Northern Lights is really starting to take off. She's growing so fast, and her leaves are finally getting that deep, dark green color I love. I can almost imagine her soaking up all that beautiful sunlight. I think I'll need to repot her soon, this pot's looking a little cramped. I can't wait to see how big she gets by the end of the summer!

So she grew 53 cm this week!!!!!!!!! Over 20" !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Totally out of headroom. Hopefully gonna be awesome. 😎

Week 11, D71 Flower Day 41. She's super frosty. And very sticky and sticky. Smells of fresh cut strawberries and a light musky sweet earthy smell. Not a whole lot of bud, but what's there is tops by the looks of it. I'm hoping this is going to be the A grade bud I've been looking for. Plant has been thrown into soft flush. Been given terra powers finisher. 1ml/L 150 ppm and ph + adjusted to 6.7. Should of just let it grow normal. Lessons learnt. Even though she wasn't let grow o'natural I've seen what I can get, 1 main top cola and smaller colas on the side instead of 50-70cm small plants. Hopefully I'll get 50-70cm nodes with a big ass frosty cola on my next run, and then I'll be able to say for sure, that topping isn't the way to go with autos. As I've topped every single 1 I've grown and the tallest plant I could get was 90cm. Either it's the topping or not grown to its peak performance. HARVEST DAY. She's frosty. I've seen more frosty SG but I'm happy with this with how I crippled her growth. But in stunning her height I do think I've made for some A grade Bud up top. There is some airy bud at the very end. 20/01/2025 Seedlings have definitely grown in size! Bottom watered again today. Mixed 3L solution of Calmag, Growell Plus 8:8:8, Seaweed extract (2ml / 1ml / 1ml) and watered 1L per pot. Solution was sucked dry from tray relatively fast, guess the roots are growing. 21/01/2025 Measured PPFD / DLI today and found that my existing light had a relatively low ppfd value output. Reading 50 plus PPFD / 4.5 DLI at 24 inch height 75% power, generating insane amounts of heat if the grow tent is closed. Thing is the max ppfd is about 150 at 24 inches. Can't bring down the lights more without potentially causing light burn due to the high DLI low ppfd ratio. Fortunately I have the tent in a temperature controlled room so I had to leave the tent open to ensure there was good airflow cooling down the excess heat without causing too much of a temp shift. Managed to bring up the humidity by adding a larger humidifier maintaining 60 to 70 % range. Did myself a favour and ordered the vivosun aerolight a200se to go along with the rest of the vivosun kit. Hoping it arrives by week 3! Besides this, seedlings look healthy, did some foliar feeding with homemade wood vinegar (5ml to 1L) after lights out. 22/01/2025 I almost killed my plants with light lol. Turns out my existing light was putting up alright dishing out 1200 pfd from 24 inches at max. I noticed some skewed reading when I was tilting my phone screen so decided to take off the screen protector and damn.. ppfd was at 800 ppfd! It was the screen protector not the lights 😆 Since there were no signs of yellowing or wilting I decided to keep it at 400 ppfd. Bottom watered with 1L each of (2ml CalMag / 1ml Growell Plus 8:8:8 / 1ml Seaweed to 3L phed to 5.9) had about 100 ml excess after waiting for 10 mins so I drained out the excess. 23/01/2025 Fortunately my blunder with the lights didn't cost me too much. Plants still looking healthy, 3rd set of true leaves opening up.

Hello everyone! this week, I had to do defoliation all the same .. on that girl I was not going to touch .. the fact is that there were a lot of leaves .. too many .. it was difficult for the plant to breathe .. in short, I did defolation and also took advantage of the fact that the plant itself made a topping))) and with the help of the LST I took 2 central branches to the sides .. from today I will decrease the light regime gradually .. I hope this will help the plants show their gender as soon as possible ..

Either they will have a stress response and halt root growth to early OR they grow normal but are a but frostier These 6 will be sprayed a second time during week 4 BEFORE the bud sites are medium sized. The super soil mix I made was approximately constituted 8 gallons of; ☆ 60% Canna Coco ☆ 30% Perlite ☆ 9% Worm castings ☆ 1% Organic dry amendments. - Ecothrive Life Cycle - Ecothrive Charge - Diatomaceous Earth - Ground Cinnamon - RHS Mycorrhizal Fungi granules - Great White Mycorrhizal Fungi blend 14.3.25: Northern Lights is looking great. 💚💜🧡 I watered a couple of litres over the last week. I've been watering around the whole pot to encourage root stretching and kick-start the dry amendments and feed the Mycorrhizae. I left the first 2 inches around the seedling until today🌱 Today, I watered with 1.5 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.2 with: ♡ Black strap molasses ♡ Ecothrive Biosys 16.3.25: Northern Lights got 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 with; ♡ .5g Mega Crop Part A ♡ .5g Mega Crop Part B I watered all around the outer perimeter of the pot inwards. I left the centre 3 inches dry. 18.3.25: Northern Lights 💚💜 I decided to go ahead and top the plant. She looks to be strong and healthy. I took the sterilised scissors and tried to cut it cleanly. I think, Surely will be interesting either way! 😅 she is currently 12 days old. Very pleased with the progress so far. 23.3.25: The plant has taken very well to being topped. On flower day 60, it was finally time. Three days before the final cut, I did a last light watering with plain water. The last 36 hours, the lights stayed on. In the end, I had around 20–30% amber trichomes. I'm super happy with the result. Trim jail was exhausting but totally worth it. The harvest is now right in the middle of curing. As for the smell: a sharp, earthy, leathery diesel mix with hints of lemon. The fuel note is, to my delight, much stronger than expected. Incredibly sticky buds. Sparkling flowers.
