Eternity Grow Cup - Week 1 Flower Report Welcome to the first week of flower in the Eternity Grow Cup! This is a crucial stage in the cycle, and we’ve made some important moves to set the girls up for success. Let’s dive into all the details and talk about the key elements shaping this transition. 48 Hours Dark Period & Transition to Flower Before flipping to flower, we implemented a 48-hour dark period. In my experience, this technique helps the plants transition more smoothly and accelerates their hormonal shift into flowering. It’s a method that has consistently worked well for me, and I encourage growers to explore different approaches to find what best suits their setup. The Power of Reds - Far Red & Deep Red As part of this transition, we have introduced far red and deep red lighting. These are turned on 15 minutes before the main whites and stay on for 15 minutes after. The reason? This simulates the natural sunrise and sunset effect, which helps optimize the flowering response and enhances overall plant development. The red spectrum plays a crucial role in promoting stretch and enhancing bud formation early on. Light Schedule - 11/13 Cycle From the start of flower, we are running an 11 hours light / 13 hours dark schedule. Over the years, I’ve found this lighting strategy beneficial in inducing faster flower onset, increasing terpene production, and ultimately producing better-quality fruits. This is something I personally swear by, but as always, I encourage others to experiment and see what works best for their unique environments. Spending Time with the Girls One of my favorite parts of the grow is spending time with the plants, enjoying some good medicine, and simply being present in the garden. The connection we have with our plants is invaluable, and I believe they truly respond to the energy we bring. It’s a labor of love, and every moment spent with them contributes to their health and vitality. Monitoring with TrolMaster TM + App All data is being closely monitored using the TrolMaster TM + app, and I highly encourage everyone to check it out. Gear Spotlight - AeroFan Extraction Let’s talk about one of the essential pieces of gear in this setup: the AeroFan Extraction System. This exhaust fan is an absolute beast, keeping the environment perfectly dialed in while looking sleek mounted on the wall. A good extraction system is key to maintaining ideal airflow, temperature, and humidity control, and this one has been doing an incredible job. Current Environmental & Nutrient Data Water pH: 6.0 Water EC: 1.36 Water Temperature: 16°C (a bit low, will be adjusting soon) Soil EC: 1.44 Soil Temperature: 20°C (decent but could be slightly higher) Maintaining the right balance of temperature, pH, and EC is essential for a successful flowering phase, so I’ll be keeping a close eye on these numbers and making any necessary adjustments as we progress. The roots are still looking great. I cleared the old water out and only put 2 gallons in and not the 4.5 I was putting in previous weeks. Starting to get a weak smell from the plant.

12/30 MONDAY 4am MB 4g & 0.8ml Purpinator. I tried Liquid KoolBloom, it's ok. 2pm Put the small Orion cola in a jar, not a big producer under my grow conditions but it smells and tastes just beautiful. LOTS of resin very sticky smokes just fine after hanging to dry for a couple days. 12/31 3am. 1pm took another cola from Orion about 1.5 wet so maybe half oz dry. Small grows are still the way to go for me. EVERYTHING is just so much easier, less messy. I get about the same amount from 1 gallon indoor soil grows than I did from HUGE 3 gallon fabric pots that I used Outdoor soil...infected shipped all over the country so every kind of bug.... I did NOT know to use airtight INDOOR specific soil or it will have BUGS & MITES...., like Root Mealy Bugs that will eat the roots as they grow...I didn't know that could happen!!!! 1/1 4am they are great 1/3 11 am Took the smallest cola from Cookie Apple & arranged the plants closer together. They fit like a puzzle as I take each cola & require a little less water. 1/4 2am

Coming into flower nicely a few are still a few weeks behind the others but I expect a full tent in a couple weeks

She had clean up few days ago and now ready to start pumping those nuggets smeels nice and super frosty

These strains grew fast and vigorous during veg, especially Bubbles. But during flower Sundae batter took off. Buds were compact with sundae batter with heavy resin. Sweet nectar and gas notes. Bubbles is another compact but deeply sweet gas notes. Sticky buds. Tender card with her. She needs proper care with the feeding. Don’t over do it take breaks on fertilizer.

No problems to report this week. Gelato smelling amazing. Strong frosty bud growth in all strains. Looking forward to the next couple of weeks of development.

I did her second tie-down on day 22 actually. Day 24- I’m okay with the fan leaf laying on the surface for *now.* Just because I live in a high, dry desert with a consistent RH at around 20-25%. And also, because the top quarter inch of soil is dry. However I will probably be propping it up with something tomorrow morning. Day 25- finally I decided to fold down the rim of the pot for more light!

Welcome to the 2018/19 indoor grow season!!! I am totally psyched to be growing Blackberry from FastBuds as one of the first strains this season. I was fortunate enough to have won 7th place for my Tangie'matic diary and won seeds from FastBuds. When searching the FastBuds website for a strain to choose I was looking for something purple and fruity. I think I found the answer here in BlackBerry. One of the seeds was started a couple of days ahead of the other. The first seedling is looking pretty good, the second not as much, but I'm confident it will grow out of its funk. I am seeing some signs of burn, I guess the soil must be too hot. I started to try to flush through with straight ph'ed water, but then I started seeing signs of overwatering (rookie mistake, I know). Now I'm just trying to keep a little water on the bottom tray so it generates some humidity in the dome. There's also a heat mat under the tray I have the heat mat on a timer also, 30 min on/30 min off cycling all day. It seemed to get too hot on 24/7. I'll be transplanting and moving to my 2'x4' tent in about a week. They will live there during veg, then I'll be moving to a 4'x8' tent (not purchased yet) for flower. I'm also planning on adding some COB LED's in the flower tent. Then I'll dedicate my 2x4 tent to mothers, clones and seedlings. Its going to be a little different this season with both photo period and autoflowering strains going at the same time. But I'm looking forward to it! 👍 Stay tuned...

