Que pasa familia, vamos con la cosecha de estas Gorilla Melon de FastBuds. Por dónde empezar, las flores son bien compactas y van repletas de resina son muy pegajosas, tienen tonos verdes bonitos, y tiene unos aromas dulces y exóticos bastante marcados con toques terrosos. Es muy sencilla de cultivar, es de ciclo de 2 meses y medio, pero bien agradecida, tiene buenos satélites, de las que plante de fastbuds, podría decir que mi favorita hasta el momento. Tarde en subir el resumen de esta semana porque ya pensaba subir las fotos de la planta cortada, pero por el tono de los tricomas esta si es la última semana, ya el 18/11/22 subire fotos de la planta cortada lista para curar. Mas de esta semana no pasará, luego esperare para subir el resumen de la genética. Volviendo al tema de la planta esta semana solo fue regada con agua, asique el lavado de raíces se cumplió a la perfección.

Early lemon berry might not be early (har har har) but it sure is gorgeous and the scent is 100% lemon berries. This is about to be the best smelling fruit strain I've harvested to date for sure. Ample flower caked in trichomes. Ethos is one of the best and this is proof. 1 bean popped, 1 keeper cut found.

Requiere mantener bastante baja la humedad en las últimas semanas ya que lo grueso de las colas las hace propensas a la botrytis, ojo ahí. La planta en si es resistente pero es el grosor de sus flores, lo denso de las colas lo que te obliga a tener muy controlada la humedad en etapas avanzadas, creo que es más para tirarla programando la flora para el verano

What a journey this has been. This girl weighs(dry) 263grams plus 23 grams(untrimmed lower nugs) could have pulled out 350g if let her veg a bit longer. The taste is like sweet candy and soda a hint of citrus. The effects are as follows, creative, giggles and energetic but once its nearly gone out. You will feel really sleepy and when you wake up you will feel really hungry. Anyways, thank you guys who have been following my journey. Next grow will be seeds from Sunkentreasure seeds

This was the last week of the 18/6 cycle. The Pineapples have reached the scrog screen which I installed at the beginning of the week. 4 Pineapple Chunks growing 35 days(+ 4 days to germinate) seemed to be enough for this space. They've grown into beautifull indica's with large fanleaves and sturdy branches yet easy to scrog. Once this week I gave them tapwater with Plagron nutrients (ec 1.58 – ph 6.1). The rest of the week was ph adjusted tapwater (ec 0.45 – ph 6.1) when they needed it. I sprayed them once with a CannaCure solution (15 ml CannaCure + 100 ml tapwater, ph 6) The week started with the cobs at the same wattage and height as last week (168 watt and 47 cm – 18.5 inch) DLI 34.4 – PPFD 531 On day 32 it got a bit brighter with 188 watt and a distance of 43 cm (17 inch) from the plants. DLI 40 – PPFD 617 and stayed like this for the rest of the week. The heating mat is turned of because temperatures are high enough. The humidifier has also left the room because humidity levels must be lowered in the flowering cycle. But that will be more important within a few weeks. Heeey all! Sorry for the huge amount of photos but this week was crazy. So many things happened and my lack of knowledge clearly showed up. I ended stressing one of my plants for no reason! 😱 At the start of the week everything was normal until I noticed that one of Roko's buds looked weird. It seemed to be too dry and orange for my tastes and I didn't know what it was. Obviously I started to ask around and I got so many mixed messages haha. Some people said it was nothing and I should not worry about it and others said they were 100% sure it was botrytis or budrot... aaaaaaaand I got paranoid lol. 😵😨 At first I tried to keep calm and ignore it for one day but the next one the bud looked even worse and that's when I feared the worst. What if it's really budrot? In general the values I write in here are approximates or an average of the week.. and usually my tent never goes over 60% of RH (in the dark it stays between 50% to 60% when I water them and on some rare occasions it reaches 65%). This time, after I checked the thermometer it said "75% of RH" but I did not know if it was during their sleep time or maybe some time after the lights went on) so once again I feared the worst! What if the plants stayed all the night with that amount of RH? Was that enough time for them to develop budrot? What if it's still nothing? Yikes. 😭 I had to do something and I did, I wasn't going to risk everything! I started removing the worst looking leaf to see if there was anything mushy or ugly between it and the pistils but I didn't see anything (maybe I was safe and that was something else? Or maybe the budrot was even deeper and I could not see it?) After reading I realized that the best idea was to cut the bud in half and then slice it to "see" if there was anything inside... so I did it and absolutely nothing showed up 😖! Those were good news! Sadly tho the poor plant had to go thru some stress after cutting that bud in half (at least from what I saw the insides were tightly packed and the photos showed some really cool stuff) The rest of the week was uneventful (compared to what I feared haha) and some leaves started to change even more in color (I love it). I think I'll start with the flush next week or the one after that one. There are some amber trichomes...! Thanks all for checking my diary! Hopefully you'll all find the pictures interesting! PD: None of the plants have seeds in them, even when one of the sliced buds seemed to be making them!

Flowers are getting bigger.

Aug 24: starting the sixth week of flowering and this Blueberry Pie F1 Fast is amazing. The development of the flowers has been very fast and they are nice and big and thickening quickly. Thanks to Mrs.Larimar and I totally agree that these F1 hybrids are amazing. Did a watering round with potassium silicate, and likely the last one but we’ll see. Probably three weeks at most to go, so no more molasses and now mostly just pHed water to the finish line. Did a final light application of malted barley and Power Bloom and watered in. Removed fan leaves that were growing inward and shading buds. Aug 25: Flash pics are only okay when using a far red light after. Don’t take flash pics of plants unless you also have a red light. Having said that, I love taking flash pics of my plants. Aug 26: sunny again but not too hot and had the UV lights going. To spread the UV around I rotate the plant 90 degrees three times. This seems to be okay. This plant is the furthest along in flowering so I’m giving it most of the UV light and the slower ones can wait until they’re closer to harvest. Aug 27: she’s doing great. Up to 12 h of rain tonight with the potential for a pretty intense thunder or hail storm in middle of the night. All plants are in the garage tonight to ride it out. Aug 28: spent last night in the garage to stay out of the all night rain that was forecast. Turned out to just be light rain. Overcast all day and no UV light today. Aug 29: this plant is amazing, but I’ve said that before. The other day I noticed that some branches on the side are heavy enough that they are now slumping against the SCROG net. Fun to see that. The flowers are noticeably bigger each day and she still looks very happy. She is also becoming quite top heavy but the water bottle weights and five gallon pails of water hold it stable in the winds.

I am waiting to start some more seeds I already have them but another tent is needed and a couple of leds, good ones. It will take a few weeks to sort and as usual I have some inspections on the house I need to try and time carefully around 🤔 I did have 2 during this grow the first was in veg luckily they grew in a closet the second was week 3 flower (don't ask) The smell didn't stink out the room like the wedding cake did so I will try and cure this as long as possible to last this as close to next harvest as possible 😅 my cats didn't eat my plants this time so thats another bonus. Need to look into getting a proper air circulation for the new tent I used a fan the whole time my tent was wide open I want to have it sealed next time so I can fully zip it closed ffs lol defo would recommend this strain but I don't think they stock these anymore 😕 I got a coupe seeds from the first plant I was right the pic of the top bud a few weeks ago you can see the seed just about forming after the branch got broken off we will live and learn 😉

Got them in pots on Wednesday, they're happy and growing like crazy. I buried them deeper in the 5g so they're growing out more than up right now. Getting hard to regulate temp and humidity in that tent as it's colder outside.
