04/29/2021 New week and she is doing lovely! New pistils are popping up everywhere and she is starting to get a faint smell I can't yet figure out how to describe. I believe I got some nice close ups on each top, looking very healthy other plants all have PW on their leaves not a smidgen on this girl, and that is my #1 breeding goal (read my germination period) for my girls. Took two nice tops to clone and Work this cross, time to pop some more seeds of this batch and find a good male, and females that exhibit traits I desire, and continue to resist PW!!!🙏 Goal#2 More sativa stretch than my short, Cookie Cake genotype.

Today 24.9 1st day of flowering Last week was steady growth and I added some bacteria and microbes in a form of Voodoo Juice and some silica also. It's nice to see how fast it affects on your stems and they start thickening right away 👌 I have some heavy duty defoliating to do gonna do it in this and next week. 😈👹😈👹 DARK DEVIL AUTO®️!!! 😈👹😈👹 Finally getting around to a strain I’ve been dying to grow! I’m hoping for a successful germination rate, keeping my fingers crossed!🤞 For these girls I’ll be growing in two different mediums with a variety of nutrients and amendments from various brands. Of course as always, all inputs are 100% organic. No synthetics allowed in my garden! Two Dark Devils will be grown in Nectar For the Gods #4 Soil Mix and the other who will be grown in Malibu’s Baby Bu’s Potting Soil. Both of these mediums are considered premium and only have the best quality inputs. Both soils also contain coco coir. In my experience I have found that autoflowers grow so much better in soil mixed with coco. Anytime that I’ve grown in heavier based peat soils I get much smaller root balls and root mass in general compared to coco/peat mixed mediums. The NFG #4 is a much lighter substrate than the Bu’s because it’s filled with a ton of perlite and pumice. One benefit is that it also has basalt so it’s considered “paramagnetic”. The one thing I added to the NFG mix was organic Bio-Char blend made from Build A Soils bio char and locally sourced organic bio char. The Baby Bu’s medium is 100% Coco Coir based, mixed with their biodynamic compost, worm castings, bio char, and tons of other beneficial ingredients. This medium is slightly heavier than the NFG even though the NFG is peat and coco based. It really comes down to there being less aeration material in the Bu’s blend compared to the NFG. But hopefully the coco will make up for the lack of aeration compared to the Nectar #4. A benefit claimed by both companies is that their products are properly mixed and stored so the customer does not receive “HOT” soil. The mediums come lightly pre-amended but believe that the Baby Bu’s will have more nutrients than the NFG #4 mix as they claim their soil is an “all mix”. I will be feeding the plants with living oxygenated water, microbial inoculants and light compost teas until the plants look like they need more food. This is my first time growing in both mediums so we’ll see as I grow along! I will also be adopting the northern lights technique that I’m using on my Banana Blaze grow diary! Update: 12/16 All four seeds broke ground around the same time at 9:00pm. 100% successful germination rate. Let’s see how they progress into the vegetative state. Update: 12/18 one out of four seeds may be showing signs of damping off. All four were growing straight as an arrow but today one is slightly slouched and leaves are allowing water to soak in. This usually isn’t a great sign! Update: 12/19 Took the suspected damping off seedling out of her humidity dome and she improved overnight. She is the only one with a greenish colored stem while the other three all have distinctive red/brownish stems similar to other purple strains I have grown. Thanks for stopping by! 😈

They needed a big watering so did that before light off and this morning they look beautiful again 😍💚 Update: Day 9 of flower I've stripped loads off and took a lot of lowers off and I'm hoping for some nice juicey buds now

Such an amazing flower, really great especially a phenomenal hash producer yall will be super satisfied with this one!! She’s a shorty but Make sure you top 4 to 6 times or even more to have all them gooey bud producing heads , Dirtyblonde is absolutely an amazing plant!!

Took them outside because it was a sunny week, looking good so far. I take them outside as much as I can because I'm still worried that the 10€ light bulb won't be enough powerful.

It’s so warm today! Of course I pulled all my plants out to spray with spinosad an feed/water. +++++++++++ I use a Hudson 2L sprayer. My partner used to work in the film industry and they found this brand of sprai gets the most thorough even coverage for makeup or whatever movie magic the use sprayers to create. It’s great. +++++++++++ I’m using some baking soda in water to combat some mild pmd, but it’s not bad. +++++++++++ These ICE BOMBS are troopers. They were definitely affected by the spider mites but hung in there three the various sprays which were hard on leaves even though I pulled them out and didn’t return them under the light until they dried. +++++++++++ Some fungal gnats come with the humidity so I topdressed with gnat nix. I don’t believe I overwater so I hope that’s the solution! I think I may wait another week or two and get things more stable before moving to flower.

