Chopping Time

Hello. This is the end of week 8 and the beginning of week 9 of flowering. Although the seed description said 10 to 11 weeks, I going to cut these girls down at 10 weeks. I need the room to grow and flower some Mac and Crack that's already growing.. Getting close to harvest I'll start flushing, But I'll give them 1 more feeding and then nothing but water till the end. I get much better taste and the buds smoke better if I flush and get the chemicals out of the soil before harvest. Well, that's the end of the Freak Bros. book # 10... I think there are 3 or 4 more books left in that series. I'll show them in future diaries. My other diaries have the old underground comic book, Weirdo by Robert Crumb if you want to check them out to see. The buds are really getting solid now and some are getting heavy and heading for the floor. Good times... Getting some great smells now. Musk is the most common. But some, smell of Citrus with Musk under tones. The smell is overpowering my carbon filter. I can smell these plants out by the street if the wind is blowing that way. Pure Lemon Skunk smell by the street. Nice. Getting near the end of their lives now and there are more yellow leaves as the plants pull what they need from the big fan leaves before turning the leaves brown. Some plants have sticky resin and some have slippery resin. OK. Have Fun. Chuck.

Frostbangers are doing really well as the buds are thickening up she smells so good.They are starting to produce some heavy trichomes.I have begun to add 2ml Plagron green sensation every feeding now.The light intensity is set at 70 percent on the Se7000 which they are taking well.

Should be about 80 days from when the seed comes up. This is my first time running Ethos gear and I'm pretty excited. Can't wait to see the quick results. The other plants I have it seems like I've been growing them for an eternity because it's been so cold in my basement. Hopefully I can give this gal a better start.

I had a fun experience growing this strain. She started out strong and finished pretty strong! The buds are covered in THC and smells sweet. The only thing I would really do better next time is trying not to nutrient burn her as much as I did towards the end. I also experimented with harvest time and came to the conclusion that the it's best to harvest a few weeks after their recommended time if you want denser buds (in my opinion). I do wish the buds were a bit more dense but I'm not a pro grower and that could be the reason for that. It's all a learning experience. It could be the strain because I'm going a Gorilla Cookies (FastBuds) and those buds are huge and don't have as many leaves. Overall I'm blessed with the outcome and I'm going to enjoy the perfectly dried buds soon :D I hope you all enjoy the little videos and music! haha I've only grown one plant before this which resulted in less than an eighth of bud so I'm beyond happy to say the least lol Let me know if you have any questions regarding growing and for some possible tips! Mixed a new batch with the following components: 20+25ml AN Connoisseur Bloom A+B Total volume: 34 liters Electrical Conductivity (EC): 1.0 Target EC for this week: around 1.0. Adjustments will be based on plant observations. Performed one long misting session (3 minutes). Environmental Conditions: Outside temperatures going up, today is raining but this week start higher temps and humidity Wedding Cheesecake: One girl is gonna finish in this week, Two others probably in next. Frutti terps in this, Two pheno in total from 3 girls' Tropicana Cookies: Phenomenal strain; One girl is going to finish this week and second couple days after . Two pheno in Tropicana's girls Purple Lemonade: Tall plants, massive producer, all three girls will be in 9 week provably. Here so far all three girl share same characteristics and bud structure Beautiful and high odor in the room! Lighting Parameters: PAR Map: Maximum PPFD is 950, minimum PPFD is 650. Yum, yum !!! Took some cuts of all three this week and think the gorilla girl is going to be a great candidate for half the garden next grow. Just love the size and smell of the flowers!!
