End of the grow is near. plants are showing end of the flowering phase. and asking for a cut and trim. we let them ripen for a week or a day of 10. and then its harvest time.. can not wait to taste this Lemon Dream

End off week 11, concluding week 7 off flowering: Hi(gh) Guys! Thanks for viewing my weekly update (i hope again?)! The girls are doing great. I have to come back on a previous statement, i said that 3 girls are ahead of the rest and up for an early harvest, although that is both true, actually there straight on schedule, and i think the rest is behind. The manual on this strain says they need 9 weeks and flowering week 7 is now concluded. They start to gain weight all three and the stems are beginning to bend. This upcoming week they will get their last nutrients, but week 9 they will only get water, so i can flush properly for the upcoming week and a half. End of week 9 they will be terminated, because my vaporizer is idle for too long already! As for the rest, they will need at least 2 or 3 weeks longer, because everywhere i look i see loads of white hairs, and i’m seeing forward to show you some off my biggest nugs ever! This is my first time on this website and i’m having a lot of fun. Earlier i'd grow my best round ever with 9 Gorilla Glue #4 ladieboys, what nice buds did they produce. But i guess the OG is going to be at least as close. That’s good for me because this is my favorite strain. Please leave a comment, and like my post. My account needs a little more love! While we’re a week or so away from harvest, the plants are responding beautifully, showcasing stunning fades that highlight their unique genetics. This fading process is a critical part of the journey, helping the plants naturally finish their cycle while preserving those complex terpene profiles we all love. The Mold Incident: A Teachable Moment This week brought a challenge—a few buds succumbed to bud rot (Botrytis), particularly on the Papaya Zoap and a single bud from the Gorilla Melon. While disheartening, it’s a reminder that mold can occur even in the most well-maintained gardens, especially with dense colas and a full canopy. After a thorough inspection, all affected buds were removed and discarded to prevent the spread. A quick note to all growers: defoliation plays a massive role in airflow and prevention of such issues. This is why mid-flower defoliation is a game-changer, and I’m grateful it kept the rest of the garden healthy! Papaya Zoap’s Unique Quirks The Papaya Zoap continues to be a star of the show with its frosty buds and… albino tips! These tiny white tips are likely from being too close to the lights. While it’s a cosmetic detail that doesn’t affect quality, it’s a fascinating display of how genetics and environment interact. A Frost-Filled Wonderland The room is absolutely glistening with frost. Trichomes are piling up like snow, giving the entire garden a magical wintery appearance. I genuinely believe the ThinkGrow LEDs and TrolMaster spectrum control deserve a shoutout here. Welcome back!!! It’s the beginning of week four. I now consider this plant to have finished the seedling phase, now move onto the veg stage. THURSDAY - Day 22 10 October 24 - Switched the blue spec light out for the red spec light. - 380 PAR/ PPFD at 26 inches distance. - Topped the two bottom branches. - Started doing a little LST by adding a few staples and a little bit of branch manipulation. - She’s slowly shaping to my vision for this plant. - Gotta start thinking of up potting her soon into her final home. FRIDAY - Day 23 11 October 24 - Added two more LST staples. - Just a day under the lights. SATURDAY - Day 24 12 October 24 Watering day, 1 litre of dechlorinated tap water. - Base water 1 litre - 61.1 PPM Final - 1 litre at 6.45 PH at 62.8 PPM Runoff - N/A - Thinking of removing those giant fam leaves soon, they’re becoming cumbersome. - Did my final planned topping of the two top branches. - I tweaked a top branch and there was a pop at the knuckle, not a complete break but there’s a bit of damage. - I’m fairly confident that she’ll send resources to fix it and make it even stronger. - No stress, we push forwards and roll with the punches cause that’s what we do around here. SUNDAY - Day 25 13 October 24 - Just a day under the lights. - She doesn’t seem too bothered by yesterday’s branch tweaking. - There’s a but of a split but it seems to be scabbing over. - I’ll keep monitoring it over the next few days. MONDAY - Day 26 14 October 24 - Just a day under the lights. - Also a good recovery day. WEDNESDAY - Day 28 16 October 24 - Just a day under the lights recovering from yesterday’s transplant and extended light hours. - She’s perked back up and looking happy though. - Probably resume with LST staples tomorrow. - The tweaked branch looks like it’s going to recover just fine, just a little weary about working it too soon. This is effectively the end of week four, it’s been quite eventful but we’re done with topping and transplanting so we’ll see how she gets on these next few weeks of pure unadulterated vegetation. Starting week 4 off with a few updates: We lost two soldiers today, 11/25/23, and pulled both of the struggling watermelons from the herd. Lowered the lights a bit as I felt they were a bit too high and to prepare for the real vegetative phase coming this week. DIY C02 bottles bubbling away nicely. Transplanted the remaining girls to their final home (5 gallon fabric pots) on 11/26/23. Used Photone app to dial in to proper PPFD at 350 as I was a bit high. Nearing end of week 4, I’m really starting to see rapid growth. Since I’m going with a SOG for this grow, I won’t be doing any topping but I will be doing some LST to start week 5 with 90 degree LST clips. (I’m calling it the 5x5 LST; 5 weeks at the 5th node pair) 😆

Bienvenidos a la semana #4 😑 😀 🙏 😂 Día 25 (12/06) La planta ha reaccionado muy bien al trasplante 😀 Día 26 (13/06) Se hace topping por encima del 5º nudo, dejando 4 nudos "reales" Es mi primera vez. ¡A ver como sale! 🙏 Se añade sustrato en la parte superior para rellenar y se riega con 1 litro H2O pH ajustado con Biogrow Día 27 (14/06) Crecimiento stopped por Topping Día 28 (15/06) La planta ha reaccionado estupendamente al Topping 😀 Las ramas de los nudos están creciendo muy rápidamente! 😀 Día 29 (16/06) Sigue creciendo. LST a las ramas inferiores. Día 30 (17/06) La planta crece muy bien. Los brotes del nudo 4 ya superan ampliamente donde se ha hecho el topping. Inspirado en @deFharo, hago mulching con corteza de pino para evitar la evaporación por las altas temperaturas que tengo en la terraza. Humedezco la parte superior del sustrato con spray y hago un riego con agua pH ajustado + Bio-Grow. Gracias por leerme y buenos humos!

This is the last week I opted for root maintenance that endured the previous hard work Maintain the functioning of beneficial microorganisms. #LivingSoil #Notill 🍑🍬🧀🍭

The buds continue to grow and there are more and more trichomes :) I'm now watering with 4 ml/l of Bio-Bloom which is the maximum dosage recommended by the data sheet. The plants look well and the yellowing of the leaves almost stopped. There are yellow leaves appearing on the O.G. Kush. I think they are too close from the light but since most of the plant looks healthy, I will not move it away from the light. Harvest period is slowly coming. I think they will need around 4 more weeks to be ripe.