10/15 Same stuff, just keeping it stable is all I'm trying to do. Update 10/18 - Heat was ridiculous this week, had to turn one or more light features off, for example, turned off the HPS -AND- the LED circuit on the Phlizon on the hottest day because inside the tent it was like 91 degrees F. Yeah it may not be the perfect environment, but look at the growth from the 15th til today. Major flowering happening, unless I am tripping. I see a lot more healthy growth now, which in my opinion means the transplant idea was SO WORTH IT. I see a lot of crystals forming now and the tops the leaves are turning more white that I could hav imagined -- with two more weeks at least to go, I think I may have some bomb flowers if I dont fuck anything up. Northern light to the left in video has more to go and is not as far along as the Vanilla Frosting. 10/20 Added some new nutes for the last two weeks of flower, bubbling like a madman wanting this grow to finish. White Widow (three plants outdoors) will probably finish in the tent, its just really in stasis but it is getting some frosting of its own. BTW when I smelled the flowers yesterday I was blown away by how awesome they smell, like seriously boutique top shelf aromas going on, this is my first grow indoors and really the first time I have been able to give the attention and care these babies need. I have learned SO much. Especially about stuff I was clueless about before. Like which lights are good. What tent size to get. Ph, nutes, watering, relative humidity, cloning... all new stuff. I have become a better gardener as a result and my 200 sq ft community garden plot is doing way better and I expect next year to be bonkers because I really get the whole ecosystem thing now and how mycorrhizae helps everything. I’m baaaaack!!! Sorry I’ve been away for a while. I’ve been busy getting everything together for the next phase… Welcome to the Dude Garden 2.0! I now have 3 grow areas. Two 2x4 tents (one for clone/veg, another for mothers) and a large 10x12’ish flowering area (its actually larger than that, but I’ll be conservative). The tents are running 300w LED’s and a T5 for the cloning/sprouting station. The flowering area has a 1000w HPS!!! I’m totally psyched to see how the HPS does with flowering for me. From all the research I’ve done It seems to still be undisputed that HPS is the best for flowering (but not so good on the electric bill). I moved all plants from the tents to the new flowering area under HPS. That includes 3 Blackberry’s (FastBuds), NYC Diesel Auto (Barney’s Farm), DinaMed+ and Critical+ (DinaFem), Cream & Cheese CBD (Seedsman) and 3 Cherry Hemp (Elevator Supply Co). The Cream & Cheese CBD is looking very nice and she smells great! I am looking forward to watching her stretch and bloom under the new 1000w HPS. Then I'm really looking forward to the results. I'll definitely get her tested and hope the specs are even close to true. 20%'ish for both THC and CBD sounds too good to be true, but fingers crossed that's what she actually brings! I transplanted the photos from the 3 gallon grow bags to 7 gallon fabric pots. And also purchased some Pot Elevators that they are sitting on. The Plant Elevators are pretty cool, they have a mesh base to allow better drainage and air flow to the bottom of the pots. I have clones of all of the photos cut and planted in Jiffy pellets in a humidity dome. I took 3 clones of each. The strongest clones will become mothers, the others will be grown out. Note: The HPS gives much more of a yellow wash on the pics than I was expecting. I tried to color correct the pics the best I could and tried to get to the real colors, It should be pretty close.

So the flower is a stunning colour and a lovely thick and dense flower , the smell and taste is fantastic , And the high is mild but a real nice euphoric head high and vapes a lovely gassy yet flavourful vape , I really am a fan of the balckberry kush gene , not only is it a joy too watch growing , but the end results are amazing too look at , hold , and vape , I think the photos in this diary speak for them selfs without all the fancy words , I highly recommend this strain and this seed bank as Dutch passion never fail too impress , A massive thank you too green buzz nutrients for all there help support and nutrients and Dutch passion for these free seeds too , I sometimes have too pinch my self that I am blessed with the support and help with free nutrients , seeds , and lights from kingbo , I just hope that I show all these amazing products off how they should be , Some of us are disabled ether physically or mentally and cannot compete with some of the growers on here diariys with the 500 word essays and big fancy words , But this for me is not a business , I do not make thousands of pounds too buy fancy lights or A/C units ect , Growing cannabis is a jail term for me if caught and with no financial gain at all , I turn absolutely everything into oils and tinctures And make my own medicine too treat autism and let me tell you it has given me a new lease of life , I have worked out that a single grow is costing me £500 in electric alone for a 3 month grow , and if I was not blessed with the help of green buzz nutrients and Dutch passion it would be much much more , I do not know people who smoke weed or any dealers if it too sell it even if I wanted too , so what I do is purely for medical reasons and the fear of getting caught , the noise of the fans , smell , and the cost is a real struggle some weeks , but it's all worth it when you know you have bottles of fantastic medicine in the freezer that you know will last you a very long time , Is a fantastic feeling , I really pray the day legalisation is soon for us, But for now I am so very thankful too grow diariys for this fantastic platform and all the sponcers for all there help ,
