Diese Woche verlief größtenteils planmäßig und ohne größere Zwischenfälle. Leider habe ich ein paar Thripse entdeckt, was mich dazu veranlasst hat, sofort zu handeln. Ich habe die betroffenen Pflanzen mit Neemöl behandelt, um einem größeren Befall vorzubeugen. Die Pflanzen zeigen weiterhin ein gesundes Wachstum, reagieren gut auf die Pflege und entwickeln sich wie erwartet. Maßnahmen der Woche: Sichtkontrolle auf Schädlinge (Thripse entdeckt) Behandlung mit Neemöl Reguläre Pflege und Gießen wie gehabt Ausblick: Ich werde die Pflanzen in den kommenden Tagen weiter genau beobachten, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Wirkung der Neemölbehandlung. Falls nötig, folgt eine Nachbehandlung. Ansonsten läuft alles weiterhin nach Plan.

Our Buddy Buddha from the start to the end lived its life next to Powell, they were close! Now that the final curtain has been drawn.. or tent flap, it is with a sad heart that we at the "In the Closet with Two Strains" Studio will be saying goodbye. She was never the most impressive plant, kept feeling like she would bloom more but the conditions were never truly right for her. Both plants had their branches sliced at the stem and large leaves removed, this purposely slowed drying down to maximise end flavour. They were both washed in cleaning pools to prepare them for their final journey in the tent. With a sad heart we wish you farewell Buddy, we will see you and Powell soon... IN OUR SMOKE REPORT! Another one of the plants i opted to chop a bit earlier to give me some space to finish up my og kush and island punch.. The buds are great. Super sticky and very dense.. Layers of crystal and a lovely citronella and pine smell with some sweet undertones. Will be a nice smoke and i shall be back to report. Thanks AMS

Initially ran this plant as a way to get dial in my tent and setup while coming to grasp with tent growing in general. Since its an autoflower the growing was easy. However this is a very commercial seed bank and the quality you get is in line with that. Now i'm moving, getting a larger setup, and going to run more genetics. Zamnesia will not be a part of that.

Sapphire scout og bred by Humbold this phenotype surprise me a lot, frosty resins the amazing bud shape and dense. Intense flavor and aroma of pines,flower. Sadly humboldt not available in seedcity now so I purchase ripper seed to grow next season instead. Enjoy growing mate🎉

Hung them to dry today, very happy to say I have found 3 very very good keeper phenos which doesn’t surprise me as I have grown many seeds of this before. The pictures and video tell more than words can say. I have named my favourite pheno ‘john wayne’ as I have a convoy swagger about my walk every time I look at her😂 I lost this pheno a few months ago and so relieved to have her back plus two other great phenos. Barneys absolutely provides some real fire genetics and I have been a fan since blue cheese and pineapple chunk were released many years ago.

Elles ont germé en 4 jours avec une température stable entre 18 et 20 °C. Je vais maintenant les repiquer dans un terreau de semis Fafard. Pour la préparation, je mélange le terreau à la main dans un bac avec un peu d’eau pour qu'il soit humide mais pas détrempé. Je remplis ensuite un petit pot sans tasser la terre, afin de conserver un substrat léger et aéré . »

Start Woche 10 Blüte Das werden die letzten Tage. Im laufe der Woche ist die gute dann soweit🥀 Ich hoffe der Geschmack ist ähnlich wie die gute riecht. Deutlich Heidelbeere/Brombeere leicht sauer und leichten Hazearomen. Kommt der Beschreibung jedenfalls sehr nah. Schön fruchtig mit etwas Haze dabei 👌👍👍 Die Chilled Cherry hatt gestern nen Hagelsturm abbekommen 😓😓😓 und ist leider komplett gespalten und ein Seitentriebe ist auch halb ab. Hab mal alles wieder zusammengebunden.. Mal schaun und hoffen😢😢 Ich mach bei Gelegenheit noch mal Fotos. Die Chilled Cherry hatt sich wieder gut erholt🍀🥀 Immer wieder faszinierend wie viel die guten Aushalten (Stamm war komplett in der Mitte gespalten) 🍀🍀🍀

