have always been an organic Earth Juice nutrient guy, so I am going to experiment with combining the two. Lights are on 24/0 and she has tight internodal spacing with good vertical growth. Room that closet is in is beginning to smell skunky at times, and like diesel at other times. Questa settimana ho deciso di montare una lampada di supporto a LED per poter far arrivare a tutte le piante abbastanza luce, le piante continuano a crescere e i fiori sembra che stiano maturando per bene spero di raccogliere almeno 4/5 piante entro 2/3 settimane,perché alcune sono molto indietro rispetto ad altre.

Week 8, Day 56, Day 12 of Flower. Well the girls are doing nicely again, however PK#2 is still smaller than PK#1. PK1 is 18” tall and PK2 is only 14” tall. Seeds came from same package, but PK2 sprouted 8 hours later. Both are receiving the same nutes. I did notice this morning that she did start to stretch since seeing her last night. All in all things are going well. I did notice a few fan leaves with a slight purpling so I will try adding a little more CaliMagic on the next feed. They are currently receiving 200ppm. Of CaliMagic. The last feeding was 660ppm total nutes, but 950ppm 1.9EC in the run-off so I gave them some Phed water to help clear some of the nutes building up in the media on the next feed which went down to 650ppm 1.3EC in the run-off. Thinking about doing a flush with some Florakleen, or should I wait until flush time at week 7 and 8 of flower when Trichomes are hopefully milky. All comments and suggestions welcome.