These girls are getting close to harvest. Calyx closed & swelling up, most of the pistills turned orange/brown & are starting to curl in. Waiting on delivery of a new 60× microscope to check the trichomes , buds are very frosty. Have stopped feeding nutrients & have started flushing with plain ph'd water. Then reduced watering to twice a day so there not taking in as much moisture before harvest. Probably starve them of water completely for a couple of days to bring out more moisture, & apparently THC. A lot of smell about them. Very sticky!

Hi growers! They on FD 28,and bud production is nice so far.They eating every 2-3 day 3-4 l of slution.Instaled a second fan under the net.Every two weeks I gice them 3-4 tbs of bat guano. Stay green,and happy ester to you all!

Day 60- Plain ph water. Day 62- Fed Big Bloom and Tiger Bloom. Day 63- Fed CalMag. Day 64- Plain ph water. Day 65- CalMag water. Day 66- Big Bloom and Tiger Bloom.

OCTOBER 18th to OCTOBER 24TH Sunrise: 08:31 | Sunset: 18:50 | Total Daylight: 10:19 Weather over the past week saw several consecutive days of full cloud cover and rainy periods. Greenhouse has held temperatures during the day, and only dropped below 10C once (Day 168). Good periods of sun on Day 167 and 168, with the forecast looking sunny for the next few days. I suspect that will help along the ripening process as the plants process nutrients from the fan leaves during the fade. There hasn't really been any issues with humidity levels, as it has hovered in and around 40% to 45% RH Both Blue Dynamite specimens are near ripe, with many trichome heads cloudy, some clear, and few amber. Suspect it is a matter of days before they are ready to be harvested. DAY 162 2L of plain rainwater (cold) applied to each specimen. DAY 163 n/a DAY 164 15C in greenhouse in the morning; Cloudy and cool day overall, but greenhouse holding temperatures above 19C and plants are clearly going through senescence. DAY 165 Steady rain overnight, with armer temperatures; Greenhouse held overnight at 17.5C and 50% RH. Cool, cloudy and rainy day (high of 9C, 97% RH, but greenhouse and the associated equipment performing as designed and holding temperatures at 19.5C with humidity ranging from 40% to 45%. DAY 166 Cool and rainy overnight (6C intermittent light rain). Greenhouse held to 16.5C and 41% RH. Noticed some droop so provided 1L of plain rainwater (cold) via drip in the afternoon to each specimen and everyone perked up thereafter. Temperatures reached 19C for much of the day, with 43% humidity. Temperatures outdoors were a high of 7C, with 80% humidity (or more) during the day. Remained overcast for much of the day, but there was a couple of periods of increased brightness. Plants are doing well, all fading; Blue Dynamite #1 has produced very nicely sized typical hybrid shaped flowers, that are probably the prettiest in the garden. They sparkle as a result of better than average trichome production, smell of grapefruit and sweet berries and have slight tints of pink and purple at the edges of calyxes. I really ought to have taken a cutting of this one. Trichome heads are mostly clear, some cloudy at the heart of flowers, while at the edges of sugar leaves there are a substantial number amber coloured heads visible. Blue Dynamite #2 has produced fairly sizeable flowers, that have a bit of a sativa leaning and moderately open structure with long standing pistils. Trichome production is better than average and there are some soft pink hues beginning to show at tips of calyxes. Most pistils have wilted, but there remains a quantity of white pistils at the apex of the flowers. This plant smells of citrus and berries. Trichome heads are mostly clear with some cloudy at the heart of the flowers, while amber heads do appear near the tips of sugar leaves. DAY 167 Overnight low of 2C, greenhouse held at 12.5C and 41% RH. After a cloudy cool morning, the sun broke through and warmed up the greenhouse shortly after the noon hour. Exhaust fan even came on intermittently to reduce temps below 24C. Humidity was ideal all day, in and around 40%. After noting some droop, applied 1L of plain rainwater (cold) via drip to both Blue Dynamite specimens. This may be the last watering of the season. I think it will be possible to decommission the irrigation system for the winter over the coming weekend. I can pull 20L of water for use either for this crop and/or the mother tent. DAY 168 Greenhouse 9.5C (-2C outside) in the morning with 40% RH. Sunny morning, with greenhouse warming to over 10C by 9:30AM; Exhaust fan kicked in to hold temperatures at 24C just before the noon hour. Both Blue Dynamite specimens are showing cloudy trichomes outnumbering clear ones, and outside of the margins of sugar leaves, there are few amber trichomes present. Both plants are a mere few days away from harvest. +9-

This week went well I am continuing to harvest buds as they become ready. The leaves are yellowing more and more letting me know that she is almost complete. I think the lower bids have about one more week until they are ready and that will complete the harvest for Big Girl. Little girl is now declining, she has not branches out or grown new tops.