Tag 52: Ich habe die Cookies Gelato erneut entlaubt um mehr Struktur zu schaffen. Die Pflanze bildet dermaßen viele Verzweigungen aus die auch noch so winzig sind, das ich denke mich für die falsche Pflanze entschieden zu haben. Jetzt ist es zu spät und ich muss mit dem Arbeiten was ich hier hab 😆 Tag 54: Die Pflanze wächst im zeitlupentempo weiter 😞

We'll call this the beginning of week 1, she's up and growing. The MegaCrop should push her growth a little and really get her off on the right foot. Debating topping or LST, not sure how this one's gonna play out, but I'll see how fast she make a vertical move before the final decision is made. Wet weight=609g Dry weight=50g 📋 Smoke report I started trimming after she had been hanging for 14 days. Had time to trim 30g and did the remainder the night after. The buds went into groove bags on 6/5/25. The trim is frosty so I'll do a hash run, there was only 4g of larfy buds which will go into my hash run. 25/6/25 Had a sample, by far the strongest runtz i have grown. Highly impressed, 📋Grow stats for GDG 23 #1 Runtz=50g #2 Fat Bastard=86g Total=136g Lights on. 20hrs×7days=140hrs 18hrs×21days=378hrs 12hrs×77days=924hrs Total hours=1442hrs Light power=147.73Kw Rad power=105.69Kw Extractor=34.12Kw 4 gang=47.02Kw Top fan=17.72Kw Total electricity=352.28KW Electricity cost @£0.25/Kw=£88.07 Average light power a day=1.4Kw Average watt per hour=102w g/watt=(136÷102)=1.33g/w £/g=£0.64/g 📋Final word. Hello Diary, Cherry Pie has finished its last week, I harvested it two days after taking the photo. 73 days since I put the seeds in the ground. 65 days since the start of the vegetation. Really very fast. But the result is impressive as you can see in the photos. The flowers are large and dense, the branches bend slightly under their weight. The main cola is especially large and full of large flowers covered in trichomes. The flowers are very hard to the touch and sticky under the fingers, especially the flowers on the main cola. The leaves have started to turn autumn yellow which is also an indicator of its maturity. The smell is very intense at this stage, the whole room smells like plants when I open the grow box. Watering was standard, every three days. This week I stopped adding nutrients, I just lowered the p.H. to 6.0 and water the plants with clean water. After taking the photos, I left it in the grow box for two more days to drink all the water from the soil to make it easier to dry. Before cutting, I removed all the leaves from the plant to also make drying faster and have less work to trim the dried flowers. After cutting, I left it upside down in the grow box to dry. Now all that remains is to see how much it has really rewarded me. See you when that happens. Here's what the last week looked like. 19/09/2024 - Day 57. Watering. I prepared 9 liters of water, lowered the pH to 6.0 and used that amount to water all three plants on the farm. 22/09/2024 - Day 60. Watering. I repeated the same procedure as three days earlier. 24/09/2024 - Day 62. I watered them all with 1.5 liters of water each plant so that they were fresh for the photo shoot. 25/09/2024 - Day 63. End of the last, 9th week since Cherry Pie began its journey. Photo shoot. 27/09/2024 - Day 65. Cherry Pie has been harvested. That's almost all from me for this diary, there is still the final report that follows after drying and testing. Thank you all once again for your support and comments.

Only 7 weeks to go. I'm noticing some leaves are browning. It's mostly leaves that get little light, but I believe it may be over watering. Gonna reduce how often I water for right now. The plant itself smells little to me, to others its very noticeable. Not skunky at all, more of a cookies and cream scent I believe. Also slight wpm residue, tried watering thru the leaves because of how low the plant is. Terrible idea.

Moved these out back. They seem happy!
