This brings the Journal up to speed. So going to start the 48 hour FLush this upcoming Sunday as well as going to move it to 48 hours of light insted of 48 hours of darkness. Then straight into the Freeze dryer to bring it down to 60% humidity in the bud and then to the curing jars. Going to be Timber 2 days into Week 9 of FLower. 1/20/2023 Week 8 (Day 5)- Flower- Day 107 overall T - 2 days until start 48 hour Flush T - 2 days until Start 48 hours of Light T - 4 days until TIMBER!!! 1/22/2023 Week 8 (Day 7) -FLower- Day 109 Overall Flush Day and 48 hours of Light. I subscibe to Dr. Bruce Bugbee's suggestion that production is under light instead of under darkness so I no longer do 48 hours of Darkness, I go 48 hours of light before Chop, sending my plants on a marathon run before I Cut. -Last week of flower They only get flawles finish from advanced nutrients. Friday i will stop giving them water and saturday they will be in 24u of darknes before chopping them down. The smell in the tent is amazing 👌 Fruity, gass , sour, and very potent. The buds en sugar leaves are coated in trichomes.

So had to adjust the weeks in the diary but here we are day 21 week 3 and they are starting to show preflowers and I’m greeted with a faint sweet smell every time I open the tent. Grew about 3” average week over week internode distance is compact, this variety stalk is tremendous in power tried twice to start lst and both times the plant managed to straighten it self upright within hours. After some debate I’ve decided that I’ll let her be an see what happens. The stretch has started almost 3” of growth in last 3 days Water with recharge and elementXX gonna wait till day 25 to hopefully see their effect on the plants So that recharge is amazing 2” of growth in less than 48hrs made me have to adjust the light height. So from day 21 till day 25 just over 4” of height gained. Next feeding I’ll start to introduce bloom and molasses. Morning of day 27 introducing TNB Naturals and turning on the second 600w LED, plants have seen explosive growth this week, tied some of the secondary branches down to allow better light penetration. I’m excited to see what the CO2 will encourage.

So this is the start of the fourth week with me. I find this very engulfing. I like spending an hour with them a day and move the little ones out of the bigger fan leaves shadow by tucking the larger ones away giving the little ones a chance to get more light and flourish. I’m noticing more the strain my one girl went through compared to the others, her leaves being smaller than the other girls. I’ve tried to give them the best environment I can and realize I still play a huge role in their life. This is my first grow and I love it. I hope they grow up well and flourish. They were fed last week and had a bit of nutrient burn so this week I gave them just water. I’m not sure how much longer I should veg but I hear in the scrog game the longer you veg the better. Hoping for the best for everyone on GrowDiaries and their grows!

I’m a bit stunned by the size of these plants! 😲🌿 Wow, in 7 L pots they are performing really well! 💪🌱 One of my plants had some hermaphrodite flowers early on 🌸⚡, so I did a flush 💦 to stabilize it, and now it’s going full into flowering 🌼🌞. I’ll keep monitoring 👀🔍, but I think it was just a reaction to high PPM in the soil ⚗️🌱. My experience with autos is limited, so I’m exploring methods that work well and give good results! 🌱✨🌿.

Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Leider habe ich wohl etwas zu viel Kalium gegeben oder den Wasserstand zu hoch gehalten – die typischen Anzeichen von Adlerkrallen waren sichtbar. Zum Glück scheinen sich diese jetzt zurückzubilden und sind wieder unter Kontrolle 💪🍃. Mein IR-Nachtexperiment zeigt bereits deutliche Ergebnisse 🌌: Die Pflanzen, die nachts mit Infrarotstrahlung bestrahlt wurden, haben deutlich stärker gestretcht. Das ist besonders bei dieser indica-dominanten Sorte wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, da es zu einer besseren Verteilung des Blätterdachs führt. Dadurch verbessert sich die Luftzirkulation, das Risiko von Schimmel und Krankheiten wird minimiert, und die Lichtverteilung wird effizienter. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das weiter auswirkt! Leider hat meine Orange Sherbert gezwittert 😔. Woran das genau liegt, kann ich schwer sagen. Eine Überdüngung halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da ich nur biologischen Dünger verwendet habe. Ich vermute, dass mein E-Feld-Experiment eine Rolle spielt. Um das zu bestätigen, werde ich nächstes Jahr einen neuen Durchlauf mit einer ähnlichen Sorte machen und prüfen, ob das elektrische Feld tatsächlich eine ungünstige Rückentwicklung der Pflanze verursacht. Testing for Connoisseur genetics Outback haze #1 7th March 2022 Welcome to week 23 😀 Both of these ladies are looking fantastic as they progress into the blooming stage 💪 Absolute monster on the left is my favourite of the two but the other isn't too bad either . Neither have needed any feeds with the soil providing plenty of nutrition at this stage. 100% sativa's or in this case haze are fairly low maintenence when it comes to feeding . chuck in some manure or something ( I am using guano ) and they will happily grow along nicely . Did you know that Connoisseur genetics are looking for new testers for their newest strains?? to be considered you just need to have had a few diaries with harvests Thanks once again for stopping by 👍 *****Major Update 10th March ***** Plant two developed ball sacks along with her pistils so unfortunately I had to pull her out and destroy the plant. I know some people might think I could have tried removing the sacs and giving the plant a chance . But I am trying to make myself some F1 hybrids and do not want any Hermies anywhere near my females . Now because this strain has Thai genetics there is always that chance they throw "nanners" but usually later in flower so for this one to show itself right on the start of flowering is enough for me to pull it , burn it with fire . Or in this case I'm gonna let the sun solarise it and then it'll be mulched with other plant materials from my garden.

March 08 I left the air purifier on by accident again last night so there was a blue light overnight. The buds look good though. I taped the window up so I'm no longer having a humidity issue at night. I alternate between having the light on at 100% and 75% and recently 50% as well. March 10 I just fed them Ph'd water with molasses. Runoff pH 6.2-6.5, ppm 200-600. I'm having trouble getting good shots of the trichromes but I'm starting to see more amber ones. Less than 5%.

The buds are here and growing. Not much going on in the garden, everything is running smooth. The CW's are about 30" tall and the BW's are right around 24" but the BW's nodes are super close together and seem like they may make some dense buds. All of the clones took off and are creating some beautiful buds.
