I let them recover from the heavy defoliation i did, and next week i will slowly increase the light's strength. (Now still at 50% 50cm)

The culmination of reversing our Matterhorn cut off Mr. Crowley to Intergalactic Runtz, and the results were out of this world (I had to do it). These ladies were slow to start, but once they hit their stride, they put any worries we had to rest. Compact, short-framed, and robust. They pack beautifully boulder-like flowers that reek of garlic and sickly sweet cotton candy. Dark green to a mosaic of purples, yellows, and silvers. Frost production is off the charts, the internode spacing is tight, and they certainly will impress in their last few weeks of flower. This is one of our favorite crosses in the new fem lineup. Haven't updated my grow diary for a little more than two weeks due to a severe back flare up. Yup, bad back strain, which has made it hard to sit, lay, stand for any duration of time. Suffice to say, much has happened since last update. Bucket change and upping nutrient (ppm) levels as I transitioned her to flower. And in that time, she received one defoliation in veg and a recent (and last) defoliation in flower. At this point, I just need to maintain healthy roots, consistent environment, and proper water levels with feedings. She's due another bucket change soon as ppm levels dropping and ph is adjusting upwards every reading. This is good sign from my understanding as a first time DWC grower. As far as feeding, lowered grow big (veg) and upped both tiger bloom and beastie blooms along with a splash of big bloom and cal/mag. Topping off buckets with about 1100+ ppm, which helps maintain ph in bucket at roughly 700-800 ppm. But it's getting harder to maintain those levels in flower, so that's why I believe a bucket change is in order. Here are photos spanning the entire 2-3 week period since last update.

Had to defoliate again in week 5 day 32 so far we defoliated 3 times , day 19, day 26, and day 32. Start of week 6, this next 2 weeks the plants should triple in size and start crowning,and all defoliation are done.

Another week down! 😎 First week of veg and full feeding following the Aptus schedule. 💪 Readjusted the lights since some plants were showing signs of light stress... may have been a bit too aggressive with the power transition. 😅 Will start the LST soon with bending clips and the net afterwards. 😉

Day 22. Girls loved LST and now its absolute single bush ;))) Hope they will start stretching a bit otherwise i will have soccer ball size one nugs instead of plant ;))) In plans new wave of heavy training on thursday and feed. Ordered new fans, old ones tend to die in a year of heavy work, theirs speed reduces a lot ... Morning / evening showers and thats all my attention... Can't tuck leaves, can't spread them yet, but hopefully next week all pot space will be taken. Kushes are behind, they will be fimed or toped. My LST style allows new branches to stretch up a bit and on second day i release leaves from prison, despite being lifted from soil, they touch each other and sweat, that brings static moist - highway to mold problems. But on first LST training i touch, bend them a lot, target to free up and expose all branches to light, at this time main top usually lowest. Wash your hands and do it before watering . If you need you can twist stem left or right, to find best position for easy tucking, if you can't - sometimes view leaves has to fall ... Day 24. Heavy training straight before night, hope to make everything : 1. New floor fans 2. New air fans 3. Heavy wave of LST and pot management 4. Watering. All done ! Had no time to make photos, but girls got tie supports around pots, loads of tucking, few soft wires and loads of showers, they will be fed tomorrow .. Don't forget its day 20-22 from first sign of life, both main strains grow amazing and super compact. Kushes a bit struggling, they didn't enjoy 6.0 watering and i think light and humidity is way of range for younger plants... plus sensitive to nutes ? But they fight and grow, will have to top them next week. Day 25. I know sometimes it happens, but one of Cheeses was too fat and thick and snaped during night after heavy LST session. First time in my life, once i snaped myself, now pressure did the thing ... Day 30. Work took me totally away from growing, have no time, just water them and spray twice a day. Tomorrow should be next LST training done. Will upload how they bushed out. Happy growing !!!

Day 29: No defoliation today. Giving the plant a rest after accidentally breaking the branch yesterday. Watered with nutrients (1ml G, 1ml SR). Took just under 3ltrs including run off. Day 30: Removed 3 of the original fan leaves attached to the main stem. There’s 2 left still to be removed. It seems all of a sudden the bud sites are staring to look like flowers. It doesn’t look like there’s not many bud sites. There’s also not a lot of leaves, it’s not what I would call a bushy plant (yet anyway). This suits me, well it does if the yield is good. Day 31: Watered with nutrients (1ml G, 1ml SR). Took around 3ltrs. I clipped off one more of the original big fan leaves so now there’s only one left. I also pulled in the two branches furthest to the right, bracing them off each other. Day 32: I don’t think worried is the correct word, but I am definitely conscious of the fact that this plant leaves are small and sparse (photos attached), it I’m used to battling plants that have too many leaves. There’s only 7 proper bud sites which at the moment look like they will be small. Branches are also very skinny. All this could be because of the strain itself or it could be due to the fact that the bulb I used from weeks 1 to 4 was only 125watt CFL compared to the 200watt CFL which I have always used. That’s the only difference between this and any other plant I have grown. The flowers are very well formed considering it’s not even 5 weeks old yet. Sure all we can do now is just see how it goes. Day 33: Just continued to use the Force to make the plant grow. Removed the the last two original fan leaves. *Due to commitments in the real world this week will only be five days long. Next week will be 9 days long to balance everything out.

Going into 48hr darkness at day 60, plants are sticky asf very strong sweet smells looking fwd smoke testing all 3 phenos.

On to week 9, will be starting to flush this week I think🤔 , buds starting to get bigger and denser by the day now main cola on the gorilla glue especially dense! Both stinkin glad I got a decent carbon filter! Counting down the days now can’t wait! Happy growing!

These cali genetics are blowing my mind 🤯 super sticky, very frosty rock dence buds with extra strong smells. All 3 strains are 10 out of 10, very impressed. Done last defoliation few days ago, preparing for the harvest so it's much easier. Stalks are super fat, same as buds. Got big surprise from Atami, plant food, and many extras. Crazy. Thanks a lot guys. 💚 Start adding you Bloombastic food already. They love it. Smell is mad. I think most of plants ready in week or so.

Everything so far so good Blue cheese on the left Sweet zz on the right, RQS recommend with the blue cheese to LST during week 3 so decided I’d just do it on the sweet ZZ aswell. Never trained a plant before think it went well tho.
