Documenting the progress after another week. Here's Week 3. Starting to show secondary leaves now coming in. "Acapulco Gold" and "Something Good" seem to be showing the most growth so far (more leaves, sticks in cups). Once they all get to be about as tall as the cups they're growing in, it will probably be time to transplant them into their bigger pots. These solo cups have a small hole for water to drain out as we've been manually feeding them and facing them where there's the most sun. During the day, it is sometimes warm enough to leave them outside. Lately, the air temperature has still been a bit too chilly. Once the air warms up some, we'll be putting about half of these plants in 3.5 gallon fiber pots and the other half in normal plastic pots. dry weight of buds after trimming = 93 gram and about 5 gram of Trim so 98g Total. Actual plan was to leave the plant some more days but after seeing some Nanas developing inside the buds i decided to cut it at day 65 of flower. great smell and cant wait to smoke the final product. All in all definetly a good strain for living soil.

She's really starting to smell like lemom drops and french vanilla ice cream. Her run off water seems to be coming out alkaline even watering with tea at a ph of 5.4 she is handling it like a champ . Next soil build will include much less bone meal, crab meal, and crushed oyster shell depending on my harveat reaults, hopefully she stays looking healthy and strong!

12/10 Week 11 Wow last week on Layla so bread and water hold the carbs for her now on. Doubt if Maggie will be finished but may be forced to move her on anyway, we will see. I would hate that Gotta decide soon on feeding her as they will need water tomorrow 12/11 Its decided Maggie will be allowed to finish off and I will find a way to keep em all happy. Something special may be happening there, want to see it. Layla though is about done just some ripening and then harvest. one gal each @6.4, Layla just water, Maggie got the PK boost 12/ml but remember there is a good bit of Dr. Earth still in the pot so cant really starve em. Update Ok here is the plan. Another grow in veg has yet to get into flower which is great though its due just any day, feeding it some bloom nuets in the mix to keep it in veg... we hope. But when it goes into flowering stretch at least one needs to rotate into the flower tent so harvest Layla, one may remain in the small tent till Maggie goes. Best I can do 12/13 Some camera time with lights on just getting used to it. Canopy looks great guys considering whats in there LOL 12/14 Just pics and we have decided to let these go as long as they want as the other grow is happy where it is for now. After looking close there are still some clear tricones on both so waiting is it 12/16 Maggie's buds have gotten so heavy I had to make a quick trellis out of 3 ft stakes and twine to support them and give the rest of the tent room. Seriously thinking of dropping Brandy from the grow totals, she was just so stunted just one of Laylas buds is going to out produce her.

Week 3 Flower To start the week off she was given a maintenance flush. This is the last m/flush she'll be given, until she starts her 2+ week flush at the end of her cycle. It's just as, if not more important than the first m/flush, as there could be more leftover nutrients than the first from being given heavier strength feedings. It's a good way to flush out the excess nutrients that can no longer be uptaken by the plant, and replace them with a fresh bloom feed so she can keep building her flowers. She clearly needs it as she already has good sized top buds for this early stage of flower. Silicon has been reduced to the norm now she's over her main stretch, and the base nutrients have been adjusted based around a 1:2:3 ratio, but favouring ﹰFloraﹰBloom. I've started using Green leaf nutrinets Bud Explosion in small amounts, to increase bud sites and calyx production. Their Sweet Candy is also now being included; this should improve the flavour and aroma. I'm doing a proper test with these on a clone from the Bubble Kush that I made a diary for, as this is a fairer test because I can compare to her first run. Along with her great calyx production, she's now starting to produce plenty of trichomes, and will soon frost up well throughout flower. Overall, a very happy and healthy looking girl so far. STRAWBERRY PIE AUTOFLOWER SOLO CUP GROW WEEK 7 She's doing her thing still. Color is good. Bud spots continue to fill in and trichomes are popping up.

As week 5 came to a close and we move into week 6 of flowering, I am having really high hopes for the end result. The buds started to get some light orange hairs which is really nice and they are really starting to thicken up! Towards the end of week 5 the plants started to show early signs of burn on their leaf tips, so I started the week 6 feeding a little early. In week 6 we bring the EC down quite a bit as we get into the late stages of flower. I also recently switch to measuring with EC vs PPM for ease and accuracy. Also at the end of week 5 I did a calibration on my coco for each plant as week 6 nutrients are much lighter. Coco Calibration Method 1. Mix up nutrients. 2. Water plants as normal and measure runoff. 3. If runoff EC is not at or close to the inflow EC a. Water more and keep measuring runoff until the runoff is at or close to the inflow EC 4. Do steps 1-3 for all plants (One at a time) Tips: - I use a shop vacuum that I stick the end in the bottom of the pot saucers and leave it on while I water so it sucks the runoff as soon as it drains out the pots. Then I measure, empty and water again until I hit my targets) For this calibration, I ended up using around 6 gallons of nutrient solution. Watering technique used is to measure runoff at every watering and make sure we are staying as close as possible to the inflow EC. It does not matter how much water you need to put through the pots to get to the desired EC on runoff as that is a benefit of Coco. My main goal is to keep my runoff in check and the plants seem to do better than I have ever grown before! The smell off these ladies are amazing and strong. I don't have a carbon filter and enjoy her smells and aromas all day long as my desk is right next to my tent. There were no issues in Week 5. Plants continue to look amazing and the buds are continuing to bud up and structure very nice! I'm excited to see the end result after the ripening and flush stages. Also the colors that are soon to come! Stay tuned! ______________ We are 5 days into week 6 and the buds continue to grow fatter and fatter on a daily basis. I'm really dialing in my EC and making sure to mix it at 1.1 EC and making sure my runoff is from 1.1-1.4. I started playing with the mix as I am getting used to the grow schedule and how the base nutrients effect the EC. I have found that doing 50% of the low strength calendar hits me right at my target EC and I don't have to dilute my mixture after. The smells continue to be strong and fill my house up. The weight is starting to make the colas lean over which is nice because it's opening up the canopy to get more light in. I'm very excited to see what the buds look like in week 7 and then we are on to ripening stage, flush, and then finally harvest!!

