Hey Growers. With the Gaia Green all I have to do is water for the first 3-4 weeks, then top dress. So I’m already on auto pilot. Love it!! When I introduced the fan one did slump over. I propped her up out of the mud on a bambo X and she found her way back free standing. Just watering with cal pow water and watching for light stress. This XS2000 is a powerful unit and I’m sure would rock a 3x3 perfectly. Happy Growing 🌱

Day 85 - first day of Week 13 and she is going into darkness for 48 hours. Hasn't been watered since 2 days. Even though she looks the least done of all three, her trichomes are now a good 20-30% amber with the rest milky and some tiny bits of clear. I checked her buds on the calyx all around, from top buds to middle to bottom. She really shows a lot of heavily swolen calyxes, which I have never seen like that. I can now add that to the things I learned/experienced: calyxes swell a lot before the plant is finished. Let's see. My Girl Scout Cookies does not look like she even has calyxes. Funny individuals. Happy wedding cake day, almost 😍 Day 88 - out of darkness. She was in there for 2,5 days. Opening the drying tent she gave off a really strong smell of hash 😍wow. She has some nice looking buds and looks def. more done, but below her dress, she has some light fluffy buds. I have hung all of them now in the dry tent, after I removed some of the bigger fan leaves. One part of it, I think I want to low and slow dry in the fridge. I am interested in finding out about the difference in taste, when a more wholesome profile is retained. I bought a small tent (40x40cm), a small oszillating fan hung over the buds/on top of the tent. Due to size limitations, I have the filter on the bottom with the duct leaving the tent at the bottom connecting to an exhaust fan. Inside the tent I have a humidity sensor from an Inkbird Humidity regulator. Connected to that is a mini-dehumidifer and a humidifier. I have set it to 20°C (68F) and 50-55% humidity. I'm excited to see how long my dry will last this time. My first grow was drying way too fast in the middle of the heat wave last year with 30% humidity. The overview added to the pictures, I started making over Christmas. It was when I noticed, that I'm a so impatient, and that something must be wrong, especially in the first weeks. I get so obsessive, that I tend to overcare. Which she showcases beautifully in this overview. I hope this will calm me down the next time. Oh my haha Let's see what the final dry weight is. The seedlings in their rockwool cubes were planted into high quality soil in clear (to monitor root development) 140mm pots. The seed raising soil was first sterilised with boiling water and cooled then Mykos root enhancer was added. The clear pots were then placed into a black pot to keep light from getting to the roots. Each plant was then placed into larger white pot to reflect light and heat, with a clear dome placed over them to maintain humidity. The lamp used was a cheap 1400 lumen warm white LED spotlight from the local hardware, set to 16-8. No watering was done for many days as the soil was saturated from the sterilisation.

The purple punch is doing very well with her companion banana purple punch sisters! She already even has a wonderful smell. I'm very excited for her to get a little lst later in the week. Just trying to be patient I wanna do lst but I feel it's even still a little early. I have been tucking leaves but I may defoliate a small amount here soon when I perform LST. Check back next week to see just how fast she grows & remember its 4:20 somewhere!!!!!!!!!!

Hi guys A day early but thought ill post this now day 20 from switch, just done a major defoliation on them I will do a final next week, im going to add a.little bit of nitrogen in the mix as I feel the bloom doesn't have enough in it on its own, plants are doing well tho. Bullets are appearing now so thats a good sign, installed the ac infinity s6 cloudline and put in the dehumidifier. I'll keep you all posted Happy growing guys Day 22 from flip Hi guys I done the day 21 defoliation yesterday to expose the bud sites. So this week my plants are looking really hungry. I am using the bloom mix and trying to get some colour back in the leaves. The blue cheese is by far the better plant at this stage. I'll keep you updated. Happy growing guys 👌💪💚

Day 56: I gave 1.5L of clear water to the royal gorilla auto. Day 59: I gave 1.5L of water to the glue gelato auto. I also checked the trichomes, on both plants they are translucents, I'll wait some of them to turn amber. It was predicted a grow of 65 to 70 days from germination to harvest and it did not lie. I might harvest next sunday (day 65) but I hope it can wait until the next tuesday so both plants would have at least 14 days of clear water. Day 60: I gave 1.5L of water to the royal gorilla auto.

Started ponytailing both Banana’s to get light to her lower buds for 6 hours at a time. Did more LST to the branches and main stem removed a few leaves and tucking what can be tucked. The bananas appear to both be in pre flower and they are all handling LST very well.