All Girls matured and went to drying this week. I will include an harvest report once dried.

D19 (10/12/2020): Beginning of week 3. I saw little yellow/brown spot on big leaves and new leaves, I need to check this closely. I fed with half of the recommended dose but 1.5-1.75L of water per plant. I was giving 1L max and I think it was not enough for the size of my pots. RH of the grow tent is now down at 60%. - temps: 26C - water: PH6.3, PPM: 410 - RH: 60% D20 (11/12/2020): Today I saw thrips larva crawling on a leaf (see video above). That confirm my problem is not a nutrients deficiency. I know how I got them and it's a rookie mistake from me. At the beginning of my grows, I placed a plant in my tent that was originally outdoor during fall. I did not think that it would be infested with bugs. I removed it when I saw a little bugs fly in my tent but the damage was probably already done. I read about thrips and you can get rid of them if you act fast and soon in the infestation. I will go to my local horticulture store today and ask advices and ways to exterminated them. I'm a newbie in growing cannabis (plants in general) and I want the best for my plants. I'm learning from my mistake and that's what I like! Overall, both plants are growing fast and they react really well to LST. I readjust the tie 2-3x a day because the small leaves are growing so fast! - temp: 26C - no water - RH: 60% D21 (12/12/2020): I bought insecticidal soap and gave a treatment. RH is now at 55% and that increases air flow. -temp: 26C - no water - RH: 55% D22 (13/12/2020): The lamp is now 100% and at 28inch form the plants. They received 430 PPFD (33 000 lux). Temperature is under control around 26C with a new oscillating fan place on the floor. This air flow will help against bugs. LST continue every day to expose new leaves. I gave water with only Max Minerals. - temp: 26.5C - water: PH6.4, PPM: 275, approx.: 1,75L per plant - RH: 55% D23 (14/12/2020): LST continue, I try to bend one branch every day and readjust the other ones. I did not see more bugs but some of the new leaves are affected so I know they are still there. I ordered nematodes to help me prevent new larvae. They are suppose to arrive in two days. - temp: 26C - no water - RH: 55% D24 (15/12/2020): I removed leaves at the bottom of the pants last night. Probably 3-4 leaves per plant that were not receiving light. This morning I can see that it gave a good boost on the new leaves! Continuing LST as usual. The nematodes arrived earlier then expected. I will apply them tonight as soon as the lights turn on! - temp: 26C - no water - RH: 54% D25 (16/12/2020): I did a lot today! First, I sprayed another treatment of insecticidal soap on all my plants. Second, I removed one inch of soil in each pot and replaced it with new soil (same soil). I saw sign of what I think is phosphate deficiency. I was really shy on nutrients since beginning of the grow. Third, I fed full recommended dose for week 3 of veg. I gave 1.5L of water with nutrients and approx. 0.5L of tap water when I placed the nematodes. Fourth, I placed one tea pouch of nematodes in each pot as recommended. I also opened 2 tea pouch of nematodes and sprinkled them over the soil of all plants. Finally, I continued LST. It was a big week of up and down. Both plants grew like crazy and I discover an infestation. I think Banana Kush is in pre flower but I'm not sure. It's a bit early but they got so much stressed this week. -temp: 26C -water: PH6.5, PPM: 725 -RH: 55%

First week of flower is over. She handled the light change and nutrient change without any issues. last bit of LST was completed and last major defoliation had also been done. From now on I will only defoliate when leaves are covering other shoots. She was already smelling strong before, but it keeps on getting stronger and stronger. Definitely not a stealthy strain in the smell department.

First day of the seventh week of flower. Realised I’ve been over feeding meaning the buds had kinda stagnated😩😤🤬 a friend pointed out a possible cause and when I laid off feeding every day they seem to have kicked up again.🤗 Anyway live and learn. Now I’m feeding once every 2-3 days.

For ten days or so, this zebra Stripe was stuffed in the corner of a 3x3 dominated by a 30 gallon pot filled to the brim with Apple Glitter, but now she's free! The environment is unstable and not ideal most of the time, but it's starting to fill out now that I've defoliated and it's not so crammed.
